Improved efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells with molecular ameliorating of ZnO nanorod/perovskite interface and Mg-doping ZnO

Despite the advanced efficiency of perovskite solar cells(PSCs),electron transportation is still a pending issue.Here the polymer polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)is used to enhance the electron injection,which is thanks to the passivation of the defects at the interface between the ZnO electron transporting layer(ETL)and the perovskite.The application of the PVP layer inhibits the device degradation,and 80%of the primary efficiency is kept after 30 d storage in air condition.Additionally,the efficiency of the device is further enhanced by improving the conductivity and crystallinity of the ZnO ETL via Magnesium(Mg)doping in the ZnO nanorods(ZnO NRs).Moreover,the preparation parameters of the ZnO NRs are optimized.By employing the high-crystallinity ZnO ETL and the PVP layer,the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of the champion device is increased from 16.29%to 19.63%.These results demonstrate the advantages of combining mesoscale manipulation with interface modification and doping together.     

Synthesis, Structure and H+/K+-ATPase Inhibitory Activity of Novel Triazolyl Substituted Tetrahydrobenzofuran Derivatives via One-pot Three-component Click Reaction

Eleven triazolyl substituted tetrahydrobenzofuran derivatives were synthesized in high yields as novel H⁺/K⁺‐ATPase inhibitor via one‐pot CuI‐catalyzed three‐component click reaction of azide, secondary amine and 3‐bromopropyne under mild conditions in water. Their structures were characterized by NMR, IR, ESI‐MS, elemental analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Most of the target compounds exhibited better H⁺/K⁺‐ATPase inhibitory activity than commercial omeprazole with IC₅₀ values less than 15 µmol·L^?1. The initial structure‐activity analysis suggested that the triazole substituted by cycloalkyl, aromatic ring or O‐containing side‐chain seemed to be beneficial for enhancing the activity.     

A modified procedure for synthesis of the side chain of ceftazidime-activated thioester

A modified procedure for synthesis of the side chain of ceftazidime-activated thioester has been established. This key intermediate of ceftazidime was obtained by a more eco-friendly process than conventional methods, and the yield was much higher (up to 92.4 %). It was found that different organic bases (triethylamine or pyridine) used in this reaction had different effects. The reaction conditions were also optimized to make the route more competitive and suitable for large-scale industrial production.     

Coral reef-like polyanaline nanotubes prepared by a reactive template of manganese oxide for supercapacitor electrode

Coral reef-like PANI nanotubes composed of nanopaticles were successfully synthesized by a reactive template of manganese oxide.The structure was characterized by using SEM,TEM,and FT-IR,and the supercapacitive behaviors of these nanotubes were investigated with cyclic voltammetry（CV）,and charge-discharge tests,respectively.A maximum specific capacitance of 533 F/g could be achieved in 1mol/L aqueous H₂SO₄ with the potential range of -0.2 to 0.8 V（vs.the saturated calomel electrode） in a half-cell setup configuration for PANI electrode,suggesting its potential application in the electrode material for electrochemical capacitors.     

Polymeric ytterbium(ii) complex with pyridyl amido ligands

The reaction of potassium pyridyl amido ligand {L = [N(R)(2-C5H3N-6-Me)]–, R = CH2But} with YbI2(thf)2 afforded the linear polymeric complex [K0.5(L)3YbiiK0.5]n, which was characterized by X-ray structure analysis.     

One-step synthesis ofα,β-unsaturated arylsulfones by a novel multicomponent reaction of aromatic aldehydes,chloroacetonitrile, benzenesulfinic acid sodium salt

A new and green method for the synthesis of α,β-unsaturated arylsulfones had been achieved through the condensation of aromatic aldehydes,chloroacetonitrile,benzenesulfinic acid sodium salt in the presence of l-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium hydroxide([bmim]OH) in EtOH under reflux.The ionic liquid was recovered and recycled for subsequent reactions.The advantages of this protocol were non-toxic,easy work-up and good yields.     

LC Coupled with TOFMS for Metabonomics Study of Mini-pigs with Atherosclerosis

In this study, serum metabolic profiles of mini-pigs with atherosclerosis (AS) were analyzed by LC–TOFMS. Partial least-squares to latent structure-discriminant analysis and orthogonal projection to latent structure-discriminant analysis were used for group differentiation and selection of potential biomarkers. The mini-pig disease models were constructed by feeding a high-fat diet and inducing coronary injury, in accordance with the mechanism of AS pathogenesis. To characterize the development of AS, serum samples were collected and analyzed at two time points (two and ten weeks). Separate distinct clustering of results from normal and model mini-pigs could be observed for both the two and ten-week samples. With the development of AS, the metabolism of the model mini-pigs was more substantially disturbed. Major metabolites contributing to the discrimination were fatty acids, lysophosphatidylcholines, and bile acids. These potential biomarkers are related with inflammation, oxidative stress, and abnormal lipid and energy metabolism.
