Cucurbitaxanthin A (=(all‐E,3S,5R,6R,3′R)‐3,6‐epoxy‐5,6‐dihydro‐β,β‐carotene‐5,3′‐diol; 1 ) was submitted to thermal isomerization and to I2‐catalysed photoisomerization. The structure of the main reaction products (9Z)‐ ( 2 ), (9′Z)‐ ( 3 ), (13Z)‐ ( 4 ), and (13′Z)‐cucurbitaxanthin A ( 5 ) was determined by their UV/VIS, CD, 1H‐NMR, and mass spectra.  相似文献

From the pollens of Aesculus hippocastanum, a new apocarotenoid was isolated as the main carotenoid and, based on the spectroscopic data, identified as (all-E,3R)-3-hydroxy-6′-apo-β-caroten-6′-al ( 4 , aesculaxanthin). In addition, (all-E)-lutein ( 3 ) and (all-E)-β-citraurin ( 5 ) were isolated. Furthermore, 6 (aesculaxanthol) was prepared by reduction of 4 with NaBH4 and tentatively identified as natural carotenoid.  相似文献

We study an example of a generalized Friedrichs model, in which a continuous-continuous coupling produces a pair of resonances as branch cuts of the analytic continuation of the reduced resolvent of the perturbed Hamiltonian to the second sheet of the Riemann surface associated to a transformation of the type w = z + α √z. Poly[(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl)methylsiloxane] (PTFPMS) was treated with the solvents acetone, ethyl acetate and methanol and its degradation products were analyzed with multiple techniques. 1H, 29Si and 19F nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy were useful for the characterization of the intact polymers and for the determination of cyclosiloxanes. Cyclosiloxanes with a ring size of up to 23 were quantified by gas chromatography. The only degradation products found were TFPmethyl-cyclosiloxanes. 1,3,5,7-Tetrakis(TFPmethyl)-cyclotetrasiloxane was predominant, and (TFPmethyl)cyclotri-, penta- and hexasiloxane could be detected at lower concentrations. The identity of cyclic degradation products with a ring size of up to 6 was unambiguously confirmed by direct infusion mass spectrometry. The TFPmethyl-cyclosiloxanes were successfully ionized by electrospray ionization in the negative mode. None of the techniques applied gave hints to other degradation products such as short linear oligomers. Almost complete degradation of PTFPMS occurred in acetone and methanol, while degradation is distinctly reduced in ethyl acetate.  相似文献

Two states of surface valence electrons localized on faces with different molecular reliefs were observed for nanodisperse hydroxyapatite. Thermal treatment of nanocrystals caused a shift ΔE b = 0.5 eV of the spectrum of valence electrons on molecularly rough faces and a shift of 0.8 eV of the spectrum from smooth faces. Similar electron spectrum shifts were observed for sorption, in particular, of sodium succinate. These results are of importance for the diagnostics of various hydroxyapatite kinds, since hydroxyapatite is a constituent mineral component of living organisms, and for the synthesis of medicines with enhanced biological activity used in treatment of various bone diseases.  相似文献
