We have studied the effect of a constant top pressure on the pressure transient analysis of a partially penetrated well in an infinite-acting fractured reservoir with wellbore storage and skin factor effects. Semi-analytical solutions of a two-dimensional diffusivity equation have been obtained by using successive applications of the Laplace and modified finite Fourier sine transforms. Both pseudo-steady-state and transient exchanges between the matrix and the fractures have been considered. Solutions are presented that can be used to generate type curves for pressure transient analysis or can be used as a forward model in parameter estimation. The presented analysis has applications in well testing of fractured aquifers and naturally fractured oil reservoirs with a gas cap.  相似文献

Ab initio calculations were used to analyze the interactions between thiohypohalous acids (HSX; X = F, Cl, Br, I) and methylphosphine derivatives (PH n Me3?n , n = 0–3) at the MP2/aug-cc-pVDZ level of theory. Interaction of HSX with PH n Me3?n leads to both hydrogen bond (HSX–PH n Me3?n –HB) as well as halogen bond (HSX–PH n Me3?n –XB) complexes. Stabilities of both HB and XB complexes increase with basicity of the phosphines. However, HB complexes of a phosphine molecule with different HSX have the same order of stabilities, but XB complexes of heavier thiohypohalous acids are more stable. Electron densities of complexes were characterized with the atoms in molecules methodology. The charge transfer within dimers was analyzed by means of natural bond orbitals.  相似文献

Folate-targeted cyclodextrin/retinoic acid (CD/RA) conjugate was synthesized using carbonyldiimidazole (CDI) and dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP). The structure of the produced macromolecule was studied by FTIR and 1HNMR. The developed macromolecule could self-aggregate to form micelles. Critical micelle concentration (CMC) of the macromolecule was determined by pyrene as a fluorescent probe. Doxorubicin (DOX)-loaded micelles were prepared by direct dissolution method. To optimize the effect of cyclodextrin type (α or β), the molar ratio of RA to CD and the drug content, a full factorial design was used and their effects on particle size, polydispersity index, zeta potential, loading efficiency (LE%), and release efficiency (RE24%) in 24 h were studied. Orientation of folate ligand on the surface of the micelles was studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) technique. The cytotoxicity of DOX-loaded micelles was studied on KG-1 cells which overexpressed folate receptor (FR) and FR-negative HepG2 cells using MTT assay. FTIR and 1HNMR spectra confirmed successful production of the micelles and XPS spectra showed surface orientation of folate. The best results obtained from β-cyclodextrin with molar ratio of 4 to RA and 15 % drug content. The optimized micelles showed the particle size of 103?±?4 nm, zeta potential of ?36 mV, polydispersity index of 0.28?±?0.05, LE% of 100 %, and RE24% of 69.88?±?1.6 %. The IC50 of targeted micelles was half of non-targeted micelles and free DOX.  相似文献

We describe a new chemiluminescence (CL) system based on the oxidation of rhodamine B (RhoB) with alkaline potassium permanganate in the presence of gold nanoparticles (Au-NPs) and anionic detergent sodium dodecyl sulfate. Free RhoB is weakly chemiluminescent when oxidized with permanganate at alkaline pH values. However, a remarkably strong enhancement of CL is observed in the presence of Au-NPs, probably due to a strong interaction between RhoB and the NPs. The possible mechanism was studied via recording the CL emission. It is also found that the intensity of CL gradually decreases in the presence of cyanide due to its interaction with the Au-NPs. The relation between the decreased CL intensity and cyanide concentration was exploited to develop a method for the determination of cyanide in the 0.01–0.5 μM concentration range, with a detection limit of 2.8 nM. The method was used to determine cyanide in spiked water, urine, and serum.

Alkaline permanganate-rhodamine B-SDS CL reaction is dramatically enhanced by gold nanoparticles. Based on the inhibiting effect of cyanide on this system, a sensitive CL method was developed for its determination
