Expression and Purification of ZNF191（243-368） in Three Expression Systems

ZNF191 （243-368）, a new human zinc finger protein, probably relates to some hereditary diseases and cancers, To obtain adequate amount of ZNF191（243-368） for the study of its property, structure and function, three different expression systems of inclusion-body, glutathione S-transferase （GST）, and hexahistidine （6 × His） were used and compared. Among these systems, the expression level of ZNFI91（243-368） was increased in inclusion body system under a higher isopropylthio-β-D-galactoside （IPTG） concentration, but the non-target proteins were also increased more, which made its purification more difficult and the yield lower. The expression of His-tag fusion protein was almost not affected by IPTG concentration, temperature and inducing time. At a high IPTG concentration the highest expression yield for GST fusion protein was obtained. And the fusion proteins can be partially purified by a single affinity chromatography step. The fusion protein systems show advantages for expression of these proteins.     

二硫化碳对机体铜、锌水平的影响

为观察二硫化碳（CS2）对机体铜，锌水平的影响，对某化纤厂35名接触CS2工人和41名非接触工人的血铜，锌值进行调查，比较，并进行了动物染毒实验。SD大鼠吸入CS2浓度分别为5和50mg/m^3，每日5h，每周6d，连续6个月，于染毒2，4，6个月时测定血浆铜，锌值及染毒6个月时肝脏铜，锌含量。结果显示，CS2接触组工人血铜，锌水平较对照组显著降低（P＜0．05）。在CS2染毒6个月时，50mg/m^3 CS2染毒组血浆及肝脏铜水平均较对照组及5mg/m^3 CS2染毒组显著降低（P＜0．05）。可见接触CS2能干扰机体铜，锌代谢，导致体内铜，锌含量减少。     

GC-MS法测定焦化厂气溶胶中多环芳烃

利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS),电子轰击离子化(EI)法测定焦化厂气溶胶中多环芳烃的含量。超声波抽提气溶胶样品,用GC-MS的选择离子监测(SIM)方式测定EPA提出的优先监测的16种多环芳烃的含量。该法的检出限为0.167pg·m~(-3),PAHs的回收率为85.1％～110.5％,相对标准偏差为4.62％～19.4％。应用该法测定气溶胶中PAHs获得满意的结果。     

醋酸烯丙酯选择性地合成烯丙基硒醚

醋酸烯丙酯被Pd(PPh3)4-SmI2还原，并发生中间体π-烯丙基钯络合物的极性 反转，而后与芳基硒溴化物作用，生成烯丙基硒醚．     

THE POLYMERIZATION OF AROMATIC AND HETEROCYCLIC DINITRILES

This review is a concise survey about the works in our laboratory on the polymerization of aromatic and heterocyclic dinitriles, including the polymerization kinetics and mechanism, synthesis of heterocyclic dinitriles, the structure of polymers, and the correlation between the structures of dinitriles and polymerization rates and thermal performances of Polymers.     

盐类和温度对非离子型表面活性剂溶液粘度的影响

研究在各种盐类存在下,温度对非离子表面活性剂(OP类)溶液粘度的影响,发现相对粘度的对数值与1/T呈线性关系,从直线的斜率可得活化自由能ΔG′。由热力学关系式可计算粘性流体的活化焓ΔII′和活化熵ΔS′。用所得热力学函数对胶束型态的转化进行了讨论。     

4,5-环氧环己烷1,2-二甲酸单丁酯单缩水甘油酯/m-PDA的热固化特征

本文叔述了4,5-环氧环己烷1,2-二甲酸单丁酯单缩水甘油酯(DME-47)/间-苯二胺(m-PDA)体系的热固化特征。结果表明,由于DME-47中羧酸缩水甘油酯型环氧基的反应活性远大于脂环环氧基。所以,DME-47/m-PDA体系固化反应明显地分两阶段进行。由TBA恒温固化动力学数据求得体系在100—160℃表观反应活化能E_α=13.9kcal/mol,在160—240℃E_α=16.6kcal/mol,根据实验数据按Arrhenius关系式推算,本体系在室温25℃下可以存放80天左右而不凝胶化,20℃下可存放120天左右。     

Synthesis and characterization of Mn2P2S6 single-crystal nanorods and nanotubes

Mn2P2S6 single-crystal nanorods with diameters 20-40 nm and lengths up to 1 microm and nanotubes with diameters 40-50 nm and lengths ranging between 110 and 170 nm have been prepared through a low-temperature solvothermal method. They have been characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution (HR) TEM, electron diffraction, energy-dispersive spectrometry analysis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and Raman spectroscopy.

2H-吡喃-2-酮及其衍生物是有机合成的蓬要中间体。对于它们的合成已有许多报道,例如利用烯醇醚或烯醇砖醚与丁酰氯反应;羰基化合物与甲氧亚甲螭丙二酸二甲酯反应;α-苯基丙醛酸酯与丙酮的成环缩合2,6-二氯-3-三氯甲基吡啶与亚甲基丁二酸酯的反应,邻氰基苯乙炔、二苯乙二酮和丙酮的反应。但上述方法往往原料较难得到,产率较低或操作麻烦。
