基于小波变换的循环伏安弱信号特征信息提取

本研究采用连续小波变换(continuous wavelet transform，CWT)技术处理循环伏安弱信号，通过研究苯酚、对苯二酚和对硝基苯酚的共存体系循环伏安弱信号，表明CWT可以成功地识别出极弱信号中的指纹特征信息，并且经处理得到的对应的小波系数峰比原始信号更窄，更高，由此可以成功地确定弱峰的数目和位置。由循环伏安信号所得的结果，有力地证实CWT是循环伏安弱信号识别的有力工具，对于理解弱响应体系电化学机理具有重要作用。     

Correlation and response functions with non-Markovian dissipation: a reduced Liouville-space theory

Based on a recently developed quantum dissipation formulation [R. X. Xu and Y. J. Yan, J. Chem. Phys. 116, 9196 (2002)], we present a reduced Liouville-space approach to evaluate the response and correlation functions of dissipative systems. The weak system-bath interaction is treated properly for its effects on the initial state, the evolution, and the correlation between coherent driving and non-Markovian dissipation. Numerical demonstration shows this correlated effect cannot be neglected even in the calculation of linear response quantities that do not explicitly depend on external fields. Highlighted in this paper is also the proper choice of theory among various formulations in the weak system-bath interaction regime.     

Catalytic enantioselective synthesis of macrodiolides and their application in chiral recognition

New types of C₂-symmetric chiral macrodiolides are readily obtained via chiral N,N′-dioxide-scandium(iii) complex-promoted asymmetric tandem Friedel–Crafts alkylation/intermolecular macrolactonization of ortho-quinone methides with C3-substituted indoles. This protocol provides an array of enantioenriched macrodiolides with 16, 18 or 20-membered rings in moderate to good yields with high diastereoselectivities and excellent enantioselectivities through adjusting the length of the tether at the C3 position of indoles. Density functional theory calculations indicate that the formation of macrocycles is more favorable than that of 9-membered-ring lactones in terms of kinetics and thermodynamics. The potential utility of these intriguing chiral macrodiolide molecules is demonstrated in the enantiomeric recognition of aminols and chemical recognition of metal ions.

An asymmetric tandem Friedel–Crafts alkylation/intermolecular macrolactonization of ortho-quinone methides with C3-substituted indoles was achieved by using a chiral N,N′-dioxide-scandium(iii) complex.     

Detection of antisperm antibody in human serum using a piezoelectric immunosensor based on mixed self-assembled monolayers

A novel piezoelectric immunosensor based on mixed self-assembled monolayers (mixed SAMs) formed by short-chain amine- and carboxyl-terminated thiols has been developed to immobilize antigens onto gold electrodes for detecting antisperm antibody (AsAb) in human serum samples. The properties and the enhanced performance of the affinity biosensor interface based on mixed SAMs are investigated. Most importantly, analytical results of several human serum samples using the developed technique are in satisfactory agreement with those given by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method in the concentration ranging from 32.3 to 300.0 mU/ml. It means the procedure proposed in this paper is likely to have a great potential in research and may play an important clinical role in a few years later.     

纳米级TiO2粉体的制备研究——Ⅱ.絮凝剂及其浓度的影响

采用溶胶-凝胶-超临界流体干燥(SCFD)法制备纳米级TiO₂超细粉，详细考察了不同絮凝剂及其浓度对TiO₂织构和结构性质的影响。结果表明，利用强碱溶液作为絮凝剂，浓度为5 mol·L^-1是制备大孔高比表面TiO₂超细粉较为适宜的条件。     

脂肪族酰胺二元醇的合成与表征

以ＤＬ－乳酸、ε己内酯及乙二胺和己二胺为原料合成了四种结构的脂肪族酰胺二元醇，并用ＩＲ，＾１ＨＮＭＲ，ＤＳＣ对酰胺二元醇的结构进行了表征。     

不可逆电极过程方波伏安法动力学研究 Ⅰ.平行催化体系

本文报道了在不可逆电极过程的强催化体系中，当采用快速方波扫描时，正、逆向电流将出现峰形。依据实验结果，提出了“迁出－进入”的等浓度面理论模型，推导了并讨论了电流方程式。结果表明，文中提出的理论能较好地说明实验结果。     

