Both the nucellar projection (NP) and endosperm transfer cells (ETC) of the developing barley grain (harvested 8 days after flowering) were isolated by laser capture micro-dissection combined with pressure catapulting. Protein extracts were analyzed by nanoUPLC separation combined with ESI-Q-TOF mass spectrometry. The majority of the ~160 proteins identified were involved in translation, protein synthesis, or protein destination. The NP proteome was enriched for stress defense molecules, while proteins involved in assimilate transport and the mobilization of nutrients were common to both the NP and the ETC. The combined qualitative and quantitative protein profiling allowed for the identification of several proteins showing tissue specificity in their expression, which underlines the distinct biological functions of these two tissues within the developing barley grain.  相似文献

This research aimed the effect on Caucasian hair tresses treated with oxidative hair dye, either incorporated or not with conditioners agents, analyzed by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The formulations of hair dyes were emulsions oil-in-water with light blond color containing or not the conditioners agents: silanetriol and panthenol; PEG-12 dimethicone; hydrolyzed silk, hydrolyzed milk protein, and lactose. Each dye (1.5 g) was applied in the hair tress (2.0 g/20.0 cm of length of Caucasian light-brown), previously treated, more 1.5 g of hydrogen peroxide 20 vol during 40 min. Evaluation of mass loss of the different hair sample demonstrates that these chemical hair treatments impair the hair fibers, reduced their moisture content with respect to the untreated hair. The incorporation of conditioners agents (silanetriol and panthenol; PEG-12 dimethicone; hydrolyzed silk, hydrolyzed milk protein, and lactose) in oxidative hair dyes types did not decrease the damage caused on the tresses by the coloring process quantified by TG/DTG. However, the DSC curves demonstrated those conditioners agents (silanetriol and panthenol; PEG-12 dimethicone) dislocated the beginning of the third event in 20 °C and they inhibited the presence of the fourth event, having characterized thermal protection to the hair.  相似文献

In this paper we relate the theory of stable planes to the theory of generalized symmetric spaces in the sense of differential geometry where the symmetries may be of arbitrary order. This leads to the notion of a generalized symmetric plane. We assign to every generalized symmetric plane an associated infinitesimal model and show that the associated infinitesimal model essentially determines a generalized symmetric plane up to global isomorphism. In particular, every generalized symmetric plane with an abelian group of transvections is a topological translation plane.  相似文献

The high-energy high-power laser system PHELIX (Petawatt High Energy Laser for heavy Ion eXperiments) [1] is currently under construction at the Gesellschaft fuer Schwerionenforschung mbH (GSI) Darmstadt. With PHELIX GSI will offer the unique combination of a high-current, high-energy (GeV/u) heavy-ion beam with an intense laser beam. This will open the door to a variety of fundamental science issues in the field of atomic physics, plasma physics and nuclear physics. The project will gain further interest in the near future by the dramatic increase of the accelerator performance with the starting FAIR project at GSI [2]. This paper reports the current status of the project as well as the laser architecture. The proposed physics program and a first experiment carried out with PHELIX, the realization of a transient collisionally excited x-ray laser [3], will also be reviewed briefly.  相似文献

2 +? O2→H2O on polycrystalline Pt foils has been studied by detection of desorbing OH radicals using the Resonance Enhanced Multiphoton Ionization, REMPI, technique. The measurements were performed at catalyst temperatures of 1000–1400 K and a total pressure below 10-4 mbar. The studies of OH desorption by REMPI were achieved using a two-photon excitation D2Σ-–X2Π (1–0), followed by one-photon ionization. The ions were detected in a time-of-flight mass spectrometer, TOF-MS, in order to avoid interference from non-resonantly ionized molecules. By applying TOF-MS, a simultaneous non-resonant ionization and detection of H2, O2 and H2O was achieved. Recorded REMPI spectra were compared with spectra simulated using known molecular constants. The kinetics of the reaction derived from the measurements were compared with what was obtained in earlier LIF detection of OH, performed at higher total reactant pressure using the A–X transition. REMPI TOF-MS is shown to be a complement to LIF for reaction studies below 5×10-4 mbar total pressure, where LIF is too insensitive for quantification. In this paper new integration algorithms based on the Magnus expansion for linear differential equations up to eighth order are obtained. These methods are optimal with respect to the number of commutators required. Starting from Magnus series, integration schemes based on the Cayley transform an the Fer factorization are also built in terms of univariate integrals. The structure of the exact solution is retained while the computational cost is reduced compared to similar methods. Their relative performance is tested on some illustrative examples.  相似文献

New N-alkyl-3,5-pyrazole derived ligands were synthesized by reaction between 3,5-pyrazole derived ligands and the appropriate haloalkane in toluene or THF using NaOEt or NaH as base. When the precursor ligand bears a pyridyl substituent the alkylation reaction presents a large regioselectivity. Theoretical calculations have been carried out to rationalize the experimental observations. It has been shown that regioselectivity is governed by the formation of Na+-pyrazolide chelate complexes.  相似文献
