The methylation of tin(II) [Sn(II)] by iodomethane (CH3I) under environmental conditions has been further demonstrated by a 13C carbon isotope tracer method. Methylation products are mainly monomethyltin, and very small amounts of dimethyltin. The reaction of Sn(II) and CH3I was investigated at pH 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and salinity (S) 8, 15, 22, 28, 35%; it has been found the reaction was affected by pH and salinity, the tin methylation activity being highest at about pH 6 and S = 28% . In the presence of copper(I) iodide as catalyst, a variety of carbonyl compounds, such as aldehydes, ketones and acid anhydrous, could be trifluoromethylated with sodium trifluoroacetate to give the corresponding alcohols in moderate to high yields, and a possible mechanism was proposed to explain the roles of catalyst and solvent in the reaction system.  相似文献

The dependence of the frequency factor on the temperature (A=A 0 T m) has been examined and the errors involved in the activation energy calculated from some integral methods without considering such dependence have been estimated. Investigated integral methods are the Coats-Redfern method, the Gorbachev-Lee-Beck method, the Wanjun-Yuwen method and the Junmeng-Fusheng method. The results have shown that the error in the determination of the activation energy calculated ignoring the dependence of the frequency factor on the temperature can be rather large and it is dependent on x=E/RT and the exponent m.  相似文献

研究了壳聚糖 盐酸溶液温度敏感的相分离行为.通过对壳聚糖-盐酸溶液浊度变化的考察以确定相分离温度.测定不同盐酸浓度、壳聚糖浓度以及不同脱乙酰度的条件下的相分离温度,并用DLVO理论(Deijaguin-Landau and Verwey-Overbeck Theory)进行了解释. FTIR、X-ray以及SEM分别描绘了壳聚糖经相分离过程后官能团、结晶状态、颗粒形态的特点.  相似文献

本文报道了合成甲地孕酮的简便方法,即以17α-乙酰氧基-黄体酮(3)为原料,将其烯醇醚(4)经Mannich反应,或将△~(3,5)-3,17α-二乙酰氧基-黄体酮(2)与二乙氧基甲烷反应,生成6-次甲基-17α-乙酰氧基-黄体酮(5),然后将5用钯/碳酸钙作催化剂转位得目的物甲地孕酮(6b),总收率分别为56%和50%(均以17α-羟基-黄体酮(1)为起始物)。  相似文献

对已经商品化的Perkin-Elmer TMS-2型热机分析仪进行改进,用来测量聚合物材料的热释蠕变行为。按照7SCr分步加载的程序,用弯曲法测量了-83~300℃温度范围内低密度聚乙烯的玻璃化转变松弛过程,并从TSCr谱上计算其相应的分子参数,实验结果与用扭转的TSCr方法所得结果相等,因此这是一种研究聚合物材料松弛行为的方便可行的技术。  相似文献

Aluminosilicate boggsite (Si/Al-BOG) has been hydrothermally synthesized without adding organic structure-directing agents (OSDAs) in the synthesis gel using the borosilicogermanium ITQ-47 (Si/B-ITQ-47) zeolite as seeds. The introduction of the costly and environmentally less benign phosphazene organic structure-directing agent is not required to grow the zeolite. Physicochemical characterization experiments show that Si/Al-BOG has good crystallinity, high surface area, tetrahedral Al3+ species, and acid sites. In order to test the catalytic performance of the zeolite, the synthesis of l,l-lactide from l-lactic acid was performed. Si/Al-BOG exhibits 88.2% conversion of l-lactic acid and 83.8% l,l-lactide selectivity, which are better than those of other zeolites studied up to now.

Urinary 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8OHdG) is an excellent marker of oxidative DNA damage. Until now, urinary 8OHdG has been measured by high-performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection. A simple and sensitive method for the analysis of urinary 8OHdG by capillary electrophoresis with end-column amperometric detection has been developed in our laboratory. A single-step solid-phase extraction procedure was optimized and used for extracting 8OHdG from human urine. To improve the sensitivity of this method, a new focusing technique based on a dynamic pH junction was used. The limit of detection was 20 nM (signal-to-noise ratio S/N = 3), the linear range was 50 nM-10 microM, and the correlation coefficient was better than 0.999. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was found to be 0.57% for migration time, and 4.79% for peak current. To show the usefulness of the method, the urinary concentration of 8OHdG in nine healthy persons and ten cancer patients was determined. The urinary concentration of 8OHdG in cancer patients was significantly higher than that in healthy persons.  相似文献
