静压下半导体微腔内激子与光子行为的研究

由于腔模与激子对压力的依赖关系不同,所以可以选择不同的压力使激子和光场处于不同的耦合状态,从而实现对耦合的调谐。利用这种办法,我们观测到了代表激子与光场强耦合作用的Rabi分裂。由于在我们现有样品结构中压力对激子本征行为的影响很小,与以前报道的温度、电场等调谐方式相比,这种调谐方法不仅可以有效地调谐半导体微腔内激子与腔模的耦合程度,而且能够保持激子的本征性质在整个调谐过程中基本不变。这有助于研究在强耦合过程中激子极化激元的本征性质。将实验结果与压力下激子与腔模耦合理论进行拟合,得出了正确的Rabi分裂值。     

Apparatus for High-Resolution Solid Hydrogen Matrix Isolation Spectroscopy and Its Application

Apparatus integrating a Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) spectrometer and a mid-infrared difference frequency generation (DFG) laser spectrometer was built for the study of the matrix isolation spectrum in solid molecular hydrogen. A 3-cm-long molecular hydrogen crystal was grown in a liquid-helium Dewar, and its infrared absorption spectrum in the 1-5 μm region was recorded to test the system. The W₀(0) (ν=0←0, J=6←0) line around 2410 cm⁻¹ of solid hydrogen was investigated with the DFG laser spectroscopy. High-resolution matrix isolation spectrum of CO² co-deposited with hydrogen on a BaF₂ cold plate at liquid-helium temperature was studied.

镧掺杂水滑石材料的热分解过程研究

采用共沉淀法制备了系列La掺杂改性的含Cu类水滑石,高温焙烧得到其衍生混合氧化物材料,并用XRD,TG-DSC,FT-IR等对材料进行表征.结果表明,前驱物XRD图谱呈典型的水滑石衍射特征且颗粒结晶良好;经800℃焙烧后,掺杂La2O3含量为5.1%的样品仅有Mg1-xFexO晶相出现,说明La的掺杂提高了材料的高温稳定性,混合氧化物中的Cu离子呈高分散状态.     

Direct, organocatalytic α-sulfenylation of aldehydes and ketones

A method for direct sulfenylation of aldehydes and ketones, catalyzed by a novel pyrrolidine trifluoromethanesulfonamide organocatalyst, has been developed. This process serves as an efficient and mild approach to the preparation of α-phenylthio-ketones and -aldehydes.     

多巴酚丁胺的流动注射化学发光法测定

在盐酸介质中 ,高锰酸钾可氧化多巴酚丁胺产生化学发光 ,甲醛对该反应有较强的增敏作用 ,据此 ,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定多巴酚丁胺的方法 ;方法的线性范围为0.1～100mg·L -1,检出限为0.07mg·L -1 ,相对标准偏差为1.2 %(n=11,ρ=1.0mg·L -1) ;该法用于药物中多巴酚丁胺含量的测定 ,结果令人满意。     

Whole-field determination of isoclinic parameter by five-step color phase shifting and its error analysis

Combining color imaging with phase shifting, a technique named five-step color phase shifting is presented to determine the whole-field isoclinic parameter. Relevant theory is derived and explicit conditions for directly determining the isoclinic parameter in the range of [0,π/2] are given. The unloaded light intensity of the model is systematically studied. A color camera recorded five isoclinic images coupled with isochromatics from a plane polariscope with five different settings, respectively. Experiments have been carried out with a circular disk under diametral compression and errors have been analyzed and estimated. This technique utilizes white light, which avoids undefined isoclinics near the locations where the isochromatics exist and will have active effect on experimental stress analysis and structural strength design.     

Coherent quantum transport in normal-metal/d-wave superconductor/normal-metal double tunnel junctions

Taking into account the effects of quantum interference and interface scattering, combining the electron current with hole current contribution to tunnel current,we study the coherent quantum transport in normal-metal/d-wave superconductor/normal-metal (NM/d-wave SC/NM) double tunnel junctions by using extended Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk (BTK) approach. It is shown that all quasiparticle transport coefficients and conductance spectrum exhibit oscillating behavior with the energy, in which periodic vanishing of Andreev reflection (AR) above superconducting gap is found.In tunnel limit for the interface scattering strength taken very large, there are a series of bound states of quasiparticles formed in SC.     

软x射线近贴显微技术

软x射线近贴显微技术不但可使活的生物样品成象,分辨率高于光学显微镜,而且人为的样品准备程序在该技术中都可避免。本文描述了用高功率激光打靶产生的等离子体作为软x射线源而进行的近贴显微研究,并得到了分辨率好于1μm的结果。
