One-dimensional (1D) magnetic nanomaterials have attracted much attention recently because of their applications in magnetic recording and spintronics. Nevertheless, it remains a challenge to prepare free-standing magnetic nanowires in high yield. This Communication reports the successful high-yield synthesis of an interesting 1D ferromagnetic CoPt alloy by direct decomposition of platinum acetylacetonate and cobalt carbonyl compound in ethylenediamine solvent through a solvothermal reaction. The CoPt alloy nanowires obtained have a tunable diameter of 10-50 nm and a length along the longitudinal axis of up to several microns, depending on crystallization temperature and reaction time. A unique formation mechanism involving coarsening and ripening under solvothermal conditions was discovered. This research opens new opportunities in synthesizing nanomaterials through low-temperature solvothermal processes. 相似文献

Melt intercalation has been found to be a very successful approach for preparation of polymer-clay nanocomposites. An aspect of this area that has been little investigated is the amount of polymer required to fill the interlayer galleries of the clay. This paper reports experiments which determine the amount of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) required to saturate the spacing between montmorillonite (MMT) or organically-modified bentonite (B34) layers. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were used to determine the saturation ratios of PEO to silicates, which are then compared to theoretical calculations. The deduced saturation ratio of PEO to MMT is 28:72, and PEO to B34 15:85 by XRD and DSC, whilst ratios of PEO to MMT of 21:79 and PEO to B34 10:90 were obtained via TGA. The density of intercalated PEO in the silicate galleries is estimated to be 0.82 g/cm3, which suggests that PEO in the silicate galleries is far less efficiently packed than in the amorphous region of the bulk polymer. 相似文献

Fluoxetine (Prozac) is currently one of the widely prescribed selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) for the treatment of depression. A high-throughput sample preparation procedure using liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) in a 96-well plate format in conjunction with liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) was developed and validated for quantification of fluoxetine enantiomers in human plasma. After addition of internal standard and ammonium hydroxide, samples were extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic extract was evaporated to dryness and reconstituted in methanol. Where possible, sample transfer and LLE steps were automated using a Tomtec Quadra 96 workstation. Adequate separation of fluoxetine enantiomeric pairs (resolution of 1.17) was achieved on a vancomycin column eluted with methanol containing 0.075% (by weight) ammonium trifluoroacetate. A triple quadrupole mass spectrometer, operated in the multiple reaction monitoring mode at m/z 310-->44 for fluoxetine enantiomeric pairs and m/z 287-->241 for oxazepam (internal standard), was used. Analysis was performed in the positive ion mode using atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI). The standard curve range was 2.0-1000 ng/mL for each fluoxetine enantiomer. The intra- and inter-day precision and accuracy of the quality control (QC) samples were <12.5% (CV) and <13.6% (CV), respectively, for each fluoxetine enantiomer; the correlation coefficient was >0.990. 从玉米芯中提取到水提水溶性粗多糖,通过乙醇分级、冻融、凝胶过滤层析,生物测定导向等手段,分离到一种能延长体外凝血时间,而且具有外源抗凝血功能的多糖CCⅢ.CCⅢ对活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)无显著影响,但可显著延长体外抗凝血时间(PT).将CCⅢ纯化,经糖组成分析、甲基化、高碘酸氧化、Smith降解和GC-MS分析,确定该多糖结构为:β-(1→4)Glc,(1→3)Xyl构成主链,Glc在6-O处有分枝.平均每10个糖残基有1个分枝,支链由β-(1→3)Xyl,(1→3)Glc构成. 相似文献

The emission spectra of BiO(A ~2Π_(1/2)) have been first obtained by studying the reaction Bi+N_2O in the heat pipe oven. 18 new bands are obtained from the emission spectra of BiO(A ~2Π_(1/2)) which are attributed to the reaction of atomic Bi~*(~2D_(3/2)) with N_2O(~1Σ_g~+). The metastable Bi~*(~2D_(3/2)) is produced by the following processes: Bi(~4S_(3/2))+N_2O(~1Σ_g~+)→BiO(X_2~2Π_(3/2)), and then,BiO(X_2~2Π_(3/2))+Bi(~4S_(3/2))→Bi~*(~2D_(3/2))+BiO(X_1~2Π_(1/2)). 相似文献

In the analysis of gene expression profiles, the number of tissue samples with genes expression levels available is usually small compared with the number of genes. This can lead either to possible overfitting or even to a complete failure in analysis of microarray data. The selection of genes that are really indicative of the tissue classification concerned is becoming one of the key steps in microarray studies. In the present paper, we have combined the modified discrete particle swarm optimization (PSO) and support vector machines (SVM) for tumor classification. The modified discrete PSO is applied to select genes, while SVM is used as the classifier or the evaluator. The proposed approach is used to the microarray data of 22 normal and 40 colon tumor tissues and showed good prediction performance. It has been demonstrated that the modified PSO is a useful tool for gene selection and mining high dimension data. 相似文献
