A highly effective and mild protocol for ring opening of epoxides with NH 4 SCN in the presence of catalytic amount of a multisite phase-transfer catalyst, α,α',α" -N-hexakis(triethylammoniummethylene chloride)-melamine, is developed. A variety of b-hydroxy thiocyanates as important intermediates in agricultural and pharmaceutical chemistry were obtained in high yields with excellent regioselectivity and in short reaction times.  相似文献

We study a five-dimensional spacetime admitting, in the presence of torsion, a non-degenerate conformal Killing–Yano 2-form which is closed with respect to both the usual exterior differentiation and the exterior differentiation with torsion. Furthermore, assuming that the torsion is closed and co-closed with respect to the exterior differentiation with torsion, we prove that such a spacetime is the only spacetime given by the Chong–Cvetič–Lü–Pope solution for stationary, rotating charged black holes with two independent angular momenta in five-dimensional minimal gauged supergravity.  相似文献

A novel, simple, and rapid vortex‐assisted hollow‐fiber liquid‐phase microextraction method was developed for the simultaneous extraction of albendazole and triclabendazole from various matrices before their determination by high‐performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. Several factors influencing the microextraction efficiency including sample pH, nature and volume of extraction solvent, ionic strength, vortex time, and sample volume were investigated and optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the limits of detection were 0.08 and 0.12 μg/L for albendazole and triclabendazole, respectively. The calibration curves were linear in the concentration ranges of 0.3–50.0 and 0.4–50.0 μg/L with the coefficients of determination of 0.9999 and 0.9995 for albendazole and triclabendazole, respectively. The interday and intraday relative standard deviations for albendazole and triclabendazole at three concentration levels (1.0, 10.0, and 30.0 μg/L) were in the range of 6.0–11.0 and 5.0–7.9%, respectively. The developed method was successfully applied to determine albendazole and triclabendazole in water, milk, honey, and urine samples.  相似文献

One of the main challenges in large-scale applications of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) is the significant amount of template needed in polymer preparation. A new strategy based on room-temperature ionic liquids (RTILs) was suggested to solve this problem by reducing the amount of template in the polymerization recipe. The MIP was synthesized with a mixture of dimethyl sulfoxide and RTIL (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate) as porogen, in which chlorogenic acid (CGA) was used as template, 4-vinylpyridine (4-VP) as functional monomer, and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as cross-linker. The influence of polymerization variables, including CGA concentrations, and the ratio of 4-VP to EDMA on imprinting effect were investigated comprehensively. Moreover, the properties involving the column permeability, the number of binding sites, and the polymer morphology of the CGA-MIP monoliths were studied thoroughly. The MIP monolith had an excellent column permeability (1.53 × 10−13 m2) and allowed an ultra-fast on-line SPE, which dramatically shortens the separation time (< 10 min) and improves the separation efficiency. At high flow velocity (5.0 mL min−1), 50 μL of the extract from Eucommia ulmoides leaves can be loaded directly on the CGA-MIP monoliths and CGA with high purity can be obtained with a recovery of 89.01 ± 0.05%. As a conclusion, the resulting RTIL-induced approach of preparing MIP may be an effective tool in fabricating MIP in a low-cost way.

Although the medicinal plant Artemisia rupestris L. has been widely researched for several decades, its alkaloids have never been isolated before. To our surprise, the alkaloids in the plant were not detected in the stems but detected in the flowers. Herein, a novel and strange guaipyridine sesquiterpene alkaloid with a carboxyl group named rupestine was purified successfully from the total alkaloids extracted from the flowers by high-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC). The two-phase solvent system used was composed of ethyl acetate-methanol-water (8:1:7, v/v/v). Fifty six milligrams of rupestine was obtained at over 97% purity and 95% recovery from 200 mg of the total alkaloids in one-step separation. Its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic methods including high resolution ESI-MS, (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, Heteronuclear Multiple Bond Correlation (HMBC), Heteronuclear Single Quantum Coherence (HSQC), and Nuclear Overhauser Enhancement Spectroscopy (NOESY).  相似文献

