Inductively coupled plasma (ICP) etching technology is becoming widely used in the fabrication of micro-optical elements. Because of its advantages such as relatively high etching rate and anisotropic etching, ICP technology is receiving more attention. Selectivity 1:1 of the substrate against photoresist is very convenient, because we can easily get the same structures which were designed on the photoresist. Through extensive experiments we have achieved an optimized etching condition under which the transfer process generates fairly smooth etched structures with selectivity 1:1. The first order diffraction efficiency of the etched blazed gratings is 83.5% which is a little bit lower than the theoretical efficiency 88.9%. The diffraction of etched blazed gratings matches the theoretical results well. 相似文献

We propose the tensor representation of teleportation and controlled teleportation. By using this representation, it is easy to describe the process of teleporting an unknown N-qubit state via a genuine 2N-qubit channel, and to find the necessary and sufficient condition of realizing a successful teleportation (which is determined by the measurement matrix Tα and the quantum channel parameter matrix X). For controlled teleportation, if composing tensor representation with graph, one can easily design any kind of controlled teleportation. As examples, we give a scheme of symmetrically controlled teleportation of two-qubit states and a scheme of representative network controlled of three-qubit states. The light output functions for protons of ST-401 and BC-408 plastic scintillators were measured using white neutron source produced by the 9Be(d,n)10B reaction at the HI-13 Tandem Accelerator at China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE).The LOFs of plastic scintillators for protons in the energy range of 0.516.5 MeV were obtained by the time-of-flight(TOF)technique and an iterative procedure.Two parameters(kB and C)were deduced by fitting the experimental data. 相似文献

采用沉淀法制备了尖晶石型LiMn2O4和LiNiyCo0.1-yMn1.9O4 (y=0, 0.05, 0.1)正极材料. 应用FT-IR、XRD和SEM技术对不同掺杂样品的相结构与形貌进行了表征, 并用恒电流充放电测试和电化学阻抗技术研究了样品的电化学行为. FT-IR、XRD和SEM结果显示: 随着掺杂型LiNiyCo0.1-yMn1.9O4 样品中Ni含量的减少, 位于519 cm-1处的红外峰向高频方向移动; Ni、Co 或Ni/Co的掺杂降低了LiMn2O4的晶格参数; 掺杂型 LiNiyCo0.1-yMn1.9O4 样品具有更好的分散度和小的粒径. 电化学实验结果表明, 不同成分的掺杂导致电化学性能改善的原因不尽相同. 其中LiNi0.05Co0.05Mn1.9O4样品因其较低的电化学极化和较大的Li+扩散系数而具有较好的电化学性能. 相似文献
