A three‐component reaction of isatin, 3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐amine, and piperidine‐2,4‐dione was treated in ionic liquids catalyzed by TsOH and provided an efficient and green method for the synthesis of spiro[indoline‐3,4′‐pyrazolo[3, 4‐b][1,6]naphthyridine]‐2,5′(1′H)‐dione derivatives in high yields.  相似文献

Three coordination complexes, namely, [Zn(btbp)(3‐npa)]n ( 1 ), [Co(btbh)(3‐npa)]n ( 2 ), and {[Co(btbb)(5‐nipa)(H2O)] · H2O}n ( 3 ) (btbp = 1,3‐bis(thiabendazole)propane, btbh = 1,6‐bis(thiabendazole)hexane, btbb = 1,4‐bis(thiabendazole)butane, 3‐H2npa = 3‐nitrophthalic acid and 5‐H2nipa = 5‐nitroisophthalic acid) were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods as well as by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Complex 1 features a fascinating meso‐helical chain, which is further extended into a 2D supramolecular framework involving π ··· π stacking interactions. Complexes 2 and 3 show dinuclear structures. Complex 2 is further connected through C–H ··· O hydrogen bonding interactions to afford a 2D supramolecular layer, whereas complex 3 is further extended to a rare 2‐nodal (3,4)‐connected supramolecular sheet with a point symbol of {3.42.5.6.7}2{3.82} by O–H ··· O hydrogen bonding interactions. The electrochemical behaviors of the two cobalt complexes 2 and 3 were reported. Moreover, the luminescent properties for 1 and the photocatalytic properties for the complexes were investigated.  相似文献

Here a novel material for methane adsorption was synthesized and studied, which is a graphene-like two-dimensional (2D) carbide (Ti2C, a member of MXenes), formed by exfoliating Ti2AlC powders in a solution of lithium fluoride (LiF) and hydrochloric acid (HCl) at 40 °C for 48 h. Based on first-principles calculation, theoretically perfect Ti2C with O termination has a specific surface area (SSA) of 671 m2 g?1 and methane storage capacity is 22.9 wt%. Experimentally, 2.85 % exfoliated Ti2C with mesopores shown methane capacity of 11.58 cm3 (STP: 0 °C, 1 bar) g?1 (0.82 wt%) under 5 MPa and the SSA was 19.1 m2 g?1. For Ti2C sample intercalated with NH3·H2O, the adsorbed amount was increased to 16.81 cm3 (STP) g?1 at same temperature. At the temperature of 323 K, the adsorbed amount of as-prepared Ti2C was increased to 52.76 cm3 (STP) g?1. For fully exfoliated Ti2C, the methane capacity was supposed to be 28.8 wt% or 1148 V (STP)v?1. Ti2C theoretically has much larger volume methane capacity than current methane storage materials, though its SSA is not very high.  相似文献

Space charge effects play important roles in ion trap operations, which typically limit the ion trapping capacity, dynamic range, mass accuracy, and resolving power of a quadrupole ion trap. In this study, a rhombic ion excitation and ejection method was proposed to minimize space charge effects in a linear ion trap. Instead of applying a single dipolar AC excitation signal, two dipolar AC excitation signals with the same frequency and amplitude but 90° phase difference were applied in the x- and y-directions of the linear ion trap, respectively. As a result, mass selective excited ions would circle around the ion cloud located at the center of the ion trap, rather than go through the ion cloud. In this work, excited ions were then axially ejected and detected, but this rhombic ion excitation method could also be applied to linear ion traps with ion radial ejection capabilities. Experiments show that space charge induced mass resolution degradation and mass shift could be alleviated with this method. For the experimental conditions in this work, space charge induced mass shift could be decreased by ~50%, and the mass resolving power could be improved by ~2 times at the same time.

In this contribution, we reported the synthesis of a hyperbranched block copolymer composed of poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PCL) and polystyrene (PS) subchains. Toward this end, we first synthesized an α‐alkynyl‐ and ω,ω′‐diazido‐terminated PCL‐b‐(PS)2 macromonomer via the combination of ring‐opening polymerization and atom transfer radical polymerization. By the use of this AB2 macromonomer, the hyperbranched block copolymer (h‐[PCL‐b‐(PS)2]) was synthesized via a copper‐catalyzed Huisgen 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition (i.e., click reaction) polymerization. The hyperbranched block copolymer was characterized by means of 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography. Both differential scanning calorimetry and atomic force microscopy showed that the hyperbranched block copolymer was microphase‐separated in bulk. While this hyperbranched block copolymer was incorporated into epoxy, the nanostructured thermosets were successfully obtained; the formation of the nanophases in epoxy followed reaction‐induced microphase separation mechanism as evidenced by atomic force microscopy, small angle X‐ray scattering, and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The thermoresponsive poly(ionic liquid) of poly[1‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)‐3‐methylimidozolium tetrafluoroborate] trithiocarbonate (P[VBMI][BF4]‐TTC) showing the soluble‐to‐insoluble phase transition in the methanol/water mixture at the upper critical solution temperature (UCST) was synthesized by solution RAFT polymerization and the synthesized P[VBMI][BF4]‐TTC was employed as macro‐RAFT agent to mediate the RAFT polymerization under dispersion condition to afford the thermoresponsive diblock copolymer nanoparticles of poly[1‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)‐3‐methylimidozolium tetrafluoroborate]‐b‐polystyrene (P[VBMI][BF4]‐b‐PS). The controllable solution RAFT polymerization was achieved as indicated by the linearly increasing polymer molecular weight with the monomer conversion and the narrow molecular weight distribution. The P[VBMI][BF4]‐TTC macro‐RAFT agent mediated dispersion polymerization afforded the P[VBMI][BF4]‐b‐PS nanoparticles, the size of which was uncorrelated with the polymerization degree of the P[VBMI][BF4] block. Several parameters including the polymerization degree, the polymer concentration and the water content in the solvent of the methanol/water mixture were found to be correlated with the UCST of the poly(ionic liquid). Hydrophobic charge‐induction chromatography is a new technology for antibody purification. To improve antibody adsorption capacity of hydrophobic charge‐induction resins, new poly(glycidyl methacrylate)‐grafted hydrophobic charge‐induction resins with 5‐aminobenzimidazole as a functional ligand were prepared. Adsorption isotherms, kinetics, and dynamic binding behaviors of the poly(glycidyl methacrylate)‐grafted resins prepared were investigated using human immunoglobulin G as a model protein, and the effects of ligand density were discussed. At the moderate ligand density of 330 μmol/g, the saturated adsorption capacity and equilibrium constant reached the maximum of 140 mg/g and 25 mL/mg, respectively, which were both much higher than that of non‐grafted resin with same ligand. In addition, effective pore diffusivity and dynamic binding capacity of human immunoglobulin G onto the poly(glycidyl methacrylate)‐grafted resins also reached the maximum at the moderate ligand density of 330 μmol/g. Dynamic binding capacity at 10% breakthrough was as high as 76.3 mg/g when the linear velocity was 300 cm/h. The results indicated that the suitable polymer grafting combined with the control of ligand density would be a powerful tool to improve protein adsorption of resins, and new poly(glycidyl methacrylate)‐grafted hydrophobic charge‐induction resins have a promising potential for antibody purification applications.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Nd2(C4H4O4)2(C2O4)(H2O)2]n, the flexible succinate anion assumes the gauche conformation and bridges the nine‐coordinate Nd atoms to generate two‐dimensional layers parallel to (010). The coordination polymer layers are linked into a three‐dimensional framework by the rigid oxalate ligands. The oxalate ions are located on a center of inversion.  相似文献
