The irradiation of the 3-phenyl-2H-azirines 1a–c in the presence of diethyl benzoylphosphonate ( 8 ) in cyclonexane solution, using a mercury high pressure lamp (pyrex filter), yields the diethyl (4, 5-diphenyl-3-oxazolin-5-yl)-phosphonates 9a–c (Scheme 3). In the case of 1b a mixture of two diastereomeric 3-oxazolines, resulting from a regiospecific but non-stereospecific cycloaddition of the benzonitrile-benzylide dipole 2b to the carbonyl group of the phosphonate 8 , was isolated. Benzonitrile-isopropylide ( 2a ), generated from 2,2-dimethyl-3-phenyl-2H-azirine ( 1a ), undergoes a cycloaddition reaction to the ester-carbonyl group of diethyl ethoxycarbonylphosphonate ( 15 ) with the same regiospecificity to give the 3-oxazoline derivative 16 (Scheme 5). The azirines 1a–c , on irradiation in benzene in the presence of diethyl vinylphosphonate ( 17 ) give non-regiospecifically the Δ1-pyrrolines 13a–c and 14a–c (Scheme 6).  相似文献

Carotenoids from Hips of Rosa pomifera: Discovery of (5Z)-Neurosporene; Synthesis of (3R, 15Z)-Rubixanthin Extensive chromatographic separations of the mixture of carotenoids from ripe hips of R. pomifera have led to the identification of 43 individual compounds, namely (Scheme 2): (15 Z)-phytoene (1) , (15 Z)-phytofluene (2) , all-(E)-phytofluene (2a) , ξ-carotene (3) , two mono-(Z)-ξ-carotenes ( 3a and 3b ), (6 R)-?, ψ-carotene (4) , a mono-(Z)-?, ψ-carotene (4a) , β, ψ-carotene (5) , a mono-(Z)-β, ψ-carotene (5a) , neurosporene (6) , (5 Z)-neurosporene (6a) , a mono-(Z)-neurosporene (6b) , lycopene (7) , five (Z)-lycopenes (7a–7e) , β, β-carotene (8) , two mono-(Z)-β, β-carotenes (probably (9 Z)-β, β-carotene (8a) and (13 Z)-β, β-carotene (8b) ), β-cryptoxanthin (9) , three (Z)-β-cryptoxanthins (9a–9c) , rubixanthin (10) , (5′ Z)-rubixanthin (=gazaniaxanthin; 10a ), (9′ Z)-rubixanthin (10b) , (13′ Z)- and (13 Z)-rubixanthin (10c and 10d , resp.), (5′ Z, 13′ Z)- or (5′ Z, 13 Z)-rubixanthin (10e) , lutein (11) , zeaxanthin (12) , (13 Z)-zeaxanthin (12b) , a mono-(Z)-zeaxanthin (probably (9 Z)-zeaxanthin (12a) ), (8 R)-mutatoxanthin (13) , (8 S)-mutatoxanthin (14) , neoxanthin (15) , (8′ R)-neochrome (16) , (8′ S)-neochrome (17) , a tetrahydroxycarotenoid (18?) , a tetrahydroxy-epoxy-carotenoid (19?) , and a trihydroxycarotenoid of unknown structure. Rubixanthin (10) and (5′ Z)-rubixanthin (10a) can easily be distinguished by HPLC. separation and CD. spectra at low temperature. The synthesis of (3 R, 15 Z)-rubixanthin (29) is described. The isolation of (5 Z)-neurosporene (6a) supports the hypothesis that the ?-end group arises by enzymatic cyclization of precursors having a (5 Z)- or (5′ Z)-configuration.  相似文献

The 90 K diffuse reflectance spectra of some octahedral Rh(III), Ir(III) and Pt(IV) complex compounds with chloride, thiocyanate and amine ligands are reported. The spectra show in the visible and near ultraviolet distinct bands due to spin-orbit components of singlet-triplet d-d transitions which are explained by ligand field calculations including spin-orbit coupling considering all possible d-electron configurations. Model parameter sets are obtained by fitting the measured band peaks to possible transitions between calculated energy levels. For some of the bands the vibrational structure could be resolved which is assigned to metal-ligand stretching vibrations of the electronically excited complex octahedra with vibrational fundamentals lower than those of the ground state.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Acenaphthylen wurde durch Anpolymerisation und zweifache Hochvakuumsublimation gereinigt. Die Reinigungsmethode wird ausführlich beschrieben.Bei verschiedenen Temperaturen wurde mit einer dilatometrischen Methode die thermische Bruttogeschwindigkeit gemessen. Zwischen 95 und 105 °C giltk br=7,08·1010 exp (– 30,9 kcal/RT).Die beträchtliche Aktivierungsenergie der Bruttoreaktion ist sowohl auf eine große Aktivierungsenergie der thermischen Startreaktion als auch auf eine relativ hohe Wachstumsaktivierungsenergie zurückzuführen.Das Polymerisationsverhalten von Acenaphthylen kann vermutlich aufgrund seiner sterischen Eigenschaften erklärt werden.
Summary Acenaphthylene was purified by partial polymerisation, followed by double stage high vacuum sublimation. The method of purification is described in detail.The thermal overall rate was measured at different temperatures by a dilatometric method. Between 95 and 105 °C the following relation holds:k th=7,08 · 1010 exp (– 30,9 kcal/RT).The considerable energy of activation of the overall reaction depends on a relatively high energy of activation of both the thermal initiation and the propagation reaction.It is supposed, that the polymerisation behaviour of acenaphthylene depends mainly on its steric properties.

