The twisting of space can be represented as a bound state of matter fields. In this approach, the Einstein-Cartan theory arises in a model for an approximate quantization of the four-fermion interaction. The twisting field is a collective field similar in nature to a field of Cooper pairs. There is no classical twisting field in the theory. The effect of herbicides (basagran, zenkor, kusagard, roundup, setoxidim, and lontrel and lontrel complexes with some doubly
charged metal ions) and fungicides (tachigaren and tilt) on the activity of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH)-oxidoreductase
from the methylotroph Methylococcus capsulatus (strain M) was studied. All the herbicides and fungicides inhibit the enzyme, differing in the degree and type of inhibition.
The inhibition constants K
i for these compounds and for lontrel complexes were determined. A correlation between the K
i values and the complexation constants of these pesticides with NADH was established. The studied compounds are toxic.

Lontrel, Sencor, Roundup, Kusagard, Tachigaren, Tilt, and Sethoxydim, as well as the bidentate Cu, Co, Ni, Mo, and Fe complexes of the herbicide Lontrel form molecular complexes with adenine heterocyclic compounds containing di- and polynucleotides. Sencor forms the strongest complexes, and Tilt has the lowest complexing constant. Lontrel, Sencor, Basagran, and Roundup totally destroy the cooperative character of the double helix of native DNA. The transfer process of ecotoxic agents through a membrane is studied by the example of pesticides widely used in agriculture (lontrel, zenkor, bazagran, roundup, kuzagard, and setoksidim) and of lontrel complexes with cobalt and copper. All the compounds examined penetrate through the phosphatidylcholine membranes of liposomes. The kinetics of this process is studied by monitoring the rate of fluorescence quenching of ε-adenosine triphosphoric acid inside liposomes.
