A series of A2Bi24Mo8X2O68 compounds, Ca2Bi24Mo8Cr2O68 (CBMC), Sr2Bi24Mo8Cr2O68 (SBMC), Pb2Bi24Mo8Cr2O68 (PBMC) and Ba2Bi24Mo8W2O68 (BBMW) have been synthesized by the solid-state method and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compounds index into the monoclinic P2/c system with a=11.687(4) ?, 5.784(2) ?, 24.728(9) ?, 101.911(6)°, Z=1; 11.673(6) ?, 5.775(3) ?, 24.670(2) ?, 101.757(8)°, Z=1; 11.638(3) ?, 5.790(1) ?, 24.655(6) ?, 101.716(4)°, Z=1 and 11.718(6) ?, 5.818(3) ?, 24.716(12) ?, 101.835(9)°, Z=1 for CBMC, SBMC, PBMC and BBMW, respectively. The structures were solved by direct methods and refined to R indices of 0.081, 0.065, 0.080 and 0.079 respectively. These compounds are isostructural with Bi26Mo10O69 and the structure consists of columns of [Bi12O14] along the b-axis, surrounded by Mo/Cr/WO4 tetrahedra. a.c. impedance studies indicate higher values of ionic conductivity for the tungsten-substituted compounds. A simple, rapid, and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatographic method for estimation of efavirenz in human plasma has been developed and validated. Chromatography was performed with C18 analytical column and 50:50 acetonitrile–phosphate buffer (pH 3.5) as mobile phase. Compounds were monitored by UV detection at 247 nm. The retention time for efavirenz was 6.45 min and that for the internal standard, nelfinavir, was 2.042 min. Response was a linear over the concentration range of 0.1 μg–10 μg mL−1 in human plasma. The method was simple, specific, precise and accurate and was useful for bioequivalence and pharmacokinetic studies of efavirenz.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Treatment of 1,4-dilithio-1,3-butadiyne (1) with dichalcogenides RSSR or RSeSeR affords dithio- and diseleno-1,3-butadiynes (2, 3), perthio- and perseleno-[3]-cumulenes (4, 5), perthio- and perseleno-1,3-butadienes (6, 7), and/or perthio- and perseleno-but-1-ene-3-ynes (8, 9). The products can be controlled by stoichiometry and temperature, by the presence or absence of oxygen, and by choice of the "R" group. By X-ray crystallography, hexa(methylthio)-1,3-butadiene is highly twisted, with a torsion angle [Phi(CCCC)] of 84.7 degrees and an elongated C(2)-C(3) distance of 1.484(3) A.  相似文献

Shift in the wavelength of emission upon shift in the excitation wavelength towards the red edge of the absorption band is termed Red Edge Excitation Shift (REES). This effect is observed only in situation where the fluorophore mobility with respect to the surrounding matrix is considerably reduced. We have observed such red edge excitation effect in the intact eye lens. The REES observed for a normal lens is different from that seen in a photodamaged lens and hence appears to be a potential tool to monitor the changes in the state of the lens. Photodamage experiments with tryptophan in polyethylene glycol (PEG) and intact eye lens indicate that the red edge photon can also cause photodamage.  相似文献

Summary A new colour reaction for the detection of cerram(IV) which can be carried out both in a test tube and on a spot plate has been described. The test solution is treated with methylene blue in nitric acid solution (11) to form a rose-red colour. This simple procedure has an advantage over the existing tests in that it is applicable in the presence of oxidising agents like chromium(VI), vanadium(V), nitrate, perchlorate and of coloured ions like copper(II), cobalt(II), nickel(II), chromium(III), iron(III), vanadium(IV), uranium(VI).
Zusammenfassung Eine neue, sowohl in der Eprouvette wie auf der Tüpfelplatte ausführbare Farbreaktion zum Nachweis von Cer(IV) wurde angegeben. Die Probelösung wird mit salpetersaurer Methylenblaulösung behandelt und gibt eine rosarote Färbung. Die Reaktion hat gegenüber bekannten Tests den Vorteil, in Gegenwart von Oxydationsmitteln wie Cr(VI), V(V), NO3 , ClO4 bzw. in Anwesenheit gefärbter Ionen wie Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cr(III), Fe(III), V(IV) oder U(VI) anwendbar zu sein.
