An Activatable Lanthanide Luminescent Probe for Time‐Gated Detection of Nitroreductase in Live Bacteria

Herein we report the development of a turn‐on lanthanide luminescent probe for time‐gated detection of nitroreductases (NTRs) in live bacteria. The probe is activated through NTR‐induced formation of the sensitizing carbostyril antenna and resulting energy transfer to the lanthanide center. This novel NTR‐responsive trigger is virtually non‐fluorescent in its inactivated form and features a large signal increase upon activation. We show that the probe is capable of selectively sensing NTR in lysates as well as in live bacteria of the ESKAPE family which are clinically highly relevant multiresistant pathogens responsible for the majority of hospital infections. The results suggest that our probe could be used to develop diagnostic tools for bacterial infections.     

Low resistance dye-sensitized solar cells based on all-titanium substrates using wires and sheets

Low resistance dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) based on all-titanium substrates were proposed in this paper. To minimize the internal resistance of DSSCs, the titanium wires and titanium sheets were used as the substrates of the photoanode and the counter electrode, respectively. Compared with the FTO substrate, titanium wires could absorb much diffused light by back reflection since the reflectivity in the titanium sheet was highly increased up to 53.12%. Furthermore, the transmittance of the front cover was increased by 13.2% using the super white glass instead of FTO substrate. The thickness of TiO₂ thin film coated on titanium wire was optimized to achieve a high cell performance. The efficiency of 5.6% for the cell was obtained with a J_sc of 15.41 mA cm⁻², V_oc of 0.59 V, and FF of 0.62. The results showed that the titanium-based DSSCs had superiority for producing the large-scale DSSCs without metal grid line.

Theoretical analysis of quantum game in cavity QED

Recent years, several ways of implementing quantum games in different physical systems have been presented. In this paper, we perform a theoretical analysis of an experimentally feasible way to implement a two player quantum game in cavity quantum electrodynamic(QED). In the scheme, the atoms interact simultaneously with a highly detuned cavity mode with the assistance of a classical field. So the scheme is insensitive to the influence from the cavity decay and the thermal field, and it does not require the cavity to remain in the vacuum state throughout the procedure.     

基于多孔介质燃烧的小型推进器实验研究

多孔介质具有良好的蓄热、传热性能,多孔介质燃烧可以有效地降低系统的热损失,提高尺度燃烧的稳定性.本文在一个内径2 am、长2 cm的圆柱形腔体里组织多孔介质燃烧,测量了点火和稳定燃烧的当量比范围,腔体和出口温度等参数;将燃烧室与小喷管结构相结合,获得了稳定的微推力.

Tomographic probability representation for quantum fermion fields

Tomographic probability representation is introduced for fermion fields. The states of the fermions are mapped onto the probability distribution of discrete random variables (spin projections). The operators acting on the fermion states are described by fermionic tomographic symbols. The product of the operators acting on the fermion states is mapped onto the star-product of the fermionic symbols. The kernel of the star-product is obtained. The antisymmetry of the fermion states is formulated as a specific symmetry property of the tomographic joint probability distribution associated with the states.     

大口径反射镜低附加波前控制技术

为降低惯性约束聚变装置中大口径反射镜在重力作用下附加面型对光束质量的影响,对大口径反射镜镜背支撑技术进行了研究。经支撑结构优化,大口径反射镜由重力导致的附加面型从0.5 m降为0.26 m。对大口径反射镜镜体的打孔工艺、镜体与支撑架联接工艺及镜架结构进行了研究,并加工了样机进行验证,从实际测试结果来看,采用的反射镜打孔及粘结工艺对反射镜面型的影响可以忽略,反射镜镜架结构可以满足反射镜支撑要求,反射镜采用背支撑技术可以有效降低重力带来的附加波前。     

On Weak Regular ^＊-semigroups

In this paper, a special kind of partial algebras called projective partial groupoids is defined.It is proved that the inverse image of all projections of a fundamental weak regular ^*-semigroup under the homomorphism induced by the maximum idempotent-separating congruence of a weak regular ^*-semigroup has a projective partial groupoid structure. Moreover, a weak regular ^*-product which connects a fundamental weak regular ^*-semigroup with corresponding projective partial groupoid is defined and characterized. It is finally proved that every weak regular ^*-product is in fact a weak regular ^*-semigroup and any weak regular ^*-semigroup is constructed in this way.
