合成了纳米尺度氧化石墨烯(NGO)层,用作碳催化剂高效催化苄醇与芳香醛的氧化反应.对于醇氧化反应,当80℃时H2O2存在下,NGOs(20 wt%)可高效催化醇选择性生成醛,其反应速率和产率取决于醇上取代基的性质.对于4-硝基苄醇,反应24 h后,只有10%可转换为相应羧酸.相反,4-甲氧基苄醇和二苯基甲醇分别反应仅9和3h则可完全转化为对应的羧酸和酮.NGO碳催化剂上芳香醛氧化速率高于醇氧化速率.对于所有的醛,采用7 wt% NGO作催化剂,在70℃反应2-3 h后,就可完全转化为相应羧酸.我们讨论了NGO催化剂结构对苄醇和芳香醛氧化反应影响的可能机理.  相似文献

A novel 1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylato-8-hydroxyquinolinatopalladate(II), Na[Pd(8-QO)(cbdca)] (8-QO = 8-hydroxyquinoline and cbdca = 1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylate) has been designed and synthesized. The structure of the complex has been characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, FT-IR, UV–Vis, 13C NMR, 1H NMR spectroscopy. The cytotoxic activities of the complex have been tested against human foreskin fibroblast normal cell line, HFFF2 and two human breast cancer cell lines, T47D and MCF-7 by MTT assay techniques. The binding properties of the antitumor complex with calf thymus DNA (ctDNA) have been investigated under physiological condition in Tris–HCl buffer solution at pH 7.0 by absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence titration spectra, EB displacement and gel chromatography studies. All these results demonstrate that the water soluble complex can cooperatively bind to ctDNA at low concentrations through a static quenching procedure. Thermodynamic parameters were calculated according to Van’t Hoff equation which indicated that hydrogen bond and van der Waals force play predominant roles in the binding process. Finally, the results of molecular docking calculations clarify the binding mode which is in good accordance with experimental results.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The scope of output-only/blind identification is restricted to stochastic/statistical processes, but for the first time in this study, the detectability conditions for general output-only subspace identification are investigated. This aids the range of input sources to be extended in a much realistic manner, beyond the only stochastic inputs. For this purpose, the subspace framework is assigned to make a connection between the output signal contents and the LTI system order. A few substantial hypotheses and algebraic statements are propounded affirming the sufficiency of the genuine output sequences for the identification purpose. This can be perceived as the cornerstone of state-space model reconstruction. In order to consolidate the notions according to reality, several examples are studied and examined for different input classes with stochastic disturbance.  相似文献

In this article, we study isometric immersions of nearly Kähler manifolds into a space form (especially Euclidean space) and show that every nearly Kähler submanifold of a space form has an umbilic foliation whose leafs are 6-dimensional nearly Kähler manifolds. Moreover, using this foliation we show that there is no non-homogeneous 6-dimensional nearly Kähler submanifold of a space form. We prove some results towards a classification of nearly Kähler hypersurfaces in standard space forms.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce the concept of topological hypergroups as a generalization of topological groups. A topological hypergroup is a nonempty set endowed with two structures, that of a topological space and that of a hypergroup. Let (H, ○) be a hypergroup and (H, τ) be a topological space such that the mappings (x, y) → xy and (x, y) → x/y from H × H to 𝒫*(H) are continuous. The main tool to obtain basic properties of hypergroups is the fundamental relation β*. So, by considering the quotient topology induced by the fundamental relation on a hypergroup (H, ○) we show that if every open subset of H is a complete part, then the fundamental group of H is a topological group.

It is important to mention that in this paper the topological hypergroups are different from topological hypergroups which was initiated by Dunkl and Jewett.  相似文献

Although separation of solutes from organic solutions is considered a challenging process, it is inevitable in various chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries. OSN membranes are the heart of OSN technology that are widely utilized to separate various solutes and contaminants from organic solvents, which is now considered an emerging field. Hence, numerous studies have been attracted to this field to manufacture novel membranes with outstanding properties. Thin-film composite (TFC) and nanocomposite (TFN) membranes are two different classes of membranes that have been recently utilized for this purpose. TFC and TFN membranes are made up of similar layers, and the difference is the use of various nanoparticles in TFN membranes, which are classified into two types of porous and nonporous ones, for enhancing the permeate flux. This study aims to review recent advances in TFC and TFN membranes fabricated for organic solvent nanofiltration (OSN) applications. Here, we will first study the materials used to fabricate the support layer, not only the membranes which are not stable in organic solvents and require to be cross-linked, but also those which are inherently stable in harsh media and do not need any cross-linking step, and all of their advantages and disadvantages. Then, we will study the effects of fabricating different interlayers on the performance of the membranes, and the mechanisms of introducing an interlayer in the regulation of the PA structure. At the final step, we will study the type of monomers utilized for the fabrication of the active layer, the effect of surfactants in reducing the tension between the monomers and the membrane surface, and the type of nanoparticles used in the active layer of TFN membranes and their effects in enhancing the membrane separation performance.  相似文献

This paper describes the development of a new design of hollow fiber solid/liquid phase microextraction (HF-SLPME) for determination of brilliant green (BG) residues in water fish ponds. This method consists of an aqueous donor phase and carbon nanotube reinforced organic solvent (acceptor phase) operated in direct immersion sampling mode. The multi-walled carbon nanotube dispersed in the organic solvent is held in the pores and lumen of a porous polypropylene hollow fiber. It is in contact directly with the aqueous donor phase. In this method the solid/liquid extractor phase is supported using a polypropylene hollow fiber membrane. Both ends of the hollow fiber segment are sealed with magnetic stoppers. This device is placed inside the donor solution and plays the rule of a pseudo-stir bar. It is disposable, so single use of the fiber reduces the risk of carry-over problems. Brilliant green (BG) after extraction from the aqueous samples with mentioned HF-SLPME device was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy with diode array detection (UV-vis/DAD). The absorption wavelength was set to 625 nm (λ(max)). The effect of different variables on the extraction was evaluated and optimized to enhance the sensitivity and extraction efficiency of the proposed method. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.00-10,000 μg L(-1) of BG in the initial solution with R(2)=0.979. Detection limit, based on three times the standard deviation of the blank, was 0.55 μg L(-1). All experiments were carried out at room temperature (25±0.5°C).  相似文献

In this study, anticancer, antibacterial (against hospital-isolated antibiotic-resistant Escherichia coli strains), antifungal, and antioxidant effects of synthesized heterocyclic compounds 5 and 7 containing thiazole core were examined. Cytotoxicity testing was utilized against MCF-7 breast cancer cells via MTT cell viability assay. Antibacterial and antifungal activities were checked out according to Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) guidelines, and antioxidant properties were evaluated through scavenging 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radicals. Results showed the viability of breast cancer cell lines was reliant on concentration of heterocycles and time of incubation. Synthetic compounds exhibited excellent antibacterial and antifungal properties base on their minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC), and minimum fungicidal concentration (MFC) values as well as high antioxidant activities according to their IC50 values. Higher anticancer and antibacterial properties were observed with compound 7; on the contrary, thiazole 5 had better antioxidant effects. They can be introduced as potent antimicrobial, antioxidant, and anticancer agents.  相似文献
