普鲁士兰修饰碳黑微电极同时微分伏安法测定多巴胺和抗坏血酸

将含有1.0%普鲁士蓝的碳黑与固体石蜡按2.5∶1(质量比)混合后装入φ0.2mm的石英毛细管中,在其上端插入一铂丝并抛光后即制成普鲁士蓝修饰碳黑微电极.对多巴胺(DA)及抗坏血酸(VC)在此电极上的电化学行为及应用此电极测定两组分的最佳条件进行了研究,在定量测定中采用二次微分线性扫描伏安法.在最佳条件下,DA与VC的峰电流(i″p)分别与各自的浓度保持如下线性关系DA为4.0×10-6～8.0×10-4mol·L-1,VC为6.0×10-5～1.0×10-3mol·L-1;检出限(3σ)依次为2.0×10-6mol·L-1及1.0×10-5mol·L-1.应用此方法分析了3种含DA及VC的混合溶液,测得结果的相对标准偏差(n=8)依次小于2.0%及3.0%,回收率范围依次为96.5%～101.0%及95.0%～102.5%.

From the perspective of biochemistry, this paper demonstrates the chemical structure and interactions of SARS-CoV-2's spike protein and its receptor (human angiotensin converting enzyme 2), and summarizes the related research progresses. The authors hope to provide insights for the development of COVID-19 vaccine.

时间分辨激光光散射测量系统

自选设计，装配了一套时间分辨的激光光散射测量系统，该系统摄像机，录像机，计算机和自编的软件实现了一体化的数据采集，显示和分析过程，本文给出了该系统的应用实例，球晶的光散射和环氧树脂的固化反应诱导的相分离过程。     

Soluble polymer-supported catalysts containing pendant quaternary onium salts for the addition reaction of oxiranes with carbon dioxide

The addition reaction of oxiranes ( 15a-d ) with carbon dioxide (CO₂) was carried out using 1 mol % of soluble polymer-supported quaternary onium salts as catalysts under atmospheric pressure. The reaction of 15a-d with CO₂ proceeded very smoothly to give the corresponding five-membered cyclic carbonates ( 16a-d ) in high yields at 90-100°C. The catalytic activity of the soluble polymer-supported quaternary onium salts was strongly affected by the following factors: kind of reaction solvent, degree of introduction of the pendant onium salt residues in the polymer chain, and type of alkyl group on the onium salts due to the balance between lipophilicity and steric hindrance of the onium salt residue. Furthermore, these soluble polymer-supported quaternary onium salts were found ordinarily to have higher catalytic activity than low molecular weight quaternary onium salts under the same reaction conditions. It was also found that the rate of reaction was proportional both to catalyst concentration and to oxirane concentration. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.

利用自制的烟雾箱系统研究了臭氧与二乙胺和三乙胺的气相反应动力学. 实验过程中保证二乙胺和三乙胺浓度远远大于臭氧浓度, 使得实验在准一级条件下进行. 加入环己烷以消除实验过程中可能产生的OH自由基对反应的影响. 在(298±1) K和1.01×105 Pa条件下, 测得臭氧与二乙胺和三乙胺反应的绝对速率常数值分别为(1.33±0.15)×10^-17和(8.20±1.01)×10^-17 cm³·molecule^-1·s^-1. 与文献中已有的其它胺类的臭氧反应数据比较后发现, 臭氧与胺的反应可以用亲电反应机制来解释. 另外, 通过对比发现, 臭氧与三取代的烷基胺类的反应速率要远远大于其与二取代的烷基胺类的反应速率. 这在一定程度上可有助于解释外场观测到的气溶胶相中二烷基胺盐较多的事实. 利用测得的速率常数和大气中臭氧浓度, 还估算了二乙胺和三乙胺与臭氧反应的大气寿命. 结果显示, 与臭氧的反应是二乙胺和三乙胺在大气中的一种重要的消除途径, 尤其是在污染严重地区.     

2020 Roadmap on two-dimensional nanomaterials for environmental catalysis

This roadmap demonstrates a series of two-dimensional nanomaterials, such as graphene, black phosphorus, oxides, layered double hydroxides, chalcogenides, bismuth-based layered compounds, MXenes, metal organic frameworks, covalent organic frameworks, and others, for environmental catalysis.

Icosahedral gold cage clusters: M@Au12- (M=V, Nb, and Ta)

We report the observation and characterization of a series of stable bimetallic 18-valence-electron clusters containing a highly symmetric 12-atom icosahedral Au cage with an encapsulated central heteroatom of Group VB transition metals, M@Au(12) (-) (M=V,Nb,Ta). Electronic and structural properties of these clusters were probed by anion photoelectron spectroscopy and theoretical calculations. Characteristics of the M@Au(12) (-) species include their remarkably high binding energies and relatively simple spectral features, which reflect their high symmetry and stability. The adiabatic electronic binding energies of M@Au(12) (-) were measured to be 3.70+/-0.03, 3.77+/-0.03, and 3.76+/-0.03 eV for M=V, Nb, and Ta, respectively. Comparison of density-functional calculations with experimental data established the highly symmetric icosahedral structures for the 18-electron cluster anions, which may be promising building blocks for cluster-assembled nanomaterials in the form of stoichiometric [M@Au(12) (-)]X(+) salts.
