红外光谱与人工神经网络相结合识别栽培、野生黄芩和粘毛黄芩

为了识别栽培黄芩、野生黄芩和粘毛黄芩，采用非线性－线性、线性－线性、非线性－非线性三种模式的人工神经网络（ANN）分别分析各种黄芩的红外谱。我们采用42个样本作训练集，34个样本作检验集，用各种模式的ANN进行了监督性训练。当训练目标误差平方和定为0.01时，各类ANN对训练集中三类黄芩样本识别的正确率均为100%，但对检验集样本识别的结果各不相同，其识别的正确率与隐含层节点数S1有关。我们发现当S1较大时，识别正确率反而下降，可能此时网络的非线性程度过高，使其不适合于该类样本集的训练。线性－线性型ANN识别的结果随S1的变化不很大，但识别的正确率不高，基本在85％左右。非线性－线性型ANN识别的结果最佳。当S1为3时，其识别正确率超过了97％。因此该法可用以简便、快速、准确地识别这三种黄芩药材。     

基于二代curvelet变换的图像融合研究

曲波(Curvelet)作为一种新的多尺度分析方法比小波更加适合分析二维图像中的曲线或直线状边缘特征,而且具有更高的逼近精度和更好的稀疏表达能力.将curvelet变换引入图像融合,能够更好地提取原始图像的特征,为融合图像提供更多的信息.第二代curvelet理论的提出也使得其理论更易理解和实现.因此,提出了一种基于第二代curvelet变换的图像融合方法,首先将图像进行curvelet变换,然后在相应尺度上利用融合规则将curvelet系数融合,最后进行重构得到融合结果.对多聚焦图像进行了实验,采用均方误差、偏差指数和相关系数对融合结果进行了客观评价,并与基于小波变换的融合进行了比较,实验结果表明该方法除分解2层时与小波性能相当,取其他分解层数时均获得更好的融合效果.     

基于计算机视觉的蜂窝陶瓷在线检测系统研究

研发了一种基于计算机视觉的蜂窝陶瓷智能在线检测系统;设计了系统的体系结构,4台高速摄像机在线获取蜂窝陶瓷图像,研究了改进型加权中值滤波处理,论述了基于Fisher评价函数的图像阈值分割算法;最后进行亚像素测量,判断产品尺寸是否在允许范围内,实验验证了系统的有效性和检测算法的可行性,可以很好地代替人工检测。     

Effects of Organic Acids on the Release of Fruity Esters in Water: An Insight at the Molecular Level

It is well known that organic acids (OAs) could affect the flavour of fruit juices and beverages. However, the molecular mechanism of aroma release is still unclear. In this study, the effects of citric acid (CA), L-(-)-malic acid (MA) and L-lactic acid (LA) on the release of six selected esters and their sensory perception were investigated by means of HS-GC-MS analyses and odour detection threshold determination, respectively. Meanwhile, the density functional theory (DFT) calculation was employed to explore the interaction modes between esters and OAs. HS-GC-MS analyses showed that the concentration and the type of OAs regulated the release of esters. The results were basically consistent with the detection threshold change of those esters. The DFT calculation suggested that the main intermolecular interaction was hydrogen bonds, and several esters could form a ternary ring structure with OAs through hydrogen bonds. The interactions can induce the different release behaviours of esters in OAs water solution. The number of carboxyl functional groups in OAs and the spatial conformation of esters appeared to influence the magnitude of the interaction. The above results demonstrated the mechanism of OAs affecting the release of esters and indicated a possible flavour control way by using different OAs and OA concentrations.     

钢筋混凝土旧工业厂房结构加固方案优选

当前人们选择旧工业厂房结构加固方案效率低下,且所考虑的因素较为片面,为了全面、高效地解决这一问题,通过综合考虑安全性、经济性、时间性、可行性和适用性等因素,以加固效果显著的工程案例为标准,以全面的18个参数为评价指标,构建了一种基于蛛网面积相似和形状相似的结构加固方案优选模型。该模型中首先运用熵权法确定18个指标权重,并将参数值归一化处理,随后运用Python计算蛛网结构相似度,检索出与目标范例最为相似的源范例。最后以结构加固效果显著的工程为例,验证了该模型能有效减少主观误差,具有较强的实用性,并以此模型优选出了某轧钢厂房结构加固方案。

First-principles analysis of phonon thermal transport properties of two-dimensional WS_2/WSe_2 heterostructures

The van der Waals(vdW)heterostructures of bilayer transition metal dichalcogenide obtained by vertically stacking have drawn increasing attention for their enormous potential applications in semiconductors and insulators.Here,by using the first-principles calculations and the phonon Boltzmann transport equation(BTE),we studied the phonon transport properties of WS2/WSe2 bilayer heterostructures(WS2/WSe2-BHs).The lattice thermal conductivity of the ideal WS2/WSe2-BHs crystals at room temperature(RT)was 62.98 W/mK,which was clearly lower than the average lattice thermal conductivity of WS2 and WSe2 single layers.Another interesting finding is that the optical branches below 4.73 THz and acoustic branches have powerful coupling,mainly dominating the lattice thermal conductivity.Further,we also noticed that the phonon mean free path(MFP)of the WS2/WSe2-BHs(233 nm)was remarkably attenuated by the free-standing monolayer WS2(526 nm)and WSe2(1720 nm),leading to a small significant size effect of the WS2/WSe2-BHs.Our results systematically demonstrate the low optical and acoustic phonon modes-dominated phonon thermal transport in heterostructures and give a few important guidelines for the synthesis of van der Waals heterostructures with excellent phonon transport properties.     

Raman scattering of polycrystalline GaSb thin films grownby co-evapouration process

<正>This paper reports that GaSb thin films have been co-deposited on soda-lime glass substrates.The GaSb thin film structural properties are characterized by Raman spectroscopy.The Sb-A_1g/GaSb-TO ratio decreases rapidly with the increase of substrate temperature,which suggests a small amount of crystalline Sb in the GaSb thin film and suggests that Sb atoms in the thin film decrease.In Raman spectra,the transverse optical（TO） mode intensity is stronger than that of the longitudinal optical（LO） mode,which indicates that all the samples are disordered.The LO/TO intensity ratio increases with increasing substrate temperature which suggests the improved polycrystalline quality of the GaSb thin film.A downshift of the TO and LO frequencies of the polycrystalline GaSb thin film to single crystalline bulk GaSb Raman spectra is also observed.The uniaxial stress in GaSb thin film is calculated and the value is around 1.0 GPa.The uniaxial stress decreases with increasing substrate temperature.These results suggest that a higher substrate temperature is beneficial in relaxing the stress in GaSb thin film.
