Alkali and ammonium cobalt and zinc phosphates show extensive polymorphism. Thermal behavior, relative stabilities, and enthalpies of formation of KCoPO4, RbCoPO4, NH4CoPO4, and NH4ZnPO4 polymorphs are studied by differential scanning calorimetry, high-temperature oxide melt solution calorimetry, and acid solution calorimetry.α-KCoPO4 and γ-KCoPO4 are very similar in enthalpy. γ-KCoPO4 slowly transforms to α-KCoPO4 near 673 K. The high-temperature phase, β-KCoPO4, is 5-7 kJ mol−1 higher in enthalpy than α-KCoPO4 and γ-KCoPO4. HEX phases of NH4CoPO4 and NH4ZnPO4 are about 3 kJ mol−1 lower in enthalpy than the corresponding ABW phases. There is a strong relationship between enthalpy of formation from oxides and acid-base interaction for cobalt and zinc phosphates and also for aluminosilicates with related frameworks. Cobalt and zinc phosphates exhibit similar trends in enthalpies of formation from oxides as aluminosilicates, but their enthalpies of formation from oxides are more exothermic because of their stronger acid-base interactions. Enthalpies of formation from ammonia and oxides of NH4CoPO4 and NH4ZnPO4 are similar, reflecting the similar basicity of CoO and ZnO.  相似文献

The fluorescence and phosphorescence properties of Europium-doped MAl2Si2O8 (M=Ca, Sr, Ba) are reinvestigated and discussed on the basis of the propensity of an activator to agglomerate with an oxygen vacancy. Due to a stronger attraction of the anion vacancy towards Eu2+ cations going from BaAl2Si2O8 to SrAl2Si2O8 and CaAl2Si2O8 host lattices, the interpretation of the fluorescence spectra turns out to be less trivial in the Ca and Sr host lattices than in the Ba one and requests the account for Eu2+ cations lying at alkaline-earth sites with or without vacancy in their neighborhood. Phosphorescence in these compounds is highlighted.  相似文献

Amphiphilic star‐shaped oligo(ethylene glycol)s with a hydrophobic bile acid core and varying number of hydrophilic arms have been made. Their thermal behavior in aqueous solutions depends on the number rather than the length of the arms. The two‐armed lithocholate derivative showed the strongest tendency for association and exhibited the lowest cloud point (79 °C) of the oligomers made, as well as another phase separation at a lower temperature (31 °C). The “double thermosensitivity” arising both from the salt‐dependent LCST of the oligo(ethylene glycol) segments and the temperature‐responsive self‐assembly of amphiphilic bile acid derivative provides an interesting path in the design of bile acid‐based smart materials.

Summary: A novel coordination polymer[{Cu(en)2}(V10O28)]n · 2n[Cu(en)2(H2O)] · 2n(H3BO3) · 2n(H2O) was obtained by hydrothermal reaction. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system, in the C2/c space group, with a = 26.490 (3) Å; b = 11.6558 (11) Å; c = 19.8426 (19) Å; β = 124.011 (1)°; V = 5078.6(8) Å3. The solid structure is formed by polymeric chains, [Cu(en)2(H2O)]2+ cations, and boric acid and water solvate molecules, stabilized through a multiple hydrogen bond network.  相似文献

