几种卟啉在化学还原沉积银膜上的表面增强拉曼光谱特征

应用 Ｊｏｂｉｎ－Ｙｖｏｎ Ｕ—１０００型拉曼光谱仪和ＬＡＢＲＡＭＩ型拉曼光谱系统研究了 ３种卟啉ＴＯＨＰＰ、ＴａｍＰＰ和ＴＳＰＰ在化学还原沉积法制备的银膜上的ＲＳ和ＳＥＲＳ光谱特征。结果表明：化学还原法制备的银膜可以作为这几种卟啉的拉曼增强活性载体。这３种卟啉在获谱的过程中都形成二聚态化合物和发生银离子搀和作用，较长的放置和测谱时间有利于银离子的搀和。     

Ni-P/SiO_2催化剂晶化过程及其加氢活性研究

采用化学还原法制备了负载型Ni－P／SiO2非晶态合金催化剂．应用ICP、BET、氢氧滴定法、XRD、SEM、XPS研究了上述催化剂在高温晶化过程中的表面结构、表面形貌和表面电子态的变化。测定了Ni－P／SiO2非晶态合金晶化前后对其液相苯甲醛加氢反应催化活性和选择性,并讨论了非晶态合金催化剂晶化过程中结构变化对催化性能的影响．     

Polymer bound glutamic acid salicylaldehyde Schiff‐base complex ­catalyst for oxidation of olefins with ­dioxygen

The polymer bound Schiff‐base ligand (PS‐SalGlu) has been prepared from polystyrene bound salicylaldehyde and glutamic acid, and its complex (PS‐SalGlu‐Co) has also been synthesized. The polymer ligand and its complex were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, small area X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and inductively coupled plasma‐atomic emission spectro (ICP‐AFS). In the presence of the complex, cyclohexene can be effectively oxidized by molecular oxygen without reductant. The long‐chain linear aliphatic olefins, such as 1‐octene, 1‐decene, 1‐dodecene and 1‐tetradecene, can be directly oxidized by molecular oxygen catalyzed by PS‐SalGlu‐Co, which affords the 1,2‐epoxy alkane. A NEW ONE-STEP REDUCTIVE N-ALKYLATION OF AMINO ACIDS AND THEIR ESTERS

The reductive alkylation of amine with carbonyl compounds usingsodium hydrogen telluride has been investigated in recent years.Application of this method to the synthesis of N-alkyl derivativesof biologically important amino acids and their esters is described.     

Controllable self-assembly of parallel gold nanorod clusters by DNA origami

We demonstrate the self-assembly of three types of parallel gold nanorod clusters using a rod-like DNA origami as the template.     

化合物Cs5EuCl8·14H2O和Cs2EuCl5·4H2O的制备和荧光性

The two new compounds Cs₅EuCl₈·14H₅O(5∶1 type) and Cs₂EuCl₅·4H₂O(2∶1 type) were found and syn-thesized from CsCl-EuCl₃-11%HCl-H₂O quaternary systems by phase equilibrium method, and were characterized and measured by ultra-violet absorption spectrometry and fluorescence spectrum. The results show that upconversion spectrum exhibit at 590nm and 610nm exited at 790nm, and the upconversion intensity increases with the EuCl₃ ratio increasing in CsCl.     

Formation of ring calcium oxalate patterns induced by domains in DPPC Langmuir-Blodgett films

The ring patterns of calcium oxalate crystals were induced by domains in Langmuir-Blodgett （LB） films of dipalmitoylpho- sphatidylcboline （DPPC）. The result was explained by the defects at the ring boundaries of liquid condensed （LC） and liquid expanded （LE） phases of LB film. These boundaries could provide less free energy and much more nucleating sites for COM crystals.     

Dichloro bis(η5) molybdenum catalysed reduction of organic halides by sodium borohydride

Summary Dichloro bis(⁵) molybdenum catalyses the reduction of organic halides by sodium borohydride smoothly and selectively. The reactions with representative organic monohalides and polyhalides are investigated. The ease of reduction depends on the structure of the halide and the solvent used. alkoxycarbonyl and cyano groups are unattacked in the reaction. An oxidative addition-reductive elimination mechanism is tentatively suggested.

对氟苯酚-过氧化氢-辣根过氧化物酶体系酶联荧光免疫分析研究──Ⅰ.对氟苯酚直接法及铝-钙指示剂偶合法测定人血清中乙肝表面抗原和表面抗体

对氟苯酚在辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）的催化下可被H2O2氧化，生成本酚及F-。测定对氟苯酚荧光猝灭程度及用铝－钙指示剂荧光体系检测酶促反应释放的F－，可分别建立HRP及其标记物的两种分析方法。铝－钙指示剂偶合法测定HRP的线性范围为0．031～31U／L，检测限（3δ）为0．0093U／L。两种方法分别用于测定人血清中乙肝表面抗原及抗体，结果令人满意。
