Syntheses and Characterization of Two Diiron Dithiolate Complexes Containing 4-Dimethylaminopyridine

Two diiron dithiolate complexes, (μ-pdt)Fe2(CO)5(C7H10N2) 3 and (μ-edt)-Fe2(CO)5(C7H10N2) 4 (pdt = -S(CH2)3S-, edt = -S(CH2)2S-), have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 3 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 10.168(4), b = 11.816(4), c = 16.595(7)  and β = 95.195(6)o; and complex 4 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with a = 9.317(3), b = 11.898(4), c = 34.006(10)  .The distances of Fe(1)–Fe(2) are 2.5058(9)  in 3 and 2.4942(10)  in 4, falling in the normal range of Fe–Fe bond length (2.49～2.57 ). The cyclic voltammograms show that 3 and 4 display irreversible reduction peaks (FeIFeI/ FeIFe0) at –1.717 V and –1.673 V vs. Ag/AgCl, respectively. With different acids, complex 3 has distinguishable behavior, two protonations in addition of HBF4-Et2O and single protonation besides HOAc-CH3CN, and complex 4 has a similar action to 3 with HOAc-CH3CN for a semblable structure.     

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Biological Activity of N-(2,6-Difiuorobenzoyl)-N'-[5-(4-trifiuoromethylphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl] ure

The title compound N-(2,6-difluorobenzoyl)-N'-[5-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl]urea(C17H9F5N4O2S, Mr = 428.34) has been synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-5-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-l,3,4-thiadiazole with 2,6-difluorobenzoyl isocyanate, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 10.7316(13), b = 10.5617(13), c = 16.037(2) (A), β =106.408(2)°, V= 1743.6(4) (A)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.632 g/cm3, μ = 0.260 mm-1, F(000) = 864, the final R = 0.0599 and wR = 0.1420 for 3467 observed reflections with I ＞ 2o(Ⅰ). The urea group, which adopts a planar configuration mediated by the intramolecular N-H…O hydrogen bond, is nearly coplanar with the thiadiazole and 4-trifluoromethylbenzene rings. The title compound was found to exhibit good fungicidal activity against Rhizoctonia solani and Botrytis cinerea.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 10-（3,4-Dichlorophenymethylidyne）-9,10-dihydrofluorene

A novel compound of 10-(3,4-dichlorophenymethylidyne)-9,10-dihydrofluorene (C20H12Cl2, Mr = 323.20) was synthesized via Knoevenagel reaction under microwave irradiation (500 w) within short reaction time (8 min), giving a high yield of product (87%). Its structure was determined by IR, 1H NMR, MS, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the new compound is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 12.8781(13), b = 16.5067(16), c = 7.4656(7), β = 103.567(2)o, V = 1542.7(3)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.392 g/cm3, μ = 0.413 mm-1, F(000) = 664, R = 0.0569 and wR = 0.1342 for 3355 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The crystal structure involves a conjugated system which shows an olefin structure.     

流动注射化学发光法测定片剂中阿昔洛韦含量

体积排阻色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱分析富硒大米含硒蛋白组成

建立体积排阻色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱(SEC-HPLC-ICP-MS)联用技术分析富硒大米含硒蛋白组成方法。通过水提、盐提、碱提和醇提方法提取,并用丙酮沉淀蛋白,硒的回收率分别为9.6%,16.8%,48.2%和14.9%,纯化后的蛋白结合硒的量由大到小依次为碱溶谷蛋白>球蛋白>醇溶蛋白>清蛋白。蛋白液经SEC-HPLC-ICP-MS检测,通过蛋白色谱峰(λ=280 nm)和ICP-MS硒峰(78Se)对比分析,利用分子量标准曲线测定出4类蛋白中含硒蛋白的分子量。结果表明,富硒大米中清蛋白和醇溶蛋白并不是硒的主要存在蛋白。硒主要存在于>7 kDa的碱溶谷蛋白和球蛋白,其中碱溶含硒蛋白主要组分F1分子量为199.8 kDa。     

Magnetically Controlled Electronic Transport Properties of a Ferromagnetic Junction on the Surface of a Topological Insulator

We have investigated the transport properties of the Dirac fermions through a ferromagnetic barrier junction on the surface of a strong topological insulator.The current-voltage characteristic curve and the tunneling conductance are calculated theoretically.Two interesting transport features are predicted:observable negative differential conductances and linear conductances tunable from unit to nearly zero.These features can be magnetically manipulated simply by changing the spacial orientation of the magnetization.Our results may contribute to the development of high-speed switching and functional applications or electrically controlled magnetization switching.     

四硫代碳酸钠的合成及其生物活性

以元水Na2S,CS2和S为原料制备了四硫代碳酸钠。探讨了其物理、化学性质及生物活性。     

模板剂对微波水热合成CdS微晶相组成、形貌及光学性能的影响

采用微波水热法,以CdCl2·H2O和Na2S2O3·5H2O为镉源和硫源,分别以柠檬酸、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、六亚甲基四胺(乌洛托品)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为模板剂,合成了不同微观形貌的硫化镉微晶.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、EDS、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等对样品的物相、形貌和元素组成进行了分析.结果表明:通过添加不同模板剂制备了球形、花状和棒状硫化镉微晶,制备的硫化镉微晶结晶良好;紫外-可见吸收光谱分析表明,产物均发生了不同程度的蓝移.

<正>2010年7月27日～30日,由国际理论与应用力学联合会(IUTAM)主办的"面向先进技术与工程设计的非线性动力学会议"在英国阿伯丁召开.会议由英国阿伯丁大学工学院M.Wiercigroch教授和意大利罗马大学工学院G.Rega教授担任主席,来自英国、德国、法国、意大利、荷兰、奥地利、西班牙、葡萄牙、丹麦、波兰、俄罗斯、乌克兰、以色列、中国、日本、印度、美国、加拿大和巴西等19个国家的75名学者出席了会议,52位学者做了学术报告,17位学者做了墙报交流.     

新型有机多胺Co(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、晶体结构及抑菌性能

以1-氨乙基哌嗪和丙烯腈为原料合成了新型有机多胺1-（N,N-二氨基丙基）氨基乙基-4-氨基丙基哌嗪,并以此为配体,与高氯酸钴进行配位反应,得到其配合物[Co(L)HCl](ClO4)2的晶体。通过元素分析、测摩尔电导率和X射线衍射对所得晶体进行了分析。结果显示,该晶体结构属于四方晶系,空间群I4/m,a = 2.5006(3),b = 2.5006(3) c = 0.85615(11) nm, Mr =594.79,V = 5.3534(10) nm3,Z=8, F(000)= 2488, Dc = 1.476g/cm3,μ(MoKα)= 0.989mm-1,最终偏离因子R1 = 0.0666, wR2 = 0.1852 ( I > 2σ( I) )。采用琼脂扩散法测定目标产物的抑菌性能。结果表明, [Co(L)HCl](ClO4)2对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、鳗弧菌均有一定的抑制作用。