C反应蛋白免疫电极的研究

C反应蛋白(CRP)是临床医学中重要的检验项目之一。本文以醋酸纤维素-戊二醛-己二胺载体膜与自制的原电极研制成非标记CRP免疫电极。研究了载体膜的组成对电极灵敏度的影响,并采用均匀设计法对载体膜的活化条件、抗原抗体结合时间以及电极测试条件等进行了优化。该电极响应快、灵敏度高、重现性和稳定性良好。在最佳实验条件下,电极线性范围为1.8～60μg/ml,所得线性回归方程为E=0.2+0.091[CRP];相关系数0.9989。在用于血清样品的测定中,取得满意结果。     

Oxidation of heme to beta- and delta-biliverdin by Pseudomonas aeruginosa heme oxygenase as a consequence of an unusual seating of the heme

The origin of the unusual regioselectivity of heme oxygenation, i.e. the oxidation of heme to delta-biliverdin (70%) and beta-biliverdin (30%), that is exhibited by heme oxygenase from Pseudomonas aeruginosa (pa-HO) has been studied by (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, and resonance Raman spectroscopies. Whereas resonance Raman indicates that the heme-iron ligation in pa-HO is homologous to that observed in previously studied alpha-hydroxylating heme oxygenases, the NMR spectroscopic studies suggest that the heme in this enzyme is seated in a manner that is distinct from that observed for all other alpha-hydroxylating heme oxygenase enzymes for which a structure is known. In pa-HO, the heme is rotated in-plane approximately 110 degrees, so the delta-meso-carbon of the major orientational isomer is located within the HO-fold in the place where the alpha-hydroxylating enzymes typically place the alpha-meso-carbon. The unusual heme seating displayed by pa-HO places the heme propionates so that these groups point in the direction of the solvent-exposed heme edge and appears to originate in large part from the absence of stabilizing interactions between the polypeptide and the heme propionates, which are typically found in alpha-hydroxylating heme oxygenase enzymes. These interactions typically involve Lys-16 and Tyr-112, in Neisseriae meningitidis HO, and Lys-16 and Tyr-134, in human and rat HO-1. The corresponding residues in pa-HO are Asn-19 and Phe-117, respectively. In agreement with this hypothesis, we found that the Asn-19 Lys/Phe-117 Tyr double mutant of pa-HO exists as a mixture of molecules exhibiting two distinct heme seatings; one seating is identical to that exhibited by wild-type pa-HO, whereas the alternative seating is very similar to that typical of alpha-hydroxylating heme oxygenase enzymes and is related to the wild-type seating by approximately 110 degrees in-plane rotation of the heme. Furthermore, each of these heme seatings in the pa-HO double mutant gives rise to a subset of two heme isomeric orientations that are related to each other by 180 degrees rotation about the alpha-gamma-meso-axis. The coexistence of these molecules in solution, in the proportions suggested by the corresponding area under the peaks in the (1)H NMR spectrum, explains the unusual regioselectivity of heme oxygenation observed with the double mutant, which we found produces alpha- (55%), delta- (35%), and beta-biliverdin (10%). Alpha-biliverdin is obtained by oxidation of the heme seated similar to that of alpha-hydroxylating enzymes, whereas beta- and delta-biliverdin are formed from the oxidation of heme seated as in wild-type pa-HO.

In this note necessary and sufficient conditions are determined for Weyl—tsukispaces to have a birecurrent metric, i.e., _{m k} g _ij = _km g _ij . It is proved that in this space the metric tensor is an eigen-tensor. The special caseP _j ⁱ = (x) _j ⁱ is examined and we prove that in this case the recurrent metric tensor is likewise birecurrent.
