非奇异H-矩阵的一类新判定

本文研究了非奇异H-矩阵的数值判定问题.利用不等式的放缩方法,获得了一类判别非奇异H-矩阵的新判据,推广了相关已有结果,并通过数值实例说明了本文结果判断范围的更广泛性.     

Commuting Toeplitz operators on the hardy space of the polydisk

In this paper, we show that two Toeplitz operators T_f and T_g on the Hardy space of the polydisk can commute if and only if the Berezin transform of the commutator [T_f, T_g] is n-harmonic.     

Enantioselective sulfenylation of α-nitroesters catalyzed by diarylprolinols

The organocatalytic sulfenylation of α-nitroesters mediated by diaryl-l-prolinols was developed. A range of α-sulfenylated α-nitroesters were obtained in good yields with moderate to good enantioselectivities.     

Two Coordination Polymers Constructed from 5‐(4‐Pyridyl)‐1H‐tetrazole Ligands with Different Organic Carboxylates: Structure and Luminescence Properties

Two coordination polymers (CPs), namely, [Cu(Hptz)₂(Hhba)₂]_n ( 1 ) [Hptz = 5‐(4‐pyridyl)‐1H‐tetrazole, H₂hba = 2‐hydroxybenzoic acid] and [Zn₃(ptz)₂(hpa)₂]_n ( 2 ) (H2hpa = 2‐hydroxy‐2‐phenylacetic acid), were synthesized by solvothermal reactions. Both complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 exhibits a 2D (4,4) network, where each layer connects to four adjacent layers to construct a 3D supramolecular framework. Compound 2 has a 3D framework structure composed of 1D SUBs, which are formed by both carboxyl and tetrazole groups. The complexes represent two rare examples of CPs constructed from Hptz and organic carboxyl acid ligands. Complex 2 exhibits intense, red‐shifted emissions in the visible region at room temperature.     

Palladium‐Catalyzed C(sp3)?H Activation: A Facile Method for the Synthesis of 3,4‐Dihydroquinolinone Derivatives

3,4‐Dihydroquinolinones were synthesized by the palladium‐catalyzed, oxidative‐addition‐initiated activation and arylation of inert C(sp³) H bonds. Pd(OAc)₂ and P(o‐tol)₃ were used as the catalyst and ligand, respectively, to improve the efficiency of the reaction. A further advantage of this reaction is that it could be performed in air. A relatively rare seven‐membered palladacycle was proposed as a key intermediate of the catalytic cycle.     

Pressure‐Induced Intersite Bi?M (M=Ru, Ir) Valence Transitions in Hexagonal Perovskites

Pressure‐induced charge transfer from Bi to Ir/Ru is observed in the hexagonal perovskites Ba_3+nBiM_2+nO_9+3n (n=0,1; M=Ir,Ru). These compounds show first‐order, circa 1 % volume contractions at room temperature above 5 GPa, which are due to the large reduction in the effective ionic radius of Bi when the 6s shell is emptied on oxidation, compared to the relatively negligible effect of reduction on the radii of Ir or Ru. They are the first such transitions involving 4d and 5d compounds, and they double the total number of cases known. Ab initio calculations suggest that magnetic interactions through very short (ca. 2.6 Å) M M bonds contribute to the finely balanced nature of their electronic states.     

Recombination analysis of autosomal short tandem repeats in Chinese Han families

Recombination fractions between forensic STRs can be extrapolated from the International HapMap Project, but the concordance between recombination fractions predicated from genetic maps and derived from observation of STR transmissions in families is still ambiguous for autosomal STRs because of limited family studies. Therefore, the main goal of this study is to compare recombination fractions estimated by pedigree analysis with those derived from HapMap phase SNP data. Genotypes of nine autosomal STR pairs (TPOX‐D2S1772, D5S818‐CSF1PO, D7S3048‐D7S820, D8S1132‐D8S1179, TH01‐D11S2368, vWA‐D12S391, D13S325‐D13S317, D18S51‐D18S1364, and D21S11‐PentaD) from 207 two‐generation families with two to five children (the number of families with five, four, three, and two children was 2, 3, 20, and 182, respectively) were used to analyze the recombination. The linkage analysis showed that significant linkage was observed at six STR pairs (D5S818‐CSF1PO, D8S1132‐D8S1179, TH01‐D11S2368, vWA‐D12S391, D13S325‐D13S317, and D18S51‐D18S1364) with genetic distances <36.22 cM in HapMap. Their recombination fractions calculated from family data were very close to those derived from HapMap. However, three STR pairs of TPOX‐D2S1772, D7S3048‐D7S820, and D21S11‐PentaD showed no significant linkage with genetic distances from 43.38 to 91.49 cM. Our results indicate that recombination fractions extrapolated from HapMap can provide a substitute if empirical data are unavailable for the linkage STR pair with a genetic distance spanned <36.22 cM.     

Syntheses of nucleosides with 2′-spirolactam and 2′-spiropyrrolidine moieties as potential inhibitors of hepatitis C virus NS5B polymerase

To discover novel nucleosides as potential antiviral agents, 2′-spirolactam and 2′-spiropyrrolidine-containing nucleoside analogs were envisioned. Efficient synthetic routes were developed with an epoxide opening as the key step to establish the quaternary center at the 2′ position, leading to the design and synthesis of uridine analogs 8 and 21, prodrugs 13–16, and cytidine analog 11.     

Generation of 1-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2-dihydroisoquinolines via a silver(I)-catalyzed reaction of 2-alkynylaryl aldimine with trimethyl(trifluoromethyl)silane

A silver(I)-catalyzed reaction of 2-alkynylaryl aldimine with trimethyl(trifluoromethyl)silane is reported. This reaction proceeds efficiently under extremely mild conditions to generate 1-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2-dihydroisoquinolines in good yields. A three-component reaction of 2-alkynylbenzaldehyde, amine, with trimethyl(trifluoromethyl)silane is presented as well.     

Synthesis of structurally diverse diarylketones through the diarylmethyl sp CH oxidation

Under open-flask conditions, an efficient method to assemble a series of diversely functionalized diarylketones in the presence of commercially available NBS has been developed. Yields of up to 99% have been achieved employing diarylmethanes as starting material. Based on ¹⁸O-labeled experiment, the addition of stoichiometric water eventually leads to excellent yields in all carbonylation cases.
