With a FeSO(4)/TBHP system in water, direct oxidation of sp(3) C-H bonds adjacent to nitrogen of arylureas to give both unprecedented tert-butoxylated and hydroxylated products 2 was revealed. Under elevated temperatures, either 2-oxo-N-arylpyrrolidine-1-carboxamides 3 or 1,3-diarylureas 4 were attained, depending on the aliphatic ring size of the arylurea substrates.  相似文献

Surfactant-free gelatin/heptamolybdate (HM) hybrid nanoparticles are prepared by a simple and environmentally friendly approach utilizing the electrostatic interaction between anionic HM and the zwitterionic gelatin. The obtained nanoparticles have a tunable size and very high HM loading content up to about 70%. In vitro and in vivo experiments prove that the gelatin/HM hybrid nanoparticles exhibit significantly better antitumor activity than plain ammonium heptamolybdate solution. Therefore, the gelatin/HM hybrid nanoparticles reported here may serve as a prototype platform for polymer/polyoxometalate (POM) hybrid nanoparticles as cancer treatment agents and hence open up more opportunities to maximize the potential of POM-based pharmaceutical agents.  相似文献

In this work, a novel method for the fabrication of magnetic carbon nanotubes based on 'aggregation wrap' was proposed. When carbon nanotubes and magnetic nanoparticles were vortically mixed in a solvent, the magnetic nanoparticles were wrapped into the carbon nanotube bundles that formed during the aggregation process, leading to the formation of magnetic carbon nanotubes. Thus, the resultant material can be separated from the solvent rapidly and conveniently by a magnet. Our investigation demonstrated that the 'aggregation wrap' mechanism for the preparation of magnetic composite is also applicable to other self-aggregated micro/nanomaterials, including graphene, graphite, C(60), etc. To testify the feasibility of the magnetic composites in sample preparation, the resultant magnetic carbon nanotubes were applied as sorbents for magnetic solid-phase extraction (MSPE) of estrogens in milk samples. Under optimized conditions, a rapid, convenient and efficient method for the determination of estrogens in milk samples was established by the combination of MSPE with high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector. The linearity range of the proposed method was 5-2000 μg/L with correlation coefficients (R) of 0.9983-0.9994. The limit of detection (LOD) for three estrogens ranged from 1.21 to 2.35 μg/L. The intra- and inter-day relative standard deviations (RSDs) were <9.3%. The reproducibility of the MSPE with different batches of magnetic carbon nanotubes was acceptable with RSD values <3.6%.  相似文献

The fabrication of a solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fiber through UV-induced polymerization of poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEG-DA) for determination of parabens in cosmetic products is presented in this work. The PEG-DA polymer coating was covalently attached to the fiber by introducing a surface modification with 3-(trichlorosilyl)propyl methacrylate (TPM). The PEG-DA polymer thin film coated on the fiber was homogeneous and wrinkled, which led to an increase of the surface area and high extraction efficiency. The extraction performances of the prepared SPME fibers were assessed by preconcentration of parabens including methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben and benzylparaben from cosmetic products. The analysis was performed on an ultra high-speed liquid chromatography with diode array detector. The prepared SPME fibers exhibited good repeatability (for one fiber) and reproducibility (fiber-to-fiber) with RSDs of 5.4 and 6.9%, respectively. The optimized SPME method supported a wide linear range of 0.50-160 μg/mL and the detection limits for parabens were in the range of 0.12-0.15 μg/mL (S/N=3). The developed method was successfully applied for determination of parabens in cosmetic products with different natures.  相似文献

In this study, silica-coated magnetic nanoparticles (Fe(3)O(4)/SiO(2) NPs) modified by cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) were synthesized. They were successfully applied for extraction of xanthohumol in beer based on magnetic mixed hemimicelles solid-phase extraction (MMHSPE) coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet determination. The main factors influencing the extraction efficiency including the surfactant amount, the beer pH, the extraction time, the desorption condition and the maximum extraction beer volume were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, a concentration factor of 60 was achieved by extracting 120 mL beer sample using MMHSPE and the detection limit of xanthohumol is 0.0006 mg/L. The proposed method was successfully applied for determination of xanthohumol in various beer samples with the xanthohumol contents in the range of 0.031-0.567 mg/L. The satisfactory recoveries (90-103%) were obtained in analyzing spiked beer samples.  相似文献

We have designed and constructed fusion genes of C-terminal (Ct) or N-terminal (Nt) bmrA with EGFP vectors and successfully expressed them in ΔBmrA (BmrA deletion strain of Bacillus subtilis), generating two new strains of B. subtilis (Ct-BmrA-EGFP and Nt-BmrA-EGFP). The fusion genes were characterized using gel electrophoresis and DNA sequencing. Their expression in live cells was determined by measuring the fluorescence of EGFP in single live cells using fluorescence microscopy and spectroscopy. The efflux function of the new strains was studied by measuring their accumulation kinetics of intracellular Hoechst dye molecules (a pump substrate) using fluorescence spectroscopy, which were compared with wild-type (WT-BmrA) and ΔBmrA strains. Both new strains show lower accumulation rates than ΔBmrA, and their efflux kinetics are inhibited by a pump inhibitor (orthovanadate). The results suggest that both strains extrude the dye molecules and the fusion proteins retain the efflux function of BmrA (ATP-binding cassette, ABC, transporter). Notably, Nt-BmrA-EGFP strain shows lower accumulation rates (higher efflux rates) than Ct-BmrA-EGFP. Modeled structures of the fusion proteins illustrate a highly flexible linker region connecting EGFP with BmrA, suggesting a minimal obstruction of EGFP to the BmrA. A closer distance of two C termini (∼14 ?) than two N termini (47.9 ?) of the “closed” BmrA dimer depicts the larger steric effect of C-terminal fusion. This study also shows that glucose affects the fluorescence study of efflux function of BmrA, suggesting that efflux kinetics of ABC membrane transporters in live cells must be characterized in the absence of glucose.  相似文献

By using a comparison theorem, continuation theorem base on coincidence degree and constructing a suitable Lyapunov function, we establish sufficient and necessary conditions for the existence and global attractivity of periodic solution. Based on reasonable testing model problems, we study the preservation by symplectic Runge-Kutta method (SRK) and symplectic partitioned Runge-Kutta method (SPRK) of structures for fixed points of linear Hamiltonian systems. This study aimed to evaluate continuous and simultaneous variations of dental implant diameter and length, and to identify their relatively optimal ranges in the posterior mandible under biomechanical consideration. A 3D finite element model of a posterior mandibular segment with dental implant was created. Implant diameter ranged from 3.0 to 5.0 mm, and implant length ranged from 6.0 to 16.0 mm. The results showed that under axial load, the maximum Von Mises stresses in cortical and cancellous bones decreased by 76.53% and 72.93% respectively, with the increasing of implant diameter and length; and under buccolingual load, by 83.97% and 84.93%, respectively. Under both loads, the maximum displacements of implant-abutment complex decreased by 58.09% and 75.53%, respectively. The results indicate that in the posterior mandible, implant diameter plays more significant roles than length in reducing cortical bone stress and enhancing implant stability under both loads. Meanwhile, implant length is more effective than diameter in reducing cancellous bone stress under both loads. Moreover, biomechanically, implant diameter exceeding 4.0 mm and implant length exceeding 12.0 mm is a relatively optimal combination for a screwed implant in the posterior mandible with poor bone quality.  相似文献
