To ensure safe and effective amplification for the chirped pulse amplification laser facility, many factors such as pulse spectral width, pulse duration, grating parameters and incidence angle parameter are considered carefully in the design of the pulse stretcher. A compact four pass Offner stretcher design is given out. Experiment results show that the stretcher has broad spectral width, large stretching ratio and high transmission efficiency. By comparison, the calculated result of the dispersion effect on the pulse duration is completely consistent with the experiment result.  相似文献

Through the use of a homemade sol–gel‐derived fiber, a headspace solid‐phase microextraction technique coupled to gas chromatography with mass spectrometry was developed for the determination of fatty acids with long, even‐numbered carbon chains (C12–C24) in soil samples. The experimental parameters such as reaction time, temperature, and ionic strength that might affect derivatization, extraction, and desorption were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, the linearity of the method ranged from 0.1 to 100 mg/L with a correlation coefficient >0.997. The limit of detection values based on a signal‐to‐noise ratio of 3:1 were determined with the concentration from 0.39 to 39.4 μg/L. The recoveries of the method for the soil samples were from 91.15 to 108.1%. This developed method using a homemade fiber showed a higher sensitivity than that using a commercial polydimethylsiloxane fiber and was also for the analysis of real soil samples from the Paomaling geological park of China.  相似文献

磁共振成像(MRI)是一种强大的非侵入式生物医学诊断技术. 临床上, MRI需要借助造影剂来提高成像质量, 从而提高诊断的准确性. 由于具有优越的信号放大能力和生物相容性, 自组装多肽探针可负载特定的MRI分子, 通过酶促自组装过程实现肿瘤靶向和特异性富集, 增强肿瘤病灶区MRI信号, 从而进一步提高MRI的准确性和灵敏度. 本综述总结了近年来多肽自组装探针在不同MRI模式( 1H MRI, 19F MRI和双自旋核MRI)下的最新进展, 并展望了这类新型探针在MRI领域的应用前景.  相似文献

氧空位是材料缺陷工程的重要组成. 基于光生氧空位的直接热利用, 实现纯水分解制氢的光热耦合实验, 被认为是太阳能综合利用的有效途径. 以多种制备方法合成的TiO2纳米材料为基础, 研究了多种形貌纳米TiO2及其Fe掺杂改性材料的光热耦合反应能力. 通过高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、 X射线衍射(XRD)和电子顺磁共振(EPR)对晶体特征进行表征, 利用漫反射光谱(DRS)、 光致发光(PL)和三电极测试法表征了材料的性能, 并结合密度泛函理论(DFT)计算了产氢反应路径. 研究结果表明, 溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米颗粒相比水热法制备的纳米片及纳米线, 体相内缺陷较多, 载流子强度高, 光热耦合产氢效果较差. Fe掺杂改性扩展了光响应, 增强了载流子分离和寿命, 降低了电子传输阻抗, 利于光反应过程中光生氧空位的形成, 克服了制氢反应中的关键能垒. 同时, 纳米材料中的缺陷促进了Fe离子的有效掺杂, Fe掺杂TiO2纳米颗粒的光热耦合平均产氢量为9.73 μmol/g, 性能提升达13倍.  相似文献

Monitoring fluctuations in enzyme overexpression facilitates early tumor detection and excision. An AIEgen probe (DQM‐ALP) for the imaging of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity was synthesized. The probe consists of a quinoline‐malononitrile (QM) core decorated with hydrophilic phosphate groups as ALP‐recognition units. The rapid liberation of DQM‐OH aggregates in the presence of ALP resulted in aggregation‐induced fluorescence. The up‐regulation of ALP expression in tumor cells was imaged using DQM‐ALP. The probe permeated into 3D cervical and liver tumor spheroids for imaging spatially heterogeneous ALP activity with high spatial resolution on a two‐photon microscopy platform, providing the fluorescence‐guided recognition of sub‐millimeter tumorigenesis. DQM‐ALP enabled differentiation between tumor and normal tissue ex vivo and in vivo, suggesting that the probe may serve as a powerful tool to assist surgeons during tumor resection.  相似文献

High dielectric constant is highly desirable in capacitors and memory devices. In this work, oleic acid (OA)‐capped BaTiO3 nanocrystals were synthesized by a two‐phase approach. Polyimide (PI)/BaTiO3‐nanocrystal composite thin films with high dielectric constant have been successfully fabricated. The morphologies and dielectric properties of the hybrid films were exploited. The results showed that BaTiO3 nanocrystals can be uniformly dispersed in the PI thin films owing to the surface modification of OA‐capped BaTiO3 nanocrystals. It was found that the dielectric constant of composite film varies with the volume fraction of BaTiO3 nanocrystals and sintering temperatures and reaches a maximum value of 44.1, which is around 13 times higher than that of pristine PI thin film (3.2). These results demonstrated that PI/BaTiO3‐nanocrystal composite films have considerable application potential in microelectronic fields.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a coupled awareness—epidemic spreading model considering the heterogeneity of individual influences, which aims to explore the interaction between awareness diffusion and epidemic transmission. The considered heterogeneities of individual influences are threefold: the heterogeneity of individual influences in the information layer, the heterogeneity of individual influences in the epidemic layer and the heterogeneity of individual behavioral responses to epidemics. In addition, the individuals’ receptive preference for information and the impacts of individuals’ perceived local awareness ratio and individuals’ perceived epidemic severity on self-protective behavior are included. The epidemic threshold is theoretically established by the microscopic Markov chain approach and the mean-field approach. Results indicate that the critical local and global awareness ratios have two-stage effects on the epidemic threshold. Besides, either the heterogeneity of individual influences in the information layer or the strength of individuals’ responses to epidemics can influence the epidemic threshold with a nonlinear way. However, the heterogeneity of individual influences in the epidemic layer has few effect on the epidemic threshold, but can affects the magnitude of the final infected density.

设计了一套基于压差流量法的试验装置来测量不同表面粗糙度玻璃钢试样的放气速率;采用两种砂纸(100#和500#)打磨而得到两种不同表面粗糙度玻璃钢试样;采用扫描探针显微镜对试样表面粗糙度进行测量,测量了不同表面粗糙度试样在不同温度下的放气速率。试验结果表明:测量室温度越高,玻璃钢试样的放气速率越大;试样的表面粗糙度越大,其放气速率越大。  相似文献
