抑前胸腺肽溶液构象的2D NMR初步分析

抑前胸腺肽PTSP是一种重要的新发现的昆虫神经肽,能够在体内和体外条件下抑制促前胸腺素PTTH对蜕皮激素合成的促进作用.实验材料PTSP以固相方法合成.用2D NMR技术来考察PTSP的DMSO-d6溶液,并记录COSY,NOESY和13C HMQC-COSY谱用于构象分析.利用2D COSY和NOESY归属了1H NMR谱的全部共振峰;再利用HMQC-COSY使全部αC和βC共振峰也得到了归属.分析得到肽链的1H和13C的化学位移和质子间的NOE,结果表明PTSP在DMSO-d6中构象最有可能为无规卷曲.此构象可能是PTSP与其受体结合前,邻近前胸腺腺体细胞膜表面时的一种状态,而柔性无规蜷曲或许满足了两者正确结合的条件.     

KTiOPO4晶体纵横模劈裂的喇曼谱

在室温下测量了ＫＴｉＯＰＯ₄单晶的偏振喇曼散射谱，应用９０°散射及背散射得到了各模的峰位值，其中Ｂ₁（ＬＯ）模、Ｂ₂（ＬＯ）模的喇曼谱测量尚未见报道过。根据ＬＯ－ＴＯ劈裂的实验结果，计算出该晶体极化模的有效电荷、振子强度及沿对称轴方向的静态介电常数。 关键词：     

W-Mo系复合材料的制备及其特性波阻抗

 采用放电等离子烧结技术，在相同的温度（1 473 K）及压力（30 MPa）下，制备出不同配比的致密的W-Mo系复合材料样品。采用高精度超声波脉冲回波重合方法，精确测量了超声波在样品中传播的横、纵波声速，并由此得到样品的特性波阻抗值。对样品的相组成分析及电子探针分析的结果表明，W-Mo系复合材料主要是以W、Mo机械混合的形式通过粘结相获得致密化的。因此，选用混合物模型对其特性波阻抗值进行了理论预测，与实测值的比较表明该模型能对W-Mo系复合材料的特性波阻抗作出比较准确的预测。     

NAB和NYAB晶体的斯塔克能级

在液氮温度下测量ＮＡＢ和ＮＹＡＢ的全波段吸收光谱，并由此初步指认了ＮＡＢ和ＮＹＡＢ的斯塔克能级，利用Ｊ－Ｒ理论首次对ＮＡＢ和ＮＹＡＢ的斯塔克能级进行了全谱项拟合计算，并作了正确的指认。

本文利用耦合波理论分析推导了单模平面光波导中两波混合的耦合波方程和弱相干光放大率的表示式.并且,在LiNbO_3:Fe单模平面光波导中进行了两波混合的实验研究,得到了与理论分析相符合的结果.     

食品玻璃化转变温度测量方法的比较

利用差示扫描量热仪用经过退火处理的连续扫描法、不经过退火处理的连续扫描法和分步扫描法,对20％和50％蔗糖水溶液的玻璃化转变温度进行了测量。结果显示,退火处理的连续扫描法测量结果最好,测得蔗糖水溶液的玻璃化转变温度大致为-34．6℃,Tg'不受退火温度和溶液浓度的影响。三种方法测得20％蔗糖水溶液的Tg'的差别不大。退火方法和不退火方法测得50％蔗糖水溶液的Tg'差别很大。用两种不同的连续扫描方法做了几组测新鲜西瓜汁玻璃化转变温度的实验,结果在-42--44℃之间。     

Experimental long-distance decoy-state quantum key distribution based on polarization encoding

We demonstrate the decoy-state quantum key distribution (QKD) with one-way quantum communication in polarization space over 102 km. Further, we simplify the experimental setup and use only one detector to implement the one-way decoy-state QKD over 75 km, with the advantage to overcome the security loopholes due to the efficiency mismatch of detectors. Our experimental implementation can really offer the unconditionally secure final keys. We use 3 different intensities of 0, 0.2, and 0.6 for the light sources in our experiment. In order to eliminate the influences of polarization mode dispersion in the long-distance single-mode optical fiber, an automatic polarization compensation system is utilized to implement the active compensation.     

Stability of Rotation Relations of Three Unitaries with the Flip Action in C*-Algebras*

The above conclusion is also called that the rotation relations of three unitaries with the flip action is stable under the above conditions.
