In a spherical core/shell/shell nanolayer the single-particle states were considered in the regime of strong quantizations. The relation between the geometrical dimensions of the corresponding components of a sample are chosen in such a way that the differences between the characteristics of materials form a quantum well for the charge carriers in the middle layer. The adequate approximate approaches are suggested to determine analytically the energy spectrum and the wave functions of the single-electron states in the spherical nanolayer. A comparison of the results of the analytical and the numerical calculations is performed. The interval values of the ratio between the layer thickness and its radius at which the results of proposed approximations coincide with the satisfactory accuracy with the results of numerical calculations are determined.  相似文献

Alkali metal salts of substituted (S)-prolines, alkali metal alkoxides of (S)-prolinol, and Na salts of chiral substituted 2-amino-2"-hydroxy-1,1"-binaphthyls can catalyze the asymmetric Michael reaction of diethyl malonate with crotonaldehyde to give adducts in >90% yields with ee up to 40%. The influences of the catalyst structure, the nature of the alkali metal cation, temperature, the solvent, and salt additives on the reaction outcome were studied.  相似文献

A method for catalytic asymmetric alkylation of conjugated dienyl amides has been developed and it allows efficient and high‐yielding transformations of a wide range of polyconjugated amides into the corresponding chiral products. Smooth addition of organomagnesium reagents to relatively unreactive dienyl amides with excellent 1,6‐ and 1,4‐selectivities, as well as enantioselectivites above 90 %, is achieved owing to the complementary action of the Lewis acid and a chiral copper‐based catalyst.  相似文献

The results of investigations of mid-infrared photodetectors based on InAsSbP quantum dot (QD) grown on InAs(100) substrate by modified liquid phase epitaxy are presented. The atomic force microscope measurements have shown that the surface density of grown QDs is (4–8) × 109 cm?2. Also, the morphology and crystalline quality of grown QDs are investigated by a scanning tunneling microscope. Photodetectors based on n-InAs(100) substrate with InAsSbP QDs on its surface were fabricated in the form of a photoconductor cell. The photoresponse spectrum extended up to 4 μm was observed. The optical properties of fabricated structures were investigated under He–Ne laser irradiation with wavelength of 1.15 μm. It was found that the relative surface conductance increases by 16% at power density of 0.15 W/cm2. Capacitance hysteresis with maximal remnant capacitance of 2.17 nF at 103 Hz was observed as well.  相似文献

A protein precipitation method for the determination of clobazam (CLB) and its major active metabolite N-desmethylclobazam (N-CLB) in human plasma by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) was established. CLB and N-CLB were extracted from human plasma samples by protein precipitation with methanol. Analyte separation was done using a Phenomenex Kinetex™ Biphenyl (50 × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm) column using isocratic elution with a mobile phase of 5 mm ammonium formate with 0.01% ammonium hydroxide (40%) and methanol (60%) at a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min and an injection volume of 10 μL. The detection was performed on a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer in multiple reaction monitoring mode to monitor the precursor-to-product ion transitions of m/z 301.1 → 259.0, 306.0 → 263.9 for CLB and CLB-D5 and 287.0 → 245.0, 292.0 → 250.0 for N-CLB and N-CLB-D5 in positive electrospray ionization mode, respectively. The method was validated over a concentration range of 2.0–750 ng/mL for CLB and 0.7–200 ng/mL for N-CLB on SCIEX Triple Quad 4500 MS System. Total run time was 5 min. This method has been designed for bioequivalence study for formulations containing 20 mg of CLB.  相似文献

Influence of the Coulomb gap on the fine structure of the fundamental absorption edge in quantum wells is studied. Using the interpolation formula, which adequately describes the effect of the Coulomb gap in quantum wells under conditions of low doping regardless of the compensation degree, an explicit expression is obtained for the absorption coefficient related to transitions from the valence level of size quantization to the impurity band. The dependence of the absorption coefficient of a quantum well on the levels of doping and compensation is also studied.  相似文献

It is well known that Korn inequality plays a central role in the theory of linear elasticity. In the present work we prove new asymptotically sharp Korn and Korn-like inequalities in thin curved domains with a non-constant thickness. This new results will be useful when studying the buckling of compressed shells, in particular when calculating the critical buckling load.  相似文献

Antimony telluride (Sb2Te3) nanoplates of various thickness were grown by the vapor phase deposition method. The Hall resistance and magnetoresistance of the samples were measured in magnetic fields up to 9 T at temperatures from 2 to 300 K. Temperature dependence of the magnetoresistance and Hall resistance of the nanoplates shows a strong dependence on the thickness of the samples. Relatively thick samples show a nonlinear dependence of the Hall resistance on magnetic field. The measurement data are analyzed within the model of multi-channel transport. The difference in behavior is attributed to the existence of two channels of charge transfer with high and low mobility.  相似文献
