A market-based computational approach to collaborative organizational learning

We draw upon the concepts of knowledge market, organizational tacit knowledge, credit assignment, and single-loop learning in proposing a market-based conceptual model for collaborative organizational learning. Our proposed model is characterized by the local competition among seller agents and the global collaboration among winner agents in forming a plan, through a chain of ‘upstream–downstream’ working relationship, for task accomplishment. This feature is achieved through three closely coupled processes: the expert selection process, the capital reallocation process, and the plan formation process. Our model is intended for multiple-step learning environment in which each task consists of a sequence of single-step learning tasks. Learning at the global level is the result of a sequence of nested single-loop learning at the local level.     

A new alternating‐direction finite element method for hyperbolic equation

A modified backward difference time discretization is presented for Galerkin approximations for nonlinear hyperbolic equation in two space variables. This procedure uses a local approximation of the coefficients based on patches of finite elements with these procedures, a multidimensional problem can be solved as a series of one‐dimensional problems. Existence for bounded positive solutions of Schrödinger equations in two-dimensional exterior domains

In this paper, by using the fixed point theory, under quite general conditions on the nonlinear term, we obtain an existence result of bounded positive solutions of Schrödinger equations in two-dimensional exterior domains.

On path lengths modulo three

We show that between any two nodes of a cubic, planar, three-connected graph there are three paths whose lengths are 0, 1, and 2 modulo 3, respectively. The proof is by a rather extensive case analysis. Counterexamples show that all three hypotheses (i.e., planarity, degree-three, and three-connectivity) are necessary.     

Geometrical study of paraxial light beam transmission in free space

By introducing an imaginary space transform curvature ρ_s, a complex space called Riemannian space is constructed, in which the light propagating in free space has the trajectory of straight line while propagating. Moreover, this curvature couples with that of the wave front of the paraxial beam ρ_w, and therefore a complex curvature ρ_c is constructed, which can be employed to investigate the behavior of the light transmission and to generalize the ABCD law. 四溴双酚A锑铝双金属化合物的合成及其阻燃性能

以四溴双酚Ａ（ＴＢＡ）合成了在水和空气中稳定的四溴双酚Ａ合锑铝双金属化合物（ＴＢＡＳＡ）．通过ＩＲ、１ＨＮＭＲ和元素分析予以表征，并研究了其对聚乙烯（ＰＥ）和聚环氧乙烷（ＰＥＯ）的阻燃性能．结果表明，这种分子中含有溴、锑和铝的化合物，对聚乙烯和聚环氧乙烷等高聚物材料有高的阻燃性能与消烟效果．     

稳态锁模产生4ps激光脉冲

首次利用ＧａＡｓ光电导开关，控制Ｎｄ：ＹＬＦ激光器腔内Ｑ值，实现稳态锁模，获得脉宽和能量稳定性极高的４ｐｓ激光脉冲。     

Growth and optical properties of a new self-Q-switched laser crystal: Cr:Yb3Al5O12

Cr⁴⁺:YbAG (Cr⁴⁺:Yb₃Al₅O₁₂) crystal with a size up to Φ24 mm×30 mm was grown by the Czochralski method. In the absorption spectrum, there are two absorption bands at 939 and 969 nm, respectively, which are suitable for InGaAs diode laser pumping, and there is an absorption band at 1030 nm, which is suitable for passive Q-switched laser output at 1.03 μm. A broad emission spectrum from 970 to 1100 nm was exhibited from 940 nm wavelength pumping. This crystal is promising as a self-Q-switched laser crystal used for compact, efficient, highly stable, passive self-Q-switched thin chip solid-state lasers.     

Preparation and microwave absorption properties of electroless Co-Ni-P coated strontium ferrite powder

A new type of Co-Ni-P coated strontium ferrite nanocomposite was prepared with electroless plating enhanced by ultrasonic wave at room temperature. The plating process was studied carefully. The morphology, crystal structure and microwave absorption properties of the Co-Ni-P coated powder were studied with field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive analysis of X-rays (EDX) and vector network analyzer. The results show that the strontium ferrite powder was successfully coated with Co-Ni-P alloy and possesses excellent microwave absorption properties. The maximum microwave loss of the composite powder reaches −44.12 dB. The bandwidth with the loss above −10 dB exceeds 13.8 GHz.
