Scope and regioselectivity of the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azides with methyl 2-perfluoroalkynoates for an easy,metal-free route to perfluoroalkylated 1,2,3-triazoles

1,3-Dipolar cycloadditions of methyl 2-perfluoroalkynoates with various azides have been examined, leading to a simple metal-free synthetic protocol for the synthesis of perfluoroalkylated 1,2,3-triazoles. The regiochemical results demonstrated that the cycloaddition was controlled by FMO (the frontier molecular obitals) interaction and steric hindrance in transition states.     

Polymer electrolyte membranes based on polystyrenes with phosphonic acid via long alkyl side chains

A series of polystyrenes with phosphonic acid ( 5 ) via long alkyl side chains (4, 6, and 8 methylene units) were prepared by the radical polymerization of the corresponding diethyl ω‐(4‐vinylphenoxy)alkylphosphonates, followed by the hydrolysis with trimethylsilyl bromide. The resulting phosphonated polystyrene membranes had a high oxidative stability against Fenton's reagent at room temperature. The membranes prepared from 5 exhibited a very low water uptake, similar to that of Nafion 117 over the wide range of 30 to 80% relative humidity (RH). The proton conductivities of these membranes are lower than that of Nafion 117 in the range of 30 to 90% RH, but comparable or higher than those of the reported phosphonated polymers with higher IEC values, such as the phosphonated poly(N‐phenylacrylamide) (PDPAA, IEC: 6.72 mequiv/g) and fluorinated polymers with pendant phosphonic acids (M47, IEC: 8.5 mequiv/g), at low RH conditions despite the much lower IEC values (3.0–3.8 mequiv/g) of these membranes. These results suggest that the flexible pendant side chains of 5 would contribute to the formation of hydrogen‐bonding networks by considering the very low water uptake of these polymers. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. TBAB包络化合物浆的管内流动再层流化现象

TBAB包络化合物浆是一种新型高密度潜热输送材料,在中央空调或区域供冷等系统中作为替代常规冷水的冷量输送媒体具有显著的节能应用前景.采用实验方法研究了A型TBAB包络化合物浆在水平直管内的层流和湍流流动特性.通过分析流动阻力随流速和固相含量等参数的变化规律,发现固相含量的增加有利于维持流动的层流趋势,在定流速条件下随着固相含量的增加流动状态会由湍流转变为层流,即出现"再层流化"现象,并且由于再层流化现象的出现,包络化合物浆的流动会出现"阻力降低区".     

Asymmetric Synthesis, Antifungal Activity and Molecular Modeling of Iodiconazole Isomers

Iodiconazole is a novel antifungal agent that was developed in its racemic form. In order to investigate the ef- fects of the chiral center on the antifungal activity, R- and S-isomers of iodiconazole were prepared on the basis of the asymmetric Sharpless epoxidation. （S）-Iodiconazole was proved to have better antifungal activity than the （R）- isomer. The binding modes of the two isomers with lanosterol 14~z-demethylase were clarified by molecular dock- ing.     

Asymmetric Synthesis of Novel Axially Chiral 2,2'-Bipyridine N,N'-Dioxides Bearing α-Amino Acid Residues and Their Applications in Enantioselective Allylation of Aromatic Aldehydes with Allyltrichlorosilane

A series of novel axially chiral 2,2′‐bipyridine N,N′‐dioxides bearing C₁ or C₂‐symmetry have been synthesized by the use of enantiopure α‐amino acids as chiral sources. The absolute stereochemistry of the axial chirality of these organocatalysts has been clearly assigned by means of CD measurements together with literature protocols. The reactivities and enantioselectivities of these organocatalysts have been examined in the reactions of aromatic aldehydes with allyltrichlorosilane, thus providing the desired products with moderate yields and enantioselectivies.     

金属-半导体异质结构纳米晶的可控制备和光谱调控

本文简要综述了金属-半导体异质结构纳米晶的设计、可控制备和物性研究的相关工作.设计了异相成核与生长、选择硫化和种子介导液相外延生长3种不同的方法并以此制备了多种金属-半导体异质结构纳米晶,对其中所涉及的反应机制进行了论述,并简要探讨了金属-半导体异质结构纳米晶的热稳定性、表面等离子共振活性、荧光特性以及异质界面的电荷转移和保持能力.