Novel Coordination Compounds of 2-(Diisopropylamino)-1-phosphaethyne: [{η4-(iPr2NCP)2}Ni{η2-(iPr2NCP)}], [(Ph3P)2Pt{η2-(iPr2NCP)}], and [Co2(CO)622-(iPr2NCP)}] 2-(Diisopropylamino)-phosphaethyne iPr2N? C?P ( 2 ) reacts with the Ni(0)-complexes [Ni(1,5-cyclooctadiene)2] and [Ni(CO)3(1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]octane)], respectively, to give the novel complex [{η4-(iPr2NCP)2}Ni{η2-(iPr2NCP)}] ( 5 ), with the 1,3-diphosphacyclobutadiene derivative and 2 (side-on) as π-ligands. The molecular structure of 5 determined by X-ray diffraction on single crystals proves the spin systems and rotational barriers deduced from NMR-data (1H, 13C-, 31P). The PC distances of the four-membered ring of 1.817(2) and 1.818(2) Å – as expected – are considerably longer than the PC bond of the η2-coordinated phosphaalkyne 2 [1.671(2) Å]. – In the reactions of 2 with [(Ph3P)2Pt(C2H4)] or [Co2(CO)8] the ligand properties of 2 resemble those of alkynes affording the complexes [(Ph3P)2Pt{η2-(iPr2NCP)}] ( 7 ) with side-on coordinated 2 and [Co2(CO)622-(iPr2NCP)}] with 2 acting as a 4e donor bridge in quantitative yield. In attempts to prepare copper(I) complexes of the aminophosphaalkyne 2 by reaction with CuCl or CuI the only isolable product formed in reasonable amounts under the influence of air and moisture is the 1 λ3, 3 λ5-diphosphetene (iPr2N) ( 10 ) (isolated yield: ca. 20%). The crystal structure analysis of 10 indicates a strong structural relationship to the diamino-2-phosphaallyl cation [Me(iPr2N)]+ ( 12 ), the 1,3-diphosphacyclobutadiene ligand (iPr2NCP)2 in the binuclear complex [{η1, μ2-(iPr2NCP)2}Ni2(CO)6] ( 3a ) as well as to the heterocycles (dme)2LiOE2′ (E′ = S, 11a ; E′ = Se, 11b ) prepared by Becker et al. The effects of D-glucosamine schiff base and its metal complexes on the growth of Aerobacter aerogenes were investigated by the microcalorimetry. Among the substances tested. Zn-SG was shown to be the most bacteriostasic, followed by Zn-o-VG and SG (with the Ic50 of 242, 287 and 320 μg•mL-1, respectively). Cu(Ⅱ)-SG showed less inhibitory effect on Aerobacter aerogenes over the concentration rang of 50~300μg•mL-1.  相似文献

Simultaneous determination of the fat-soluble vitamins A and E and the water-soluble vitamins B1, B2 and B6 has been carried using a screening method from fluorescence contour graphs. These graphs show different colour zones in relation to the fluorescence intensity measured for the pair of excitation/emission wavelengths. The identification of the corresponding excitation/emission wavelength zones allows the detection of different vitamins in an aqueous medium regardless of the fat or water solubility of each vitamin, owing to the presence of a surfactant which forms micelles in water at the used concentration (over the critical micelle concentration). The micelles dissolve very water insoluble compounds, such as fat-soluble vitamins, inside the aggregates. This approach avoids the use of organic solvents in determining these vitamins and offers the possibility of analysing fat- and water-soluble vitamins simultaneously. The method has been validated in terms of detection limit, cut-off limit, sensitivity, number of false positives, number of false negatives and uncertainty range. The detection limit is about g L–1. The screening method was applied to different samples such as pharmaceuticals, juices and isotonic drinks.  相似文献

The host-guest interaction between orthophosphate, pyrophosphate and triphosphate anions and four cyclen based bis-macrocycles ligands possessing ortho-(BOC), meta-(BMC), para-xylenyl (BPC) or 2,6-pyridinyl (BPyC) linker was investigated by potentiometric measurements and NMR spectroscopy. Each ligand gave protonated species in aqueous solution that further formed ternary complexes after binding with anions; these complexes were analyzed as a result of hydrogen bond formation and Coulombic attraction between the organic host and the inorganic guest. The equilibrium constants for all the detected species are reported and the selectivity, illustrated with species distribution diagrams, is discussed. The results unambiguously showed the importance of the distance between the two cyclen cores and underlined, especially for the triphosphate species, the contribution of the nitrogen atom of the pyridinyl spacer as a supplementary anchoring point in acidic medium.  相似文献
