Constraint programming models appear in many sciences including mathematics, engineering and physics. These problems aim at optimizing a cost function joint with some constraints. Fuzzy constraint programming has been developed for treating uncertainty in the setting of optimization problems with vague constraints. In this paper, a new method is presented into creation fuzzy concept for set of constraints. Unlike to existing methods, instead of constraints with fuzzy inequalities or fuzzy coefficients or fuzzy numbers, vague nature of constraints set is modeled using learning scheme with adaptive neural-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS). In the proposed approach, constraints are not limited to differentiability, continuity, linearity; also the importance degree of each constraint can be easily applied. Unsatisfaction of each weighted constraint reduces membership of certainty for set of constraints. Monte-Carlo simulations are used for generating feature vector samples and outputs for construction of necessary data for ANFIS. The experimental results show the ability of the proposed approach for modeling constrains and solving parametric programming problems.  相似文献

A new hybrid optimization method, combining Continuous Ant Colony System (CACS) and Tabu Search (TS) is proposed for minimization of continuous multi-minima functions. The new algorithm incorporates the concepts of promising list, tabu list and tabu balls from TS into the framework of CACS. This enables the resultant algorithm to avoid bad regions and to be guided toward the areas more likely to contain the global minimum. New strategies are proposed to dynamically tune the radius of the tabu balls during the execution and also to handle the variable correlations. The promising list is also used to update the pheromone distribution over the search space. The parameters of the new method are tuned based on the results obtained for a set of standard test functions. The results of the proposed scheme are also compared with those of some recent ant based and non-ant based meta-heuristics, showing improvements in terms of accuracy and efficiency.  相似文献

Polystyrene-supported ruthenium nanoparticles enable the selective hydrazine-mediated reduction of nitroarenes to hydroxylamine products in high yield and selectivity. Key to obtaining the hydroxylamine product in good yield was the use of organic solvents capable of solubilizing the polystyrene-supported nanoparticle catalyst. N-aryl and N-heteroaryl hydroxylamines are generated under exceptionally mild conditions and in the presence of a various easily reduced functional groups.  相似文献

The catalytic performance of tetra‐n‐butylammonium salts of Keggin and Wells–Dawson sandwich‐type polyoxotungstates, [M4(PW9O34)2]m? and [M4(P2W15O56)2]n? (M = Mn2+, Fe3+, Co2+, Ni2+, Zn2+), in the oxidation of cyclooctene and cyclohexene with 30% hydrogen peroxide under various conditions was investigated. In comparison, Wells–Dawson sandwich‐type polyoxometalates were found to be less active than Keggin ones. In both of them, those containing Zn and Fe gave higher conversions for different oxidation conditions. These catalysts showed very good reusability in the oxidation reaction. The superior material properties of β‐keratin along with the hierarchical high‐aspect‐ratio structure of geckos' foot pad have enabled geckos to stick readily and rapidly to almost any surfaces in both dry and wet conditions. In this research, nonsticky fluoropolymer (Teflon AF) resembling β‐keratin rigidity and having an extremely low surface energy and dielectric constant was applied to fabricate a novel dry adhesive consisting of high‐aspect‐ratio nanopillars terminated with a “fluffy” top layer. Both the nanopillars and the terminating layer are fabricated concurrently by replica molding using a nanoporous anodic aluminum oxide membrane as the mold. These Teflon AF hierarchical nanostructures are shown to have an exceptional capacity to generate strong adhesion in both dry conditions and under water because of combined actions of van der Waals forces, electrostatic attractions, and hydrophobic effects. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
