非平衡电桥原理热敏电阻温度计设计原理的基础上,利用传感器及数据处理软件获得准确的温度-电压数据曲线,并利用最值查找、斜率标定、曲线拟合等数据处理工具对数据进行有效处理与标定。相对于传统数据处理及标定方式,具有更高的准确性。

平面金属介质复合体的负磁化率(英文)

We report a new type of planar metamaterial consisting of a pair of homogeneous parallel plates separated by a thin medium. Strong magnetic response and negative effective permeability are observed in the materials at wavelengths from 6.9 μm to 5.8 μm. The resonant wavelength and the value of the negative permeability can be tuned by varying the structure dimensions. Such planar metamaterials can be easily fabricated with mature thin film technology and are of great potential for device applications.     

Synthesis and electroluminescent properties of naphthalimide derivatives

Naphthalimide derivatives, N-ethyl-4-acetylamino-l ,8-naphthalimide (EAAN) and polymer with N-propyl-4-acetylamino-l,8-naphthalimide (PAAN) side-chain (P-PAAN) were successfully synthesized. Electroluminescent devices of ITO/PVK(120nm)/EAAN(50nm)/Al(150nm) (Ⅰ) and ITO/PVK P-PAAN( 10:1) (50nm)/Al(150nm) (Ⅱ) constructed with EAAN and P-PAAN as the emitting layer were investigated, whereas the single-layer devices of ITO/EAAN or P-PAAN(50nm)/Al(l50nm) (Ⅲ) were not observed to have any e-mission light. The emission results revealed that the exciton recombination formed by positive and negative charge carriers injected from electrodes of devices Ⅰ and Ⅱ was much more balanced than that of devices Ⅲ, which implied that naphthalimide derivatives are a new type of electron-transporting materials with high performance. The electron-transporting properties of naphthalimide derivatives were also elucidated by investigation of the electroluminescent behaviors from both devices of ITO/PPV (80nm)/Al and ITO/P

A straight synthesis of 2-(a-substituted N-tosylaminomethyl)-2,5-dihydrofurans by thereaction of N-sulfonylimines with arsonium 4-hydroxyl- cis -2-butenylides

On treatment of N-tosylimines (1) and 4-hydroxyl-cis-butenyl arsonium salt (5) with KOH in acetonitrile at room temperature, 2-(a-substituted N-tosylaminomethyl)-2,5-dihydrofurans (4) were obtained in moderate yields. The arsonium salt (5) acts formally as an equivalent of 2,5-dihydrofuran synon. A plausible mechanism was proposed for this new 5-membered cyclization reaction.     

Variation of Optical Quenching of Photoconductivity with Resistivity in Unintentional Doped GaN

The optical quenching of photoconduetivity under dual illumination in GaN samples with different resistivity is investigated to reveal the variation of deep levels. The samples are grown by metal organic chemical vapour deposition without intentional doping. Quenching bands centered at 1.35 eV, 1.55 eV, 1.98eV, and 2.60 eV are observed. It is found that the 1.98eV quenching band is dominated in all the samples and the 2.60eV band is observed only in the high-resistivity samples. The possible defect levels responsible for the quenching bands and the origin of different quenching behaviour at 2.60eV are discussed. It is suggested that the defect level responsible for quenching at 2.60 eV plays an important role for the enhancement of resistivity.     

中学化学知识“提取困难”成因及教学对策研究

化学知识"提取困难"归纳为4种表现:不能及时提取相关知识;不能独立提取相关知识;不能准确提取相关知识;不能全面提取相关知识。化学知识"提取困难"的原因有:知识内容不熟悉;知识意义不明确;知识连接不清晰;知识网络不完善;知识情境不真实;知识负迁移效应等。克服知识"提取困难"对策主要包括:优化教学方式,注重学生的知识"输出";营造真实环境,促进知识迁移;围绕核心概念,建立知识连接;理清知识关系,完善知识网络;精心设计问题,加强自我监控;辨清新旧联系,克服定式干扰等。     

基于三次样条插值的艾滋病治疗模型

基于数学建模提供的艾滋病治疗方案中的实验数据,依据病人的初始CD4状态,将实验数据分类筛选,采用一维三次样条插值法描绘各类病人服药时间与病情的关系图形,进而由图形确定最佳治疗终止时间;并建立了CD4与时间的函数关系模型,借助于性价比函数进行疗效、价格的综合比较分析,此模型解法对最佳治疗方案的选择提供了有力依据.     

光学胶合件的拆胶

本文从实践出发，介绍了光学胶合件的几种拆胶方法及其工艺条件。同时进一步建议：对光学环氧胶、光学光敏胶等合成树脂光学胶的光学胶合件来说，在光学工艺全过程中，应建立严格的质量检验制度，不使不合格光学胶合件流入后固化工序，以减少拆胶返修困难，并进一步提高光学胶合件的质量。
