The composites ZnOCuH(D) saturated with hydrogen (deuterium) to a content of ~1 wt % are investigated by the neutron scattering methods. Upon cooling of the samples (the ZnO matrix containing Cu crystals ~10 nm in size) from 300 to 4 K, hydrogen (deuterium) is condensed on the cluster surface and penetrates inside the clusters in which the atomic hydrogen content with respect to copper can be as high as 30% at 20 K. Simultaneously, hydrogen fills nanopores of the ZnO matrix. It is revealed that, at temperatures of 90–300 K, approximately one-third of the hydrogen amount participates in the fast diffusion (the diffusion constant is approximately equal to 8 × 10?5 cm2/s) and the other two-thirds are immobilized. At 20 K, the fraction of mobile hydrogen decreases to ~10%. An analysis of the results obtained demonstrates that the energy barriers retaining hydrogen in defect regions are relatively low.  相似文献

Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations in a membrane-embedded environment were carried out on the homology model of the human histamine H4 receptor (hH4R) alone and in complex with its endogenous activator histamine and with the first reported selective hH4R antagonist JNJ7777120. During the simulation of the histamine-hH4R complex, considerable changes occurred in the hH4R structure as well as in the interaction pattern of histamine at the binding site. These changes are in agreement with experimental data published on GPCR activation. In particular, the intracellular side of TM helix VI moved significantly away from TM helices III and VII. Moreover, histamine formed an interaction with Asn147 (4.57) that was previously proved to be important in hH4R activation. Results of the MD simulations of the native hH4R and the JNJ7777120-hH4R complex suggest that these models represent an inactive conformation of hH4R. MD simulation in the presence of JNJ7777120 resulted in the movement of the intracellular side of TM helix VI in the direction of TM helix III. Snapshots of the simulations may serve as functionally relevant models in the development of novel hH4R ligands in the future.  相似文献

We study those functions that can be written as a finite sum of periodic integer valued functions. On ℤ we give three different characterizations of these functions. For this we prove that the existence of a real valued periodic decomposition of a ℤ → ℤ function implies the existence of an integer valued periodic decomposition with the same periods. This result depends on the representation of the greatest common divisor of certain polynomials with integer coefficients as a linear combination of the given polynomials where the coefficients also belong to ℤ[x]. We give an example of an ℤ → {0, 1} function that has a bounded real valued periodic decomposition but does not have a bounded integer valued periodic decomposition with the same periods. It follows that the class of bounded ℤ → ℤ functions has the decomposition property as opposed to the class of bounded ℝ → ℤ functions. The flame retardant mechanism of a newly synthesized phosphorus-containing reactive amine, which can be used both as crosslinking agent in epoxy resins and as flame retardant, was investigated. The mode of action and degradation pathway were investigated by in situ analysis of the gases evolved during the degradation by thermogravimetric measurements coupled online with infrared (TG-EGA-FTIR) and mass spectroscopy (TG/DTA-EGA-MS) and by solid residue analysis by infrared (ATR) spectroscopic methods and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It was observed that the main difference in the degradation of the reference and the flame retardant system is that the degradation of the latter begins at lower temperature mainly with the emission of degradation products of the phosphorus amine, which act as flame retardants in the gas phase slowing down the further degradation steps. At the high temperature degradation stage the solid phase effect of the phosphorus prevails: the formation of phosphorocarbonaceous intumescent char results in a mass residue of 23.4%. The ratio of phosphorus acting in gas phase and solid phase, respectively, was determined on the basis of thermogravimetric and XPS measurements.  相似文献

This paper presents a derivatization, mass fragmentation study relating to the most common six cholic acids, such as cholic, lithocholic, chenodeoxycholic, ursodeoxycholic, 3-hydroxy,7-ketocholanic and dehydrocholic acids, identified and quantified as pollutants in the aquatic environment at the first time. Derivatizations have been performed with the two-step process (1: oximation, 2: silylation) varying the time and temperature of both reactions. Optimum responses have been obtained after 30 min oximation with hydroxylamine.HCl and 90 min silylation with hexamethyldisilazane and trifluoroacetic acid at 70 degrees C. Fragmentation patterns of the trimethylsilyl (oxime) ether/ester derivatives of all six cholic acids provided the theoretically expected, fully derivatized compounds. Reproducibility/linearity of derivatives calculated on the basis of the corresponding selective fragment ions, characterized by the relative standard deviation percentages of measurements, proved to be < or =4.9 (RSD%). The practical utility of the method was shown by the identification and quantification of cholic acids as pollutants in the aquatic environment. Subsequently to a solid phase extraction study varying the pH of extractions (pH 2, pH 4 and pH 7), applying the OASIS cartridges, it has been confirmed that the recoveries for all six cholic acids are acceptable, varying between 77% and 104%, and are independent on the pH. The total cholic acid content of a Hungarian wastewater plants' influent wastewater varied between 184 microg/L and 356 microg/L, while the Danube rivers' cholic acid content was 4.1 microg/L, only.  相似文献

