Determination of Dopamine in the Presence of Ascorbic Acid on the IrO2-Ta2O5 Type DSA Electrode

IrO2Ta2O5 (70%: 30%, molar ratio) electrodes (ITEs) were prepared by the thermal decomposition method. Typical “mud-cracked” surface and surface enrichment of Ta were observed. The determination of dopamine (DA) was carried out in the presence of ascorbic acid (AA). The detection limit of DA was 5~10 5 mol/L without the interference of AA.     

Controlled/“Living “Radical Polymerization of(-)-Menthyl Methacrylate

The atom transfer radical polymerization(ARP)of (-)-menthyl methacrylatc((-)-MnMA) mediated by CuCl/bipyridine and ethy1 2-bromopropionate or 1-phenylethyl bromide in THF system has been studied.The dependence of the specific rotation on molecular weight and the CD of Poly((-)-MnMA) thus obatined was investigated.     

合成产物PEPAMP及其副产物的电喷雾串联质谱分析

PEPAMP是应用于工业循环水中的新一代高效阻垢剂.采用电喷雾电离质谱和质谱/质谱技术分析了合成产物,注射泵直接进样,正离子方式检测,方法简便、快速.通过EI-MS技术获得了目标产物PEPAMP及主要副产物的准分子离子峰,通过ESI-MS-MS技术获得了其碎片信息,并对目标化合物及主要副产物进行了精确质量测定,确定了目标化合物及主要副产物的结构.     

聚丙烯中硫酯类抗氧剂的质谱分析

采用齐格勒-钠塔催化剂使丙烯催化聚合得到聚丙烯。聚丙烯树脂本身具有优良的性能,如机械强度好,易加工成型,质量轻,成本低等,但也存在一些缺陷,如由于聚丙烯结构中存在叔碳原子,在造粒加工、贮存和使用过程中,易受热、光、氧等的作用而降解,导致材料的性能降低。为了抑制和延缓聚丙烯的氧化降解,需要在造粒阶段加入抗氧剂。本文以一种聚丙烯树脂样品为研究对象,采用溶剂抽提法提取有机添加剂,并用柱层析法对添加剂进行了分离;利用EI-MS分析了添加剂的组成,其中通过谱图解析,鉴定出添加剂中含有硫酯类抗氧剂-硫代二丙酸二(十四)酯(DMTP),并用此类常用化合物进行了验证,分析结果对树脂牌号的开发具有指导意义。

中药血清药理学研究金银花的抑菌活性

采用最低抑菌浓度(MIC)测定方法和抑菌活性试验,考察不同产地的金银花以及含药血清的抑菌效果。试验结果为:含药血清对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC分别为0.5μg绿原酸/mL和0.25μg绿原酸/mL;含药血清抑菌活性为高敏。     

A simple and efficient one step synthesis of benzoxazoles and benzimidazoles from carboxylic acids

Benzoxazoles or benzimidazoles can be rapidly and efficiently synthesized from a variety of carboxylic acids with 2-aminophenols or 1,2-phenylenediamines in one simple step, respectively. The use of commercially available PS-PPh₃ resin combined with microwave heating delivered a variety of benzoxazoles and benzimidazoles in high yields and purities.     

Spontaneous Vesicle Formation in Aqueous Mixtures of Cationic Surfactants and Partially Hydrolyzed Polyacrylamide

Spontaneous vesicle formation was observed in aqueous mixtures of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide and single-tailed cationic surfactants. The influences of pH, addition of long-chain alcohols, variation of hydrocarbon chain length, and head group size of the cationic surfactants were investigated systematically. It was found that 30-50% hydrolyzed degree of polyacrylamide and cationic surfactants with 10 or 12 methylene groups are suitable for vesicle formation in the mixed aqueous systems at pH 9.2. Addition of long-chain alcohols was found to be helpful for vesicle formation in some cases. The vesicle stability was also investigated at various temperatures and amounts of ethanol addition. Oxidation of Styrene with Molecular Oxygen in Supercritical CO2

The oxidation of styrene with molecular oxygen catalyzed by PdCl2 CuCl2 has been investigated in supercritical CO2 with a batch reactor. The oxidative system of styrene contains four components at the beginning and seven components during the reaction. The critical temperature, critical pressure, and critical density at different conversions are determined by using a high-pressure view cell. The effect of phase behavior on the conversion and selectivity were studied. Experimental results showed that the critical parameters of the reaction mixture at fixed initial molar ratio changed with the conversion of reactant. The conversion of styrene reached maximum near the critical density of the reaction mixture. Product selectivity also varied with density of reaction mixture and could be tuned to some degree.     

Two novel dicoumaro-p-menthanes from Gerbera piloselloides (L.) CASS

Two new type dicoumarins (dicoumaro-p-menthanes), named dibothrioclinins I (1) and II (2) were isolated from the roots and rhizomes of Gerbera piloselloides (L.) CASS., collected in Yunnan Province, China. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of MS, 1D ((1)H-NMR, (13)C-NMR, DEPT and NOE) and 2D ((1)H-(1)H COSY, HMQC, HMBC) NMR spectral analyses. The relative structures of the two compounds were established by NOE difference spectroscopy and further confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies.
