An efficient one-step synthesis of 4-nitro-N-aryl substituted glutarimides, succinimides and maleimides in polyphosphoric acid is described together with the subsequent reduction to the corresponding anilines. The scope and limitation of this cyclocondensation are presented.  相似文献

A novel method for measuring magnetostriction constants is presented. A strain, periodic in time, applied to the sample, causes a modulation of the ferromagnetic resonance line position. The height of the signal obtained after phase-sensitive detection is proportional to the strain modulation depth. The appropriate magnetostriction constant λ is obtained by comparing the height of the SMFMR signal with that of the FMR line, as recorded by means of magnetic field modulation. Features of the new technique are:
  1. high sensitivity: λmin? 10?9 forM=100 Oe and linewidth ΔH d=1 Oe;
  2. λ's belonging to distinct precession modes are separately determined;
  3. applicable to thin layers for which strain gauge techniques cannot be used;
  4. wide temperature range: 1.2 K<T<300 K;
  5. uniform stress.

Organophosphorus compounds have been applied in two ways in chemical synthesis. They can either be used as a reagent in a step of the synthesis (for example, in the Wittig reaction) or they can be incorporated directly into the target molecule. This second application, in particular, has expanded greatly in the last few years with the preparation of low-coordination phosphorus compounds. These include the phosphaalkynes, which are of great interest to organic and inorganic chemists. Phosphaalkynes have been employed in the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds, phosphaarenes and their valence isomers, and polycyclic compounds. Further applications have been the use of phosphaalkynes as new ligand systems in complex chemistry and their cyclooligomerization with organometallic reagents. While the chemical properties of phosphaalkynes have little in common with those of nitriles, they are in many ways very similar to those of the isoelectronic acetylenes.  相似文献

Molybdenum-tungsten-carbonitrides can be prepared by reacting prealloyed powders of Mo and W with carbon in the presence of nitrogen or ammonia. Single phase carbonitrides (Mo, W) (C, N) with the WC-type structure can be obtained. The nitrogen content of these carbonitrides increases with increasing molybdenum content. Flowing ammonia has a decarburizing effect, which has to be counterbalanced by an addition of a carbonaceous gas such as methane. Nitrogen instead of ammonia is equally effective and gives carbonitrides which have a nitrogen content only insignificantly lower than the carbonitrides obtained in flowing ammonia. The lattice parameters of the carbonitrides are found to be slightly smaller than the lattice parameters of the corresponding carbides.

Merits and drawbacks of known carbon-carbon linking procedures are outlined. Two novel methods are discussed in some detail: the copper-catalyzed alkylation of Grignard reagents and reactions with allylpotassium compounds. During the examination of extracts from Oncinotis tenuiloba STAPF a new polyamine, N4-benzoylsperimidine ( 8 ), was isolated. The catalytic regeneration of depolarizers by certain substrates has been demonstrated by means of cyclic voltammetry. As depolarizers we have employed anion radicals of aromatic hydrocarbons, heteroaromatic compounds, ketones, esters, nitriles, and olefins, and dianions of aromatic hydrocarbons, heteroaromatic compounds, ketones, and esters. As substrates we have investigated simple aromatic and aliphatic halides, 1,2- and 1,3-dihalides, carbon dioxide, and activated olefins. A requirement for the observation of a catalytic wave is that the reduced substrate undergoes a practically irreversible reaction after the reaction with the reduced depolarizer; for simple halides it is a cleavage reaction, for 1,2- and 1,3-dihalides an elimination, for carbon dioxide an addition, and for activated olefins a coupling. Electrochemical investigations of these kinds of reactions may be of interest in connection with the mechanism of several types of reactions in organic chemistry.  相似文献

5-Aminolevulinic acid (ALA)-supported fluorescence endoscopy of the urinary bladder results in a detection rate of bladder cancer superior to that of white light endoscopy. The different accumulation of the metabolite protoporphyrin IX (PPIX) in tumor cells after ALA instillation is poorly understood; however, it is crucial to optimize diagnosis and potential phototherapy. For systematic analysis of cell-type specific PPIX accumulation and metabolism two human bladder carcinoma cell lines (RT4 and J82), a normal urothelial cell line (UROtsa), and a fibroblast cell line (N1) were chosen, and grown in two different growth states to model important tissue components of the urinary bladder, i.e. tumor, normal epithelium and stroma. To quantitate PPIX content, fluorescence intensities measured by flow cytometry were matched with cellular PPIX extraction values, and related to relative ferrochelatase activity, cellular iron content, number of transferrin receptors per cell and porphobilinogen deaminase (PBGD) activity. For in vitro experiments, the initial correlation of relative flow cytometric and spectrometric measurements of PPIX provides a calibration curve for consequent flow cytometric PPIX quantification. Lower fluorescence of normal cells could be explained by significant differences of ferrochelatase activity and iron content in comparison to tumor cells. However, the content of iron was not related to transferrin receptor content. PBGD activity seemed to play a minor role for the differential accumulation of PPIX in urothelial cells. In conclusion, the in vitro culture of urothelial cells and fibroblasts indicates that the most important metabolic step for PPIX accumulation in the urinary bladder is the transition from PPIX to heme. Further investigation of PPIX metabolism does support the validation of photodynamic diagnosis, and might also lead the way to a highly specific tumor related molecule.  相似文献
