One‐Pot Synthesis of Highly Substituted Polyheteroaromatic Compounds by Rhodium(III)‐Catalyzed Multiple C?H Activation and Annulation

A new method for the synthesis of highly substituted naphthyridine‐based polyheteroaromatic compounds in high yields proceeds through rhodium(III)‐catalyzed multiple C H bond cleavage and C C and C N bond formation in a one‐pot process. Such highly substituted polyheteroaromatic compounds have attracted much attention because of their unique π‐conjugation, which make them suitable materials for organic semiconductors and luminescent materials. Furthermore, a possible mechanism, which involves multiple chelation‐assisted ortho C H activation, alkyne insertion, and reductive elimination, is proposed for this transformation.     

Large-area periodic lead halide perovskite nanostructures for lenticular printing laser displays

Lenticular printing technique provides a promising way to realize stereoscopic displays,especially,when microscopic optical structures are integrated into light-emitting materials/devices.Here,we fabricated large-area periodic structures with a spatial resolution at a wavelength scale from hybrid perovskite materials via a space-confined solution growth method.It takes advantages of both high refractive index contrast and high luminescence brightness,which allows the optical modulation on not only the reflection of illumination,but also the light emission from hybrid perovskites.The distributed feedback within these periodic structures significantly improves the degree of polarization and directionality of laser actions while their threshold is also reduced.These findings enable us to present a prototype of lenticular printing laser displays that vary emission colors at different view angles,which may find applications in creating high-resolution and high-contrast holographical images.     

分析测试新成果(238~242)电线塑料护套的傅立叶变换红外光谱分析

采用傅立叶变换红外光谱法对21个5种不同颜色的电线塑料护套样品进行了分析.从红外光谱图中可观察到样品特征峰的峰数、峰位、相对峰面积比均有差异,但可以归纳为两大类.其中同种颜色的不同样品在红外谱图中又反映出了不同的信息,这表明在外观颜色十分相近的情况下,采用此方法能够有效的为刑事案件现场遗留的各种塑料制品提供鉴别与比对.     

Light-Driven Crawling of Molecular Crystals by Phase-Dependent Transient Elastic Lattice Deformation

The light-driven crawling of a molecular crystal that can form three phases, (α, β, and γ) is presented. Laser irradiation of the molecular crystal can generate phase-dependent transient elastic lattice deformation. The resulting elastic lattice deformation that follows scanning irradiation of a laser can actuate the different phases of molecular crystal to move with different velocity and direction. Because the γ phase has a large Young's modulus (ca. 26 GPa), a force of 0.1 μN can be generated under one laser spot. The generated force is sufficient to actuate the γ-formed molecular crystals in a wide dimensional range to move longitudinally at a velocity of about 60 μm min⁻¹, which is two orders of magnitude faster than the α and β phases.     

Tumor Microenvironment Stimuli-Responsive Fluorescence Imaging and Synergistic Cancer Therapy by Carbon-Dot–Cu2+ Nanoassemblies

A method is developed to fabricate tumor microenvironment (TME) stimuli-responsive nanoplatform for fluorescence (FL) imaging and synergistic cancer therapy via assembling photosensitizer (chlorine e6, Ce6) modified carbon dots (CDs-Ce6) and Cu²⁺. The as-obtained nanoassemblies (named Cu/CC nanoparticles, NPs) exhibit quenched FL and photosensitization due to the aggregation of CDs-Ce6. Their FL imaging and photodynamic therapy (PDT) functions are recovered efficiently once they entering tumor sites by the stimulation of TME. Introducing of Cu²⁺ not only provides extra chemodynamic therapy (CDT) function through reaction with hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), but also depletes GSH in tumors by a redox reaction, thus amplifying the intracellular oxidative stress and enhancing the efficacy of reactive oxygen species (ROS) based therapy. Cu/CC NPs can act as a FL imaging guided trimodal synergistic cancer treatment agent by photothermal therapy (PTT), PDT, and thermally amplified CDT.     

The inhibition profiles of 4'-acylpyrrole–5-fluoroindolin-2-ones with a C-3' side chain for VEGFR2, PDGFR-β, and FGFR-1 protein kinases

In this study, we reported the inhibition profiles of 4′-acylpyrrole–5-fluoroindolin-2-one 3 with a C-3′ side chain for VEGFR2, PDGFR-β, and FGFR-1 protein kinases. The pyrrole-fused cyclohexanone moiety provided 3 with the best potency to inhibit the three kinases, and the C-3′ side chains contributed to the different inhibition profiles of 3 . Compound 3b with a C-3′ 2-carboxylethyl side chain showed good potency for the three kinase (IC₅₀: 25–260 nM), and compound 3g with a N,N-dialkyl-2-carbamoylethyl side chain was more active for VEGFR2 (IC₅₀: 59 nM) and PDGFR-β (IC₅₀: 16 nM) than FGFR-1 (IC₅₀: 1.7 μM). The C-3′ 3-(dialkylamino)propyl side chain accomplished 3h – j as selective PDGFR-β inhibitors (IC₅₀: 7.8–13 nM). Compound 3b was further investigated and found potent to inhibit VEGF- and FGF-dependent cell proliferation with moderate in vivo anticancer activity. Results from docking simulations revealed that the interactions of 3b with VEGFR2 and FGFR-1 which could account for the different inhibition profiles of 3 .     

Co_2Si@C催化剂的合成及其加氢脱硫性能

采用微波法制备了Co_2Si@C催化剂并对其在加氢脱硫反应中的催化性能进行了研究.通过XRD、 XPS、 TEM和N_2-物理吸附表征分析Co_2Si@C催化剂的组成和结构. Co_2Si@C催化剂具有一致的介孔结构,高钴含量(21%)、高比表面积(116.6 m~2·g~(-1))和均匀分布的纳米粒子.由于硅原子对钴原子结构和参数的修饰、纳米粒子效应和高金属含量等因素, Co_2Si@C催化剂在温和的反应条件下(340℃和3.0 MPa)具有良好的加氢脱硫活性和对直接脱硫(DDS)反应途径的高选择性,产物联苯的选择性超过了60%.     

Cascade One‐Pot Synthesis of Orange‐Red‐Fluorescent Polycyclic Cinnolino[2,3‐f]phenanthridin‐9‐ium Salts by Palladium(II)‐Catalyzed C−H Bond Activation of 2‐Azobiaryl Compounds and Alkenes

Quaternary ammonium salts were synthesized in moderate to good yields through double oxidative C?H bond activation on azobenzenes. The mechanism of the highly regioselective reaction of 2‐azobiaryls with alkenes to give orange‐red‐fluorescent cinnolino[2,3‐f]phenanthridin‐9‐ium salts and 15H‐cinnolino[2,3‐f]phenanthridin‐9‐ium‐10‐ide is proposed to involve ortho C?H olefination of the 2‐azobiaryl compound with the alkene, intramolecular aza‐Michael addition, concerted metalation–deprotonation (CMD), reductive elimination, and oxidation.     

降冰片烯开环易位聚合反应的分子量及分子量分布控制

使用Grubbs催化剂催化降冰片烯单体进行开环易位聚合反应, 研究了催化剂搅拌溶解时间、聚合反应的溶剂极性和三苯基膦的加入等反应条件对降冰片烯单体ROMP反应分子量及分子量分布的影响, 从而得到降冰片烯ROMP反应的最佳条件.
