The radionuclide 67Cu was produced via the 68Zn(p,2p)67Cu reaction by irradiating enriched 68Zn targets with 70 MeV proton beam. Copper-67 was chemically separated from the zinc target by ion-exchange chromatography using Chelex-100 chelating ion-exchange resin. Procedure for recovery of the enriched 68Zn was developed. The target recovery yield of this method was evaluated to be more than 97%.  相似文献

Dimethylsilyl(2,3,4,5-tetramethylcyclopentadienyl)(3-tert-butyl-5-methyl-2-phenoxy)titanium dichloride (1a), a useful catalyst precursor for olefin copolymerization, was synthesized at high yield starting from allyl-protected phenolic ligand 3a,which was first treated with 2 equiv. of n-BuLi to selectively give the dilithium salt of 3a along with 1-heptene, a coupling product of a protected allyl ether moiety and butyl anion. Addition of TiCl4 to the resulting dilithium salt of 3a in toluene afforded 1a in 50% isolated yield. This methodology could be applied to the preparation of related titanium and zirconoium complexes 1b-1d, 8 with silicone-bridged Cp-phenoxy ligands, whereas the reaction starting from methyl-protected precursor 2a did not produce the zirconium complex 8. Copolymerization of ethylene and 1-hexene with the newly prepared complexes was also investigated.  相似文献

A series of titanium complexes bearing a SiMe2-bridged phenoxy-cyclopentadienyl ligand were synthesized and characterized, and their catalytic behavior for copolymerization of ethylene and 1-hexene was investigated. Treatment of dimethylsilyl(2,3,4,5-tetramethylcyclopentadienyl)(3-tert-butyl-5-methyl-2-phenoxy)-titanium dichloride (1) with appropriate nucleophiles afforded dimethoxy complex 2, dimethyl complex 3, and dibenzyl complex 4. Standing a toluene solution of 2 in air afforded a dinuclear μ-oxo complex 5 as a single isomer. 1,3-Diene complexes 6-8 were prepared by reaction of 1 with the corresponding 1,3-dienes in the presence of 2 equiv. of n-BuLi. X-ray analysis of 1,4-diphenyl-1,3-butadiene complex 6 revealed that the diene ligand coordinates to titanium in s-cis fashion with a prone orientation. The newly prepared titanium complexes were applied to copolymerization of ethylene and 1-hexene upon activation with AliBu3 and [C6H5NMe2H][B(C6F5)4]. It was found that the alkyl complexes 3-4 and the diene complexes 6-8 showed higher activities than 1 at elevated temperature.  相似文献

Asymmetric anionic homopolymerizations of N‐substituted maleimide (RMI) bearing bulky substituents [R = benzyl, diphenylmethyl (DPhMI), 9‐fluorenyl (9‐FlMI), triphenylmethyl, (diphenylmethyloxycarbonyl)methyl, (9‐fluorenyloxycarbonyl)methyl] were carried out with complexes of organometal compounds (alkyllithium, diethylzinc) with six chiral ligands to obtain optically active polymers. The chiroptical properties of the polymers were affected strongly by the substituents on nitrogen in the maleimide ring, the organometal and chiral ligands. Poly(DPhMI) initiated by an n‐butyllithium/(−)‐sparteine (Sp) complex showed a positive specific rotation ([α] +60.3°). Poly(9‐FlMI) prepared with a florenyllithium/Sp complex exhibited the highest specific rotation (+65.7°). The specific rotations of the poly(RMI) obtained were attributed to different contents between the stereogenic centers (S,S) and (R,R) based on threo‐diisotactic structures of the main chain. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Phosphorous-bridged bisphenoxy titanium complexes were synthesized and their ethylene polymerization behavior was investigated. Bis[3-tert-butyl-5-methyl-2-phenoxy](phenyl)phosphine tetrahydrofuran titanium dichloride (4a) was obtained by treatment of 3 equiv of n-BuLi with bis[3-tert-butyl-2-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl](phenyl)phosphine hydrochloride salt (3a) followed by TiCl4(THF)2 in THF. THF-free complexes 5a-5d were synthesized more conveniently by the direct reaction of MOM-protected ligands (2a-2d) with TiCl4 in toluene. X-ray analysis of 4a revealed that the ligand is bonded to the octahedral titanium (IV) center in a facial fashion and two chlorine atoms possess cis-geometry. Complexes 4a and 5a-5d were utilized as catalyst precursors for ethylene polymerization. Complex 5c gave high molecular weight polyethylene (Mw = 1,170,000, Mw/Mn = 2.0) upon activation with Al(iBu)3/[Ph3C][B(C6F5)4] (TB). Ethylene polymerization activity of 5d activated with Al(iBu)3/TB reached 49.0 × 106 g mol (cat) −1 h−1.  相似文献

We have designed and synthesized a reversible near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence probe, 2-Me TeR, for reactive oxygen species (ROS), utilizing the redox properties of the tellurium (Te) atom. 2-Me TeR is oxidized to fluorescent 2-Me TeOR by various ROS, while the generated 2-Me TeOR is quickly reduced in the presence of glutathione to regenerate 2-Me TeR. This redox-induced reversible NIR-fluorescence response of 2-Me TeR allowed us to detect the endogenous production of ROS and subsequent homeostatic recovery of the intracellular reductive environment in hydrogen peroxide-stimulated HL-60 cells. This probe is expected to be useful for monitoring the dynamics of ROS production continuously in vivo.  相似文献
