Starting from pyrimido[4,5‐e][1,3,4]oxadiazines ( 3a , 3b , 3c ) , a synthetic pathway to [1,2,4]triazolo[4′,3′:1,2]pyrimido[4,5‐e][1,3,4]oxadiazines ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i ) is described. The reaction of pyrimido[4,5‐e][1,3,4]oxadiazines ( 3a , 3b , 3c ) with hydrazine hydrate afforded the corresponding hydrazino derivatives ( 4a , 4b , 4c ) . Further treatment of these compounds with different orthoesters in acetic acid gave the corresponding [1,2,4]triazolo[4′,3′:1,2]pyrimido[4,5‐e][1,3,4]oxadiazines ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i ) . Compound ( 3a ) and ( 5b ) , as examples, were tested on different cancer cell lines including HeLa, MCF‐7, and HepG2. Malignant cells were cultured in DMEM medium and incubated with different concentrations of the titled compounds. Cell viability was quantitated by MTT assay. J. Heterocyclic Chem., (2010).  相似文献

In this paper, we obtain some results on the boundedness and asymptotic behavior of the sequence generated by the proximal point algorithm without summability assumption on the error sequence. We also study the rate of convergence to minimum value of a proper, convex, and lower semicontinuous function. The use of conductive coating on interconnect ferritic stainless steel can reduce electrical resistivity. In this study, an AISI 430 ferritic stainless steel interconnect was coated with a manganese base pack mixture by pack cementation. The effect of oxide scale thickness on electrical conductivity was evaluated by applying isothermal oxidation at 750?°C. This effect was also investigated at different temperatures (400?C900?°C). The formation of manganese spinels during annealing improved the oxidation resistance and electrical conductivity. Results showed that the increase in isothermal oxidation time and temperature increased the oxide thickness, and this resulted in the relatively low values of electrical conductivity. Manganese spinels enhanced the electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance of coated substrates as compared to uncoated substrates.  相似文献

This study explored a new approach to fabricate the Schiff base ligand system from both ethylenediamine and 3-chloro-2-butanone. Through coordination chemistry, the mercury Hg (II) complex was achieved from the ligand and then embedded in the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) host using a solution casting technique to prepare polymer composites (PCs). Both UV–visible and Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopies highlighted the formation of the Hg (II) metal complex. These techniques confirmed the synthesis of the Hg (II) metal complex. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern of the polymer composite has shown a significant enhancement in its amorphous nature compared to the pure PVA host. The thermal analysis spectra for the Hg (II) complex revealed high thermal stability. The occurrence of the complexation between the Hg (II) and host matrix of the PVA was identified from the wide shifting of UV–vis absorption and peak shifting with intensity reduction of the FTIR spectra. Tauc's method has been employed to evaluate the optical band gap, and determine the types of electronic transitions. The results have shown that the samples were exhibiting an indirect forbidden electron transition, with a significant reduction in the optical band gap of a doped sample that approaching inorganic semiconductor based-materials. In addition, the optical study has exposed the role of the Hg (II) complex in tuning the refractive index of the host polymer. Ultimately, the absorption edge was found to be shifted to the lower photon energy upon the insertion of the Hg (II) complex. The PVA doped sample displayed a substantial shift in band gap from 6.2 eV to 1.2 eV.  相似文献

The synthesis of NiO/NiCo2O4 nanoparticles by an eco-friendly, fast, simple and cost-effective approach employing Urtica extract is reported in this study. The NiO/NiCo2O4 nanocomposite were characterized using VSM, FTIR, XRD, and SEM techniques. Moreover, to construct a modified carbon paste electrode, NiO/NiCo2O4 were employed and this sensor was used for dopamine (DA) detection. Using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) techniques, the electrochemical behavior of dopamine at the NiO/NiCo2O4/CPE was investigated. Analysis of dopamine, with a limit of detection (LOD) equal to 0.04 μM, in the concentration range of 0.1–100.0 μM, was facilitated by NiO/NiCo2O4/CPE. Moreover, the satisfactory selectivity for DA determination in the presence of uric acid (UA) and ascorbic acid (AA), was obtained. The suggested new sensor displayed a good reproducibility, sensitivity, and stability for determination of DA in drug and biological samples.  相似文献

ZnO nanoparticles with and without 8 mol % Ce dopant were synthesized by precipitation method and the prepared samples were treated with various types of non-thermal plasma in order to study their effects on the morphology and photocatalytic activity of the samples. As-prepared Ce-doped ZnO has a hexagonal wurtzite structure and the crystal system was not changed by the plasma treatment. The morphology of Ce-doped ZnO was changed from spherical particle to flower and rod-like shapes by the plasma treatment. The particle size of the treated Ce-doped ZnO is smaller in comparison with that of untreated sample. The photodegradation of methylene blue by the plasma-treated Ce-doped ZnO in aqueous solution is higher than that of the untreated Ce-doped ZnO. The enhancement of the photocatalytic activity by the plasma-treated samples may come from the particle size reduction, enhancement in charge separation efficiency and increase of the surface area.  相似文献

In this study, we show that ranking fuzzy numbers with the area method using circumcenter of centroids presented by Rao and Shankar failed to rank effectively the generalized fuzzy numbers. By proving a theorem and using some numerical examples, we demonstrate that their proposed method cannot rank consistently some fuzzy numbers or is not consistent with human intuition.  相似文献

The subject of this paper is the inexact proximal point algorithm of usual and Halpern type in non-positive curvature metric spaces. We study the convergence of the sequences given by the inexact proximal point algorithm with non-summable errors. We also prove the strong convergence of the Halpern proximal point algorithm to a minimum point of the convex function. The results extend several results in Hilbert spaces, Hadamard manifolds and non-positive curvature metric spaces.  相似文献