This contribution presents fluorescence measurements from highly diluted tetratolylporphyrin (TTP) solutions where acetone has been chosen as solvent. The concentrations of the solutions ranged from 10(-8) to 10(-14) M. Apart the normal S1-S0 fluorescence a new broad emission was recorded below 10(-8) M. This new emission blue-shifted to the S1-S0 fluorescence covered the spectral range between 19000 and 14000 cm(-1). Within the dilution series, both the S1-S0 porphyrin fluorescence and the new emission exhibited a remarkably non-linear concentration-dependence. In the case in which the aggregate emission was strong, little S1-S0 emission could be detected and vice versa. The intensity maximum of the broad emission was detected from a 10(-13) M solution. The supplementary fluorescence was attributed to the presence of assembled molecules. This assumption was established by comparing the measurements with those obtained from 1:1 acetone water solvent mixtures in which the formation of aggregates had been formerly proven. The emission originating from the formation of aggregates was interpreted by a qualitative model considering the energy levels of J-aggregated porphyrins.  相似文献

Two screening methods were developed for rapid analysis of a great number of urine and blood samples within the framework of an exposure check of the population after a firework explosion. A total of 56 elements was measured including major elements. Sample preparation consisted of simple dilution. Extensive quality controls were applied including element addition and the use of certified reference materials. Relevant results at levels similar to those found in the literature were obtained for Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Sr, Cd, Sn, Sb, Ba, Tl, and Pb in urine and for the same elements except Ni, Sn, Sb, and Ba in blood. However, quadrupole ICP–MS has limitations, mainly related to spectral interferences, for the analysis of urine and blood, and these cause higher detection limits. The general aspects discussed in the paper give it wider applicability than just for analysis of blood and urine—it can for example be used in environmental analysis.  相似文献

Bond-stretch isomerism in benzo[1,2:4,5]dicyclobutadienle (BDCB) has been investigated using the MR-AQCC/6-31G(d) method, a high-level multireference ab initio approach including size-extensivity corrections. The applied theoretical approach includes both nondynamical and dynamical electron correlation effects. Full MR-AQCC geometry optimizations of localized (1) and delocalized (3) isomers as well as the transition structure (TS) have been determined using D2h, symmetry restriction. The calculations show that both isomers are approximately of equal stability separated by a barrier with a height of about 5 kcal mol(-1). Thus, the present results strongly indicate that benzof[1,3:4,5]dicyclobutadiene is a very good candidate for an organic compound exhibiting bond-stretch isomerism, since isomers 1 and 3 correspond to true minima on the double-well potential energy surface, which are separated by a sufficiently high barrier. It is particularly important to emphasize that isomer 3 represents a realization of the highly elusive quasi-[10]annulene.  相似文献

Nine members of a new family of polynuclear ferric complexes have been synthesized and characterized. The reaction of Fe(O(2)CMe)(2) with polydentate Schiff base proligands (H(2)L) derived from salicylidene-2-ethanolamine, followed in some cases by reaction with carboxylic acids, has afforded new complexes of general formulas [Fe(2)(pic)(2)(L)(2)] (where pic(-) is the anion of 2-picolinic acid), [Fe(3)(O(2)CMe)(3)(L)(3)], [Fe(4)(OR)(2)(O(2)CMe)(2)(L)(4)], and [Fe(5)O(OH)(O(2)CR)(4)(L)(4)]. The tri-, tetra-, and pentanuclear complexes all possess unusual structures and novel core topologies. M?ssbauer spectroscopy confirms the presence of high-spin ferric centers in the tri- and pentanuclear complexes. Variable-temperature magnetic measurements suggest spin ground states of S = 0, 1/2, 0, and 5/2 for the bi-, tri-, tetra-, and pentanuclear complexes, respectively. Fits of the magnetic susceptibility data have provided the magnitude of the exclusively antiferromagnetic exchange interactions. In addition, an easy-axis-type magnetic anisotropy has been observed for the pentanuclear complexes, with D values of approximately -0.4 cm(-)(1) determined from modeling the low-temperature magnetization data. A low-temperature micro-SQUID study of one of the pentanuclear complexes reveals magnetization hysteresis at nonzero field. This is attributed to an anisotropy-induced energy barrier to magnetization reversal that is of molecular origin. Finally, an inelastic neutron scattering study of one of the trinuclear complexes has revealed that the magnetic behavior arises from two distinct species.  相似文献
