木质纤维类生物质水解过程中产生的可溶性木素、呋喃类化合物在紫外波长范围内均有吸收峰,且吸收峰相互叠加。研究提出了一种基于紫外光谱法快速测定生物质水解液中糠醛(F)和5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)混合物(M)的方法。研究发现,M中5-HMF的含量百分率(W_(5-HMF))和最大吸收波长(λ_(max))存在良好的线性关系,R2=0.998 4。进一步研究表明M中W_(5-HMF)不变时,混合物浓度(cM)和吸光度值(A)之间也存在良好的线性关系,R2在0.998 6~1.000 0之间,且重现性均良好。因此,基于A,cM及λ_(max),W_(5-HMF)之间的良好线性关系,可以准确地检测出F和5-HMF的含量,其相对偏差、回收率及RSD分别为5.6%和3.7%,89%~96%,0.21%~0.85%。该方法简单、快捷、准确,适应于乙醇法精炼木质纤维类生物质水解液中F和5-HMF混合物的测定。 相似文献

由于无法实现真空测量,大气吸收作用会对实验室光谱响应(SRF)测量产生污染。为了提高光谱定标精度,通过敏感性试验定量评估了大气污染对水汽通道实验室光谱响应测量的影响,并以FY-2D为例进行了光谱响应污染订正,分析了光谱污染带来的通道辐射计算误差。不同测量环境的敏感性模拟结果表明: 大气吸收导致光谱测量曲线产生显著波动,强吸收光谱处的响应减弱,致使依赖于SRF的通道辐射计算结果被高估。光谱污染带来的通道亮温偏差随着水汽含量的增加呈指数增长趋势,偏差大于0.5 K且仅在等效水平路径小于1 m相对湿度低于15%的干燥环境下小于1 K。4 m水平路径35%相对湿度的情况下,亮温偏差可大于4 K。FY-2系列卫星水汽通道的光谱响应都存在不同程度的大气污染现象。利用水平大气透过率光谱,通过光谱比值的方法,对FY-2D的SRF进行订正。订正后SRF的异常波动被基本消除,曲线分布更加光滑合理。理论分析结果表明: 大气污染导致FY-2D在典型大气条件下大气层顶的通道亮温模拟偏高2.2 K,黑体辐射进而辐射定标高估7.6%。大气吸收对实验室光谱定标的影响非常显著,不仅对水汽通道对所有气体吸收通道都不能忽略。实验室光谱定标不能忽略大气吸收的影响,应该通过扣除大气透过率的影响的方式对测量光谱响应进行订正。 相似文献

We describe the output performance of the 1415 nm emission in Nd:YAG in a plane-concave cavity under traditional pumping into the 4F5/2 level (808 nm) and direct in-band pumping into the 4F3/2 level (885 nm). An end-pumped Nd:YAG laser yielded maximum cw output power of 6.3 W and 4.2 W at 885 nm and 808 nm laser diode (LD) pumping, respectively. In our study, the physical properties of (TiO2) x (SiO2)1?x , including band-gap, band-offset, and thermal stability and the electrical properties of band-engineered SiO2/(TiO2) x (SiO2)1?x tunnel barrier stacks, including the tunneling current and charge-trapping characteristics for applications to nonvolatile memory devices were investigated. It was observed that the band-gap and band-offset of (TiO2) x (SiO2)1?x can be controlled by adjustment in the composition of the (TiO2) x (SiO2)1?x films. Ti-silicate film with TiO2:SiO2 cycle ratio of 1:5 was maintained in an amorphous phase, even after annealing at 950 °C. The tunneling current of the band-engineered SiO2/(TiO2) x (SiO2)1?x stacked tunnel barrier was larger than that of a single SiO2 barrier under a higher external bias, while the tunneling current of a SiO2/(TiO2) x (SiO2)1?x stacked tunnel barrier under a lower external bias was smaller. The upconversion luminescences of YAlO3:Er3+ phosphor co-doping with different Gd3+ concentrations are investigated under the excitation of 980- and 532-nm diode lasers. A near ultraviolet upconversion emission at 410 nm is observed in YAlO3 under 532-nm excitation. Moreover, the inactive Gd3+ ions can improve the upconversion intensity efficiently in a certain range of concentration. Under 980-nm excitation, the visible upconversion emissions at 546 and 646 nm are enhanced by about 10 and 8 times at the Gd3+ concentration of 40%, respectively. The upconversion emission at 410 nm under 532-nm excitation is also enhanced by 7 times. The substitution of Gd3+ ions for Y3+ sites changes the local symmetry of Er3+, leading to the improvement of upconversion efficiency. 相似文献

We find the realization of large converse magnetoelectric (ME) effects at room temperature in a magnetoelectric hexaferrite Ba0.52Sr2.48Co2Fe24O41 single crystal, in which rapid change of electric polarization in low magnetic fields (about 5 mT) is coined to a large ME susceptibility of 3200 ps/m. The modulation of magnetization then reaches up to 0.62μ(B)/f.u. in an electric field of 1.14 MV/m. We find further that four ME states induced by different ME poling exhibit unique, nonvolatile magnetization versus electric field curves, which can be approximately described by an effective free energy with a distinct set of ME coefficients. 相似文献

The present research aims to characterize the particle size distribution of sub micron particles suspended in a liquid. The particles milled are an organic poorly water soluble crystalline product. To characterize the size of these particles, different techniques have been tested: imaging techniques (SEM, CryoTEM), static light scattering techniques, dynamic light scattering techniques, centrifugation and flow field flow fractionation. The results indicate that the studied milled particles have a primary particle size close to 180nm and there is strong evidence of larger particles which are very likely aggregates. This is clearly seen from the Cryo TEM results. All the above mentioned techniques should in principle be able to measure samples of dispersion containing particles of ca 180 nm but several are disturbed by the presence of large aggregates. It is difficult to estimate the amount of aggregate present, but most of the time one is interested in what the primary particle size distribution is. It is clear that no single piece of equipment is capable of exactly determining the particle size distribution of our samples, but the static light scattering with low shear on mixing does give a good representation of what is seen with the image analysis by cryo TEM. 相似文献
