A (1)H-NMR method has been developed for the quantitative analysis of pure cannabinoids and for cannabinoids present in Cannabis sativa plant material without any chromatographic purification. The experiment was performed by the analysis of singlets in the range of delta 4.0-7.0 in the (1)H-NMR spectrum, in which distinguishable signals of each cannabinoid are shown. Quantitation was performed by calculating the relative ratio of the peak area of selected proton signals of the target compounds to the known amount of the internal standard, anthracene. For this method no reference compounds are needed. It allows rapid and simple quantitation of cannabinoids with a final analysis time of only 5 min without the need for a pre-purification step. 相似文献

The epoxidation of α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds such as enones and enals was efficiently achieved with tetrabutylammonium peroxydisulfate in the presence of equimolar amounts of hydrogen peroxide and NaOH in acetonitrile or methanol at 25 °C in excellent yields. A molecular Solomon link was synthesized in high yield through the template‐free, coordination‐driven self‐assembly of a carbazole‐functionalized donor and a tetracene‐based dinuclear ruthenium(II) acceptor. The doubly interlocked topology was realized by a strategically chosen ligand which was capable of participating in multiple CH ??? π and π–π interactions, as evidenced from single‐crystal X‐ray analysis and computational studies. This method is the first example of a two‐component self‐assembly of a molecular Solomon link using a directional bonding approach. The donor alone was not responsible for the construction of the Solomon link, and was confirmed by its noncatenane self‐assemblies obtained with other similar ruthenium(II) acceptors. 相似文献

Fluorene‐based polyester nanocomposites were prepared by in situ polymerization of equivalent weights of 9,9′‐dihexylfluorene‐2,7‐dicarboxylic acid and 4,4′‐dihydroxy‐1,4‐diphenoxybutane (DPB‐OH) in the presence of octadecyl‐montmorillonite (C18‐MMT) as an organoclay. We investigated the intercalation of the organoclay among the polymer chains, with the aim of improving the thermal properties of the polyester. It was found that the addition of only a small amount of organoclay was enough to improve the polyester's thermal properties. The maximum enhancement of the thermal properties of the fluorene‐based polyester nanocomposites was observed with the dispersion of 5 wt% organoclay. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

A thermotropic liquid crystalline polyester (TLCP)/organoclay nanocomposite was synthesized via in situ intercalation polycondensation of diethyl‐2,5‐dihexyloxyterephthalic acid and 4,4′‐biphenol in the presence of organically modified montmorillonite (MMT). The organoclay, C18‐MMT, was prepared by the ion exchange of Na+‐MMT with octadecylamine chloride (C18‐Cl?). TLCP/C18‐MMT nanocomposites were prepared to examine the variations of the thermal properties, morphology, and liquid crystalline phases of the nanocomposites with clay content in the range of 0–7 wt%. It was found that the addition of only a small amount of organoclay was sufficient to improve the thermal behavior of the TLCP hybrids, with maximum enhancement being observed at 1 wt% C18‐MMT. Itaconic acid-vinyl sulfonic acid based super absorbent polymer (SAP) was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization using ammonium persulfate as the initiator, tetra (ethylene glycol) diacrylate as the internal crosslinking agent, and sodium hydroxide as the neutralizing agent. Surface-crosslinking was introduced to improve the low absorbency under load of the itaconic acid-based SAP. Hollow glass microspheres were added during surface-crosslinking to improve the absorption properties and permeability of the SAP. Hollow glass microspheres increased the specific surface area of SAP and acted as an incompressible filler resulting in the improvement of gel strength and the relief of gel blocking by preventing adhesion between SAP particles. The surface-crosslinked SAP with 2 wt% hollow glass microspheres showed the highest permeability and absorbency under load. The absorption rate of the synthesized material was also increased. 相似文献

Polypropylene (PP) nanocomposites with three different functionalized‐multiwalled nanotubes (F‐MWNTs) are compared in terms of their thermomechanical properties, morphology, oxygen permeability, and optical transparency. The F‐MWNTs dodecanol‐MWNT, dodecylamine‐MWNT, and 1,1,1,3,3,3‐hexafluoro‐2‐phenyl‐2‐propanol‐MWNT were combined with PP to produce hybrid films. The variations of their properties with the matrix polymer F‐MWNT content are discussed. Transmission electron microscopy photographs show that most of the F‐MWNTs are dispersed homogeneously in the matrix polymer on the nanoscale, although some agglomerated F‐MWNT particles are formed. Even composites with low F‐MWNT contents (≤3 wt %) exhibit much better thermomechanical values than pure PP.
