A Comprehensive Review of Rosmarinic Acid: From Phytochemistry to Pharmacology and Its New Insight

Polyphenolic acids are the widely occurring natural products in almost each herbal plant, among which rosmarinic acid (RA, C₁₈H₁₆O₈) is well-known, and is present in over 160 species belonging to many families, especially the Lamiaceae. Aside from this herbal ingredient, dozens of its natural derivatives have also been isolated and characterized from many natural plants. In recent years, with the increasing focus on the natural products as alternative treatments, a large number of pharmacological studies have been carried out to demonstrate the various biological activities of RA such as anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, anti-diabetes, anti-virus, anti-tumor, neuroprotection, hepatoprotection, etc. In addition, investigations concerning its biosynthesis, extraction, analysis, clinical applications, and pharmacokinetics have also been performed. Although many achievements have been made in various research aspects, there still exist some problems or issues to be answered, especially its toxicity and bioavailability. Thus, we hope that in the case of natural products, the present review can not only provide a comprehensive understanding on RA covering its miscellaneous research fields, but also highlight some of the present issues and future perspectives worth investigating later, in order to help us utilize this polyphenolic acid more efficiently, widely, and safely.     

离焦激光直写的线宽稳定方法

为了提高激光直写加工衍射光学元件时的线条质量,提出一种离焦激光直写的线宽稳定方法.该方法通过同时调节激光功率和离焦量,使光刻胶的曝光阈值处于线宽对曝光量的变化率较小位置,从而可以弱化线宽对实际曝光量或光刻胶阈值等变化的敏感度,提高利用离焦方法进行衍射光学元件制作时的线宽稳定性.推导了稳定线宽后的光功率控制模型和线宽模型,模型中的变量仅为离焦量,降低了光功率控制的复杂性.利用632.8 nm的He-Ne激光和NA-0.1的物镜在CCD上对采用该方法后的离焦线宽模型进行验证,实验结果与理论模型吻合较好.该方法对于线宽稳定度较高的衍射光学元件制作具有重要价值.     

Correlation between Irradiation Treatment and Metabolite Changes in Bactrocera dorsalis (Diptera: Tephritidae) Larvae Using Solid-Phase Microextraction (SPME) Coupled with Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)

The metabolites produced by the larvae of Bactrocera dorsalis (Diptera: Tephritidae) exposed to different doses of irradiation were analyzed using solid phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and a metabonomic analysis method of irradiated insects based on GC-MS was established. The analysis revealed 67 peaks, of which 23 peaks were identified. The metabolites produced by larvae treated with different irradiation doses were compared by multivariate statistical analysis, and eight differential metabolites were selected. Irradiation seriously influenced the fatty acid metabolic pathway in larvae. Using the R platform combined with the method of multivariate statistical analysis, changes to metabolite production under four irradiation doses given to B. dorsalis larvae were described. Differential metabolites of B. dorsalis larvae carried chemical signatures that indicated irradiation dose, and this method is expected to provide a reference for the detection of irradiated insects.     

淡水瓣鳃类鳃的扫描电镜观察

运用扫描电镜观察了圆顶珠蚌,褶纹冠蚌,背角无齿蚌,卵形尖嵴蚌及河蚬的鳃表面纤毛的分布,排列方式及细微形态结构,结果表明：这５种蚌的鳃表面都有前纤毛,侧纤毛和前侧纤毛。此餐,仅在河蚬鳃表面前纤毛和前侧纤毛之间,观察到一种新的纤毛结构－前触毛。这一结构可能在河蚬取食时起作用。     

C波段加速器初步热测实验

为了开展加速器小型化技术研究,进行了C波段2 MeV驻波加速器研制工作。目前,该加速器研制取得了显著进展,完成了全密封加速管的焊接,建立了加速器热测实验平台。在重复频率50 Hz情况下,进行了初步热测出束实验,利用电离室剂量仪测试了加速器靶前1 m处的X射线剂量率,并利用钢吸收法测试了电子束的能量。初步实验结果表明:电子束能量约2.5 MeV,剂量率超过330 mGy/(minm)。     

丝氨酸异构体的电子-分子形状共振态及其解离动力学理论研究

Shape resonances of electron-molecule system formed in the low-energy electron attachment to four low-lying conformers of serine (serine 1, serine 2, serine 3, and serine 4) in gas phase are investigated using the quantum scattering method with the non-empirical model potentials in single-center expansion. In the attachment energy range of 0-10 eV, three shape resonances for serine 1, serine 2, and serine 4 and four shape resonances for serine 3 are predicted. The one-dimensional potential energy curves of the temporary negative ions of electron-serine are calculated to explore the correlations between the shape resonance and the bond cleavage. The bond-cleavage selectivity of the different resonant states for a certain conformer is demonstrated, and the recent experimental results about the dissociative electron attachment to serine are interpreted on the basis of present calculations.     

3种黄酮醇类化合物核磁共振碳谱的理论研究

在B3LYP/6-31G水平下优化了3种黄酮醇类（山奈酚,槲皮素,杨梅素）化合物的几何构型. 在振动分析中,均未出现虚频率. 在B3LYP/6-31G的水平下计算了该类化合物的核磁共振碳谱. 研究结果表明：3种分子均有分子内氢键形成,且分子内氢键的键长为0.17~0.18 nm左右 . 本文讨论了羟基引入之后对邻近C的化学位移的影响. 从取代基对NMR的影响来看,随着取代基对苯环的供电子能力的加强,取代基邻近的一些C的化学位移有所改变. 