Combining the advection-diffusion equation approach with Monte Carlo simulations we study chaperone driven polymer translocation of a stiff polymer through a nanopore. We demonstrate that the probability density function of first passage times across the pore depends solely on the Pe?clet number, a dimensionless parameter comparing drift strength and diffusivity. Moreover it is shown that the characteristic exponent in the power-law dependence of the translocation time on the chain length, a function of the chaperone-polymer binding energy, the chaperone concentration, and the chain length, is also effectively determined by the Pe?clet number. We investigate the effect of the chaperone size on the translocation process. In particular, for large chaperone size, the translocation progress and the mean waiting time as function of the reaction coordinate exhibit pronounced sawtooth-shapes. The effects of a heterogeneous polymer sequence on the translocation dynamics is studied in terms of the translocation velocity, the probability distribution for the translocation progress, and the monomer waiting times.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive method has been developed for the trace determination of bismuth in aqueous samples by a combination of solid‐phase extraction and hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry. The method is based on the use of a column packed with 2‐mercaptobenzothiazole immobilized on sodium dodecyl sulfate coated alumina. Different parameters influencing the separation and preconcentration of bismuth such as pH, sample volume, type, and concentration of eluent, and the flow rate of sample and eluent were studied. A sample volume of 500.0 mL resulted in a preconcentration factor of 100. The precision (relative standard deviation, N = 10) at the 300 ng/L level and the limit of detection (3s) were found to be 2.3% and 12 ng/L, respectively. The developed method was successfully applied to the determination of bismuth in natural water samples and two certified reference materials.  相似文献

Gallic acid (GA), a plant-derived ubiquitous secondary polyphenol metabolite, can be a useful dietary supplement. This in vitro study’s primary purpose was to assess the anti-aging properties of GA using rat embryonic fibroblast (REF) cells, antidiabetic effects via pancreatic islet cells, and finally, elucidating the molecular mechanisms of this natural compound. REF and islet cells were isolated from fetuses and pancreas of rats, respectively. Then, several senescence-associated molecular and biochemical parameters, along with antidiabetic markers, were investigated. GA caused a significant decrease in the β-galactosidase activity and reduced inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress markers in REF cells. GA reduced the G0/G1 phase in senescent REF cells that led cells to G2/M. Besides, GA improved the function of the β cells. Flow cytometry and spectrophotometric analysis showed that it reduces apoptosis via inhibiting caspase-9 activity. Taken together, based on the present findings, this polyphenol metabolite at low doses regulates different pathways of senescence and diabetes through its antioxidative stress potential and modulation of mitochondrial complexes activities.  相似文献

A solid phase extraction procedure for the separation and preconcentration of trace amounts of Cd(II) and Pb(II) using the alizarin red S modified TiO2 nanoparticles prior to their determination by flame atomic absorption spectrometry has been proposed. The influences of some analytical parameters such as pH, flow rates of sample and eluent, type and concentration of the eluent, and interfering ions on the recovery of Cd(II) and Pb(II) by the sorbent were investigated. The analytes were quantitatively sorbed from the aqueous solution at pH 5.5 onto a microcolumn packed with the sorbent and recovered with 2.0?mL of 1.5?mol?L?1 hydrochloric acid. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the detection limits for Cd(II) and Pb(II) were 0.11 and 0.30?ng?mL?1 and the relative standard deviations for ten replicate measurements of 5.0 and 50.0?ng?mL?1 of Cd(II) and Pb(II) were 2.1 and 1.9%, respectively. A sample volume of 200?mL resulted in a preconcentration factor of 100. The method was successfully applied to the determination of Cd(II) and Pb(II) in water and biological samples, and accuracy was examined by the recovery experiments, independent analysis using electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry, and analysis of a water standard reference material (SRM 1643e).  相似文献