The concept of model chemistries within hybrid QM/MM calculations has been addressed through analysis of the polarization energy determined by two distinct approaches based on (i) induced charges and (ii) induced dipoles. The quantum mechanical polarization energy for four configurations of the water dimer has been determined for a range of basis sets using Morokuma energy decomposition analysis. This benchmark value has been compared to the fully classical polarization energy determined using the induced dipole approach, and the molecular mechanics polarization energy calculated using induced charges within the MM region of hybrid QM/MM calculations. From the water dimer calculations, it is concluded that the induced charge approach is consistent with medium sized basis set calculations whereas the induced dipole approach is consistent with large basis set calculations. This result is highly relevant to the concept of QM/MM model chemistries.  相似文献

Spin-orbit coupling (SOC) induced intersystem crossing (ISC) has long been believed to play a crucial role in determining the product distributions in the O(3P) + C2H4 reaction. In this paper, we present the first nonadiabatic dynamics study of the title reaction at two center-of-mass collision energies: 0.56 eV, which is barely above the H-atom abstraction barrier on the triplet surface, and 3.0 eV, which is in the hyperthermal regime. The calculations were performed using a quasiclassical trajectory surface hopping (TSH) method with the potential energy surface generated on the fly at the unrestricted B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level of theory. To simplify our calculations, nonadiabatic transitions were only considered when the singlet surface intersects the triplet surface. At the crossing points, Landau-Zener transition probabilities were computed assuming a fixed spin-orbit coupling parameter, which was taken to be 70 cm-1 in most calculations. Comparison with a recent crossed molecular beam experiment at 0.56 eV collision energy shows qualitative agreement as to the primary product branching ratios, with the CH3 + CHO and H + CH2CHO channels accounting for over 70% of total product formation. However, our direct dynamics TSH calculations overestimate ISC so that the total triplet/singlet ratio is 25:75, compared to the observed 43:57. Smaller values of SOC reduce ISC, resulting in better agreement with the experimental product relative yields; we demonstrate that these smaller SOC values are close to being consistent with estimates based on CASSCF calculations. As the collision energy increases, ISC becomes much less important and at 3.0 eV, the triplet to singlet branching ratio is 71:29. As a result, the triplet products CH2 + CH2O, H + CH2CHO and OH + C2H3 dominate over the singlet products CH3 + CHO, H2 + CH2CO, etc.  相似文献

We show that in every r-coloring of the edges of K n there is a monochromatic double star with at least \(\frac{n(r+1)+r-1}{r^2}\) vertices. This result is sharp in asymptotic for r = 2 and for r≥ 3 improves a bound of Mubayi for the largest monochromatic subgraph of diameter at most three. When r-colorings are replaced by local r-colorings, our bound is \(\frac{n(r+1)+r-1}{r^2+1}\).  相似文献

Surface and interfacial properties of water-soluble wheat proteins were investigated and compared with six reference proteins (bovine serum albumin, ovalbumin, β-lactoglobulin, trypsin, cytochrom C and β-amylase). Albumins extracted from wheat flour were separated by the free solution isoelectric focusing. The surface activity at the air/water, dodecane/water interfaces and dilatational rheological behaviour of the adsorbed layers was determined by pendant drop technique. Considerably high surface activity of wheat proteins was found at both interfaces exceeding the corresponding values of most of the reference proteins. Exceptionally, low dilatational moduli (typically  < 10 mN/m) were obtained for wheat fractions in the continuous and the stepwise compression experiments with no age effect (1–20 min) and almost no relaxation. Surface/interfacial activity and rheological properties observed imply that water-soluble wheat proteins are generally characterized by strong hydrophobicity and more flexible molecular structure than the reference proteins.  相似文献
