A novel phase-perturbation method as well as an experimental system were established to study the deviation of the laser diode (LD) far-field intensity distribution from the ideal Gaussian. An analytical expression of the LD far-field intensity distribution and a numerical method based on the Monte Carlo calculation were developed to fit the measured results. The loss of the LD to the single-mode fiber (SMF) coupling system caused by this kind of deviation of the LD far-field intensity distribution was quantitatively analyzed. 相似文献

A capillary zone electrophoresis method with HP-β-CD as chiral selector was established for the chiral separation of four stereoisomers of 1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy)-phenyl-2-[4-(1,2,3-trihydroxy-propyl)-2-methoxy]-phenoxy-1,3-propandiol for the first time, which were isolated from Hydnocarpus annamensis. The effects of chiral selector type and concentration, buffer composition, pH and concentration, and cartridge temperature on the enantioseparation were investigated. A baseline separation of the four stereoisomers was achieved in less than 18 min under the optimized conditions: 40 mmol L−1 Borax–NaOH buffer (pH 10.02) in the presence of 100 mmol L−1 HP-β-CD at 15°C and 30 kV. The experimental results showed that the method by capillary zone electrophoresis for the separation of four stereoisomers is powerful, sensitive and fast, requires less amounts of reagents, and can be employed as a reliable alternative to other methods. 相似文献

In this paper, three‐dimensionally ordered macroporous (3DOM) poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) films were electropolymerized from an ionic liquid, 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([Bmim]PF6). The electrochromic performances of the 3DOM PEDOT films were studied. The 3DOM films exhibited high transmittance modulation (41.2 % at λ=580 nm), high ionic fast switching speeds (0.7 and 0.7 s for coloration and bleaching, respectively), and enhanced cycling stability relative to that exhibited by the dense PEDOT film. The relationship between the declining behavior of the transmittance modulation and the nanostructure of the film was investigated. A three‐period decay process was proposed to understand the declining behavior. The 3D interconnected macroporous nanostructure is beneficial for fast ion and electron transportation, high ion accessibility, and maintenance of structure integrity, which result in enhanced cycling stability and fast switching speeds. 相似文献

The photodimerization of a cinnamoyl moiety derivative in dilute solution based on the intramolecular chain interaction of gemini surfactant 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A Gemini surfactant, sodium N, N'-di(4-n-butyloxy cinnamoly)-L-cystine, containing a cinnamoyl moiety in the alkyl chains and disulfide bond in the spacer was designed and synthesized. The incorporation of a cinnamoyl moiety into the alkyl chains of Gemini surfactant makes it easy to probe the conformational information of the amphiphile molecule. The UV/vis absorption spectra and steady-state fluorescence were investigated at a concentration far below the critical micelle concentration (cmc). Both blue-shift of absorption and red-shift of fluorescence emission spectra indicate the existence of intramolecular interaction between the two alkyl chains in Gemini surfactant in the singly dispersed state. Results based on the breakdown of the disulfide bond by dithiotheritol (DTT) further confirmed the conclusion. Moreover, the characteristic of intramolecular chain interaction in Gemini surfactant improves the topochemical geometrical requirements of cinnamoyl moiety and increases the local concentration of reactant in dilute solution. Utilizing the incorporation of cinnamoyl moiety into the alkyl chains of Gemini surfactant, the cinnamoyl moiety upon irradiation undergoes dimerization in dilute aqueous solution with high yield of 78%. 相似文献

In this study, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) together with Scanning probe microscopy (SPM) were used to characterize the structure and morphology of the complexes, where the hydrobiotites (Xinfiang) were modified by single-chain surfactants octyltrimethylammonium bromide (OTMA) and octadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (ODTMA). XRD patterns showed that the structure of complexes was significantly influenced by the surfactant concentration and the alkyl chain length, because obvious changes took place in the basal spacing. Furthermore, according to the XRD results, several arrangements of surfactant molecules within the hydrobiotite interlayer space were deduced. The FTIR spectrum indicated that the surfactant contents in complexes dramatically increased with the alkyl chain length. The SPM micrographs demonstrated that the surfaces of complexes prepared at lower surfactant concentration were relatively flat compared with that prepared at higher concentration, while those with higher surfactant concentration had much steeper surface due to the alkyl chain length. It was concluded that structure and morphology of surfactant/hydrobiotite complexes depend not only on the surfactant concentration, but also strongly on the surfactant species. 相似文献

Interfaces play an important role in enhancing the energy conversion performance of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs). The interface effects have been studied by many techniques, but most of the studies only focused on one part of a DSC, rather than on a complete solar cell. Hence, monitoring the interface evolution of a DSC is still very challenging. Here, in situ/operando resonance Raman (RR) spectroscopic analyses were carried out to monitor the dynamics of the photovoltaic conversion processes in a DSC. We observed the creation of new species (i.e., polyiodide and iodine aggregates) in the photosensitization process. We also obtained molecular-scale dynamic evidence that the bands from the C=C and C=N bonds of 2,2′-bipyridyl (bpy), the S=C=N bonds of the NCS ligand, and photochemical products undergo reasonably strong intensity and frequency changes, which clearly demonstrates that they are involved in charge separation. Furthermore, RR spectroscopy can also be used to quickly evaluate the performance of DSCs. 相似文献

Candida rugosa lipases were immobilized onto collagen fibers through glutaraldehyde cross-linking method. The immobilization process has been optimized. Under the optimal immobilization conditions, the activity of the collagen-immobilized lipase reached 340 U/g. The activity was recovered of 28.3 % by immobilization. The operational stability of the obtained collagen-immobilized lipase for hydrolysis of olive oil emulsion was determined. The collagen-immobilized lipase showed good tolerance to temperature and pH variations in comparison to free lipase. The collagen-immobilized lipase was also applied as biocatalyst for synthesis of butyl butyrate from butyric acid and 1-butanol in n-hexane. The conversion yield was 94 % at the optimal conditions. Of its initial activity, 64 % was retained after 5 cycles for synthesizing butyl butyrate in n-hexane. 相似文献

As a unique two‐dimensional nanomaterial, layered black phosphorus (BP) nanosheets have shown promising applications in electronics. Although mechanical exfoliation was successfully used to prepare BP nanosheets, it is still a challenge to produce novel BP nanostructures in high yield. A facile top‐down approach for preparation of black phosphorus quantum dots (BPQDs) in solution is presented. The obtained BPQDs have a lateral size of 4.9±1.6 nm and thickness of 1.9±0.9 nm (ca. 4±2 layers). As a proof‐of‐concept application, by using BPQDs mixed with polyvinylpyrrolidone as the active layer, a flexible memory device was successfully fabricated that exhibits a nonvolatile rewritable memory effect with a high ON/OFF current ratio and good stability. 相似文献
