本文研究了具有一般独立输入,位相型修理的离散时间可修排队系统,假定服务台对顾客的服务时间和服务台寿命服从几何分布,运用矩阵解析方法我们给出系统嵌入在到达时刻的稳态队长分布和等待时间分布,并证明这些分布均为离散位相型分布.我们也得到在广义服务时间内服务台发生故障次数的分布,证明它服从一个修正的几何分布.我们对离散时间可修排队与连续时间可修排队进行了比较,说明这两种排队系统在一些性能指标方面的区别之处.最后我们通过一些数值例子说明在这类系统中顾客的到达过程、服务时间和服务台的故障率之间的关系.  相似文献

The use of Cu-doped (K0.5Na0.5)0.2(Sr0.61Ba0.39)0.9Nb2O6 as self-pumped phase conjugators using internal reflection is reported. Reflectivities as high as 63% at 5145.5 nm and 60% at 632.8 nm were realized. It was found that the photorefractive response changes significantly at different doping concentration. The responses of the crystals to the laser wavelength, incident angle and dopant concentration are studied.  相似文献

Al-Cu-Fe thin films were prepared by laser induced arc (laser-arc) method from a single source—Al63Cu25Fe12 alloy, which was proved to consist of quasicrystalline phase together with approximant phase. The composition of the deposited films meets the requirement for formation of icosahedral symmetry phase. Quasicrystalline phase was obtained after annealing the amorphous as-deposit film samples. The optical properties of the samples were investigated. Thin film samples of Al, Cu and Fe deposited under the same condition were employed for comparison. The results showed specific reflective properties of Al-Cu-Fe quasicrystal thin film in some wavelength range. The optical conductivity of the films exhibited a negative peak, centered about 440 nm in range of 190 to 800 nm. The Al-Cu-Fe quasicrystal thin films could absorb almost all the ray in the wavelength range from 420nm to 450 nm. The ratio of absorption was greater than 99%.  相似文献

A novel epoxy system was developed through the in situ curing of bisphenol A type epoxy and 4,4′‐diaminodiphenylmethane with the sol–gel reaction of a phosphorus‐containing trimethoxysilane (DOPO–GPTMS), which was prepared from the reaction of 9,10‐dihydro‐9‐oxa‐10‐phosphaphenanthrene‐10‐oxide (DOPO) with 3‐glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS). The preparation of DOPO–GPTMS was confirmed with Fourier transform infrared, 1H and 31P NMR, and elemental analysis. The resulting organic–inorganic hybrid epoxy resins exhibited a high glass‐transition temperature (167 °C), good thermal stability over 320 °C, and a high limited oxygen index of 28.5. The synergism of phosphorus and silicon on flame retardance was observed. The generalized independent set (GIS) problem was first introduced by Hochbaum and Pathria (Forest Sci 43(4), 544–554, 1997) and independently explored in greater detail by Hochbaum (Manage Sci 50(6), 709–123, 2004). This problem, with applications in forest management and a variety of related areas, is a generalization of the classical maximum independent set problem. In this paper we highlight a natural, nonlinear formulation for the problem that is an attractive alternative to the linear model found in the literature. The effectiveness of this alternative formulation is demonstrated by computational experience on test problems of varying size and density, disclosing a dramatic reduction in the time to obtain optimal and near optimal solutions and an ability to solve much larger problems.  相似文献

探讨了HfO2薄膜中负离子元素杂质破坏模型,并得出薄膜中的杂质主要来源于 镀膜材料. 用电子束蒸发方法沉积两种不同Cl元素含量的HfO2薄膜,测定薄膜 弱吸收和损伤阈值来验证负离子元素破坏模型. 结果表明,随着Cl元素含量的增加薄膜的弱 吸收增加损伤阈值减小. 这主要是因为负离子元素在蒸发过程中形成挥发性的气源中心而产 生缺陷,缺陷在激光辐照过程中又形成吸收中心. 因此负离子元素的存在将加速薄膜的破坏 . 关键词: 负离子元素杂质 缺陷 吸收  相似文献

Hydroxyapatite Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 (HAP) is known as a bioactive and biocompatible material, HAP coatings were used to improve the biocompatible of substrate by many researcher, In this work, HAP thin films on porous silicon (PS) substrates have been prepared by aqueous precipitation method with rapid thermal annealing (RTA) processes. The HAP films had been prepared under the annealing temperature ranging from 300 to 1000 °C. By the measurement of X-ray diffraction (XRD), it was found that for the crystallinity optimization, the heat-treatment at 850–950 °C for 1 h would be favorable. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) measurements reveal a dense and smooth surface of the HAP film, and tightly adherence of the coating on porous silicon substrate after sintered. Thus, by this method, porous silicon could be increased its bioactivity and so that could be used in the biomedical area.  相似文献

对Ce3+ ∶Eu3+ ∶Cr3+ ∶Sm3+ ∶YAG处延层中的荧光敏化现象进行了报道和分析 ,在较高浓度的Ce3+ 离子掺杂时 ,外延层在蓝色、绿色波段出现了新的荧光谱线 ,可解释为在Ce3+ 离子敏化作用下 ,Eu3+ 离子产生了由高位激发态能级5Di(i=1,2 ,3)直接到基态能级7Fj(j =0 ,1,2 ,3)的辐射跃迁过程 ,并且这种Ce3+ ∶Eu3+ ∶Cr3+ ∶Sm3+ ∶YAG外延层还是一种新颖的白色单晶荧光材料。  相似文献
