考虑到手性毛细管电泳分离机理的复杂性,提出了不依赖于统计模型的二进制编码遗传算法多目标优化策略。根据实验参数的多少及其重要性,采用均匀设计安排完成初步实验。并用Derringer功效函数作为多指标同时优化的评价指标,以取得较高的分离度和较快分离速度;通过对实验参数给予编码,转化为二进制字符串,根据得到的总功效函数值大小进行遗传算法操作,产生新的一组实验条件。重复上述过程直到得到最佳分离条件为止。此方法成功地应用于华法令对映体的毛细管电泳分离条件优化。  相似文献

利用傅立叶变换红外(FT-IR)和拉曼(FT-Raman)光谱研究了高浓度磷脂酰胆碱(PC)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用,及Eu3+对该作用的影响.FT-IR结果显示,PC/BSA混合体系中二者的相互作用主要发生在PC头部极性基团,且这一作用随BSA含量的增加而增强,作用后蛋白质二级结构中α螺旋的比例有所增加. FT-Raman光谱说明PC与BSA的相互作用影响磷脂CH链的排列有序程度. PC/BSA/Eu3+体系的红外光谱显示, Eu3+与PC的磷氧键发生了强相互作用,并使蛋白α螺旋的比例进一步增加.  相似文献

A kinetic study of the aqueous persulphate initiated polymerisation of methacrylamide has shown that the rate of polymerisation is represented by the equation Rp = k [M] [I]12 where the overall rate constant, k = 1.3 × 109exp (?18,400/RT) 112mol?12s?1. Chain transfer with monomer, where CM = 5.4 × 10?3 at 60°, is shown to be the dominant transfer step. Comparison with kinetic studies of the analogous acrylamide polymerisation shed doubt on the ‘cage effect’ interpretation of complex orders with respect to monomer. 用穆斯堡尔法对乙苯脱氢铁系催化剂在反应条件下进行了研究。结果表明,反应前催化剂中的铁主要以α-Fe_2O_3和α-FeOOH的形式存在,在反应中主要组分为Fe_3O_4。用K_2CO_3和α-Fe_2O_3在高温下加热可以生成KFeO_2,后者在室温下很不稳定,在同样条件下很容易转化为Fe_3O_4。但钾的存在可促进催化剂中Fe~(3+)还原为Fe~(2+),有利于电子的交换,对催化活性起着助催作用。  相似文献

Spherical, smooth-surfaced and mechanically stable alginate-poly(L-histidine) (PLHis) microcapsules with narrow particle size distributions were prepared by incubating calcium alginate beads in aqueous solutions of PLHis. The in vitro release characteristics, drug loading and encapsulation efficiency of the microcapsules were investigated using bovine erythrocytes hemoglobin (Hb) as a model drug. The results showed that the concentration of Ca(2+) ions had a considerable effect on the drug loading, encapsulation efficiency and in vitro release behavior of the microcapsules. When the concentration of CaCl(2) in the PLHis solution was increased from 0 to 3.0% (w/v), the drug loading and encapsulation efficiency decreased significantly from 38.0 to 4.3% and from 92.9 to 8.0%, respectively, while the total cumulative release of Hb from microcapsules in phosphate buffered saline solution (PBS, pH 6.8) decreased from 96.2 to 72.8% in 24 h. No significant protein release was observed during 70 h of incubation in hydrochloric acid solution (pH 1.2). However, under neutral conditions (PBS, pH 6.8), the Hb was completely and stably released within 24-70 h. An explosion test showed that the stability of alginate-PLHis microcapsules depended strongly on the concentration of PLHis and the calcium ions in solution. Four compounds in the system (Li, Na)VO3 were synthesized and their structures refined in the space group C2c. Site population analysis showed that their compositions are (Na0.5Li0.5)VO3, (Na0.62Li0.38)VO3, (Na0.71Li0.29)VO3 and (Na0.84Li0.16)VO3. All have the structure of LiVO3 and α-NaVO3 which are related to the C2c silicate pyroxenes. Structural data of eight compounds in the system (K, Na, Li)VO3 were compiled, and correlations were established by multiple regression analyses between the effective ionic radii rM1 and rM2 of the alkali metal ions and various structural parameters. The size of the M2 site and the relative displacement of the (VO3) chains are found to depend primarily on rM2 only. The size of the M1 site and the amount of chain rotation are affected by both rM1 and rM2. Changes in lattice parameters are related to the chain movements. The anomalous chain configuration of LiVO3 is also discussed.  相似文献

Up to eight redox-active ferrocenyl units have been incorporated, through the unsaturated ethynyl linkers, on the periphery of a series of cyclic tetrapyrrole derivatives including zinc(II) phthalocyanine and 2,3-naphthalocyanine, and nickel(II) meso-diphenylporphyrin. The synthesis of the former two macrocycles 4 and 7 involves the Sonogashira coupling reaction of ferrocenylethyne with 4,5-dichlorophthalonitrile (1) or 6,7-dibromonaphthalonitrile (5), respectively, followed by a base-promoted cyclization. The meso-bis(ferrocenylethynyl)porphyrin 11 has been prepared from the dibromo analogue 10 also by a palladium-catalyzed coupling reaction. These novel macrocyclic compounds have been spectroscopically and electrochemically characterized. As revealed by cyclic voltammetry, the ferrocenyl moieties appear to be electrochemically independent in these complexes and there is no significant electronic coupling among the iron(II) centers.  相似文献

Most of the tissue banks in the Asia Pacific region have been using ionising radiation at 25 kGy to sterilise human tissues for save clinical usage. Under tissue banking quality system, any dose employed for sterilisation has to be validated and the validation exercise has to be a part of quality document. Tissue grafts, unlike medical items, are not produced in large number per each processing batch and tissues relatively have a different microbial population. A Code of Practice established by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in 2004 offers several validation methods using smaller number of samples compared to ISO 11137 (1995), which is meant for medical products. The methods emphasise on bioburden determination, followed by sterility test on samples after they were exposed to verification dose for attaining of sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10−1. This paper describes our experience in using the IAEA Code of Practice in conducting the validation exercise for substantiating 25 kGy as sterilisation dose for both air-dried amnion and those preserved in 99% glycerol.  相似文献
