The voltammetric separation of dopamine and ascorbic acid was studied with cyclic voltammetry at two kinds of carbon nanotube-modified electrodes (coated and intercalated). The anodic peak difference reached 270 mV under the present conditions. The separation mechanism and effect factors were carefully studied. Using various types of surfactants as coating dispersants of carbon nanotubes, it was demonstrated that the charge nature of the surfactants had a strong effect on the electrochemical behavior of dopamine and ascorbic acid. When the oxidation solution of carbon nanotubes was changed from the most commonly used mixed concentrated nitric acid and sulfuric acid (1 + 3 v/v) to dilute nitric acid and to hydrochloric acid, the anodic peak separation value of dopamine and ascorbic acid increased significantly, and it was shown that carboxylic acid groups attached to the carbon nanotubes were an adverse factor for the discrimination of DA from AA. These results indicated that the resolution of DA and AA was mainly attributable to the stereo porous interfacial layer formed from aggregated pores and inner cavities of the carbon nanotubes. The modified electrodes exhibited an attractive ability to measure DA and AA simultaneously and showed good stability and reproducibility.  相似文献

GaP nanorods and nanospheres were synthesized from a mild benzene-thermal route at 240 and 300 degrees C, respectively, using Na, P, and GaCl(3) as the starting materials. The structure of the products was identified as zinc blende phase by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images showed that, when the reaction temperature was 240 degrees C, the products were nanorods with widths of 20-40 nm and lengths of 200-500 nm and nanospheres with diameters of 20-40 nm. However, when the reaction temperature was increased to 300 degrees C, the products were only nanospheres, and the diameters increased to 40-60 nm. The reaction proceeded through a metallic gallium intermediate, and a solution-liquid-solid (SLS) mechanism was proposed for the one-dimensional growth. The products were also investigated by UV-vis absorption and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.  相似文献

建立了复方清开灵注射液中5类主要有效成分的定量测定方法。应用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器-蒸发光散射检测器联用技术(HPLC-DAD-ELSD),根据各类成分紫外吸收光谱的差异,分别在240,254,280和330 nm波长下检测栀子苷、核苷(包括尿苷和腺苷)、黄芩苷和有机酸(包括绿原酸和咖啡酸)等4类成分,同时使用ELSD测定胆酸、熊去氧胆酸和猪去氧胆酸等3种甾体化合物,从而实现了清开灵注射液中5类有效成分(共9个化合物)的同时分离和定量测定。用该法测定了3个不同厂家的19批清开灵注射液成品。该法快速、准确,操作相对简单,为中药复方复杂体系的多组分定量测定和质量控制提供了一种可靠、合理且简便、易行的方法模式。  相似文献

Borophene sheets have been synthesized in recent experiments, but the metallic nature and structural instability of the sheets seriously prevent emerging applications. Hydrogenated borophene has been predicted as an ideal material for nanoelectronic applications due to its high stability as well as excellent electronic and mechanical properties. However, the fabrication of hydrogenated borophene is still a great challenge. Here, we demonstrate that hydrogenated borophenes in large quantities can be prepared without any metal substrates by a stepwise in‐situ thermal decomposition of sodium borohydride under hydrogen as the carrier gas. The borophenes with good crystallinity exhibit superior stability in strong acid or base solvents. The structure of the grown borophene is in good agreement with the predicted semiconducting α‐boron sheet. A fabricated borophene‐based memory device shows a high ON/OFF‐current ratio of 3×103 and a low operating voltage of less than 0.35 V as well as good stability.  相似文献

A method utilizing bovine serum albumin (BSA) as buffer additive for chiral separation by means of capillary electrophoresis is described. Parameters that affect chiral separation, such as buffer pH, buffer concentration, BSA concentration, and organic modifier, are investigated. Baseline resolution of ephedrine-pseudoephedrine and norephedrine-norpseudoephedrine isomers are achieved in an uncoated capillary with a 20 mmol/L phosphate buffer at pH 9.0 in the presence of 10 micromol/L BSA and 15% (v/v) 2-propanol at 25 degrees C. The developed method can be applied for the analysis of ephedra plant extracts that contain the four test drugs.  相似文献
