In this study, a step-by-step method for the synthesis of platinum nanoparticles and copper(I) complex supported on mesoporous silica hollow spheres (Pt-MSHSs-Cu) is introduced. Scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, nitrogen adsorption–desorption, energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and elemental and thermogravimetric analyses were applied for characterization of the surface, structure, size, phase composition, and morphology of the synthesized materials. The characterized material, Pt-MSHSs-Cu, was used as an efficient and heterogeneous catalyst in the Sonogashira coupling reaction under different reaction conditions. In comparison with MSHSs, Cu(I)-functionalized MSHSs (MSHSs-Cu), and Pt-MSHSs samples, the Pt-MSHSs-Cu catalyst exhibited significantly increased catalytic performance with 91.50% yield. Therefore, the results obtained suggested a synergistic effect derived from platinum nanoparticles, MSHSs substrate, and copper(I) complex, which enhanced the rate of the Sonogashira coupling reaction. 相似文献

To produce a novel class of anticancer compounds, an efficient method for synthesizing novel β-lactone and β-lactam frameworks was developed based on the reaction of a new ketene with C=O and C=N bonds. Functionalized 2-azetidinones were efficiently synthesized by employing 2,4-dichlorophenoxylketene, which was generated in situ. The reaction of the ketene with aldehydes was not successful and in all cases except for 4-nitrobenzaldehyde, a rearranged dimer of the ketene was obtained as a lactone. Anticancer cellular activity of all new β-lactams and lactones on breast cancer cells was studied. All new synthesized compounds exhibited potential anticancer activity which may guarantee their future application in moderate chemotherapy. 相似文献

In this work, MnSb2O6-chitosan nanocomposites were synthesized and have been employed in Pechmann condensation for the synthesis of coumarin derivatives. MnSb2O6-chitosan nanocomposites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) techniques. The particles of MnSb2O6-chitosan have uniform spheres with sizes that are less than 100 nm. Simplicity, easy work-up, and short reaction times are advantages of this reaction. Also, we evaluated the antibacterial activity for some of the products, and the result showed significant pharmaceutical activities as antibacterial reagents against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. 相似文献

Sodium sulfate‐induced deep eutectic solvent–based solidification of floating organic droplets–dispersive liquid phase microextraction was developed prior to gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. In this method, a mixture of Na2SO4 solution (as phase separation agent and disperser) containing menthol–decanoic acid was rapidly injected into an alkaline aqueous solution containing Na2SO4. The solution was placed in an ice bath and the menthol–decanoic acid solvent was solidified on the surface of the solution. Under the optimal conditions, the enrichment factors and extraction recoveries were 122–147 and 74–89%, respectively. Finally, an aliquot of the collected organic phase was removed and mixed with acetonitrile and injected into the separation system. The limits of detection and lower limits of quantification were obtained at the ranges of 13–25 and 24–41 ng L?1, respectively. The relative standard deviations of the proposed method were ≤11% for intra‐ and inter‐day precisions at four concentrations. 相似文献
