In this paper new heterocyclic compounds 5-[(1,1-dimethyl)ethyl]-3-aryl-(1H-l,2,3-triazol-1-yl)-5-isoxazolodinols were obtained by the reaction of vinyl triazole derivatives with hydroxylamine hydrochloride under the action of sodium carbonate. 根据磁多极场的对称性,首先导出了磁多极场磁场分量的泰勒级数展开式,定义了磁多极场的场参数,然后根据毕奥-萨伐尔定律,导出了马鞍型磁多极场线圈的场参数理论计算公式.对各个场参数数量级的大小进行了分析,找出了场参数的递推规律,给出了场参数高阶导数的计算方法,从而能够准确计算整个空间的磁场值.还从简单单根导线计算结果过渡到多根导线或具有某种连续分布的情况. 这对于磁二极场、磁四极场、磁六极场等的应用提供了可靠的理论依据.

We investigate the pairwise entanglement and global entanglement in a
generalized Jaynes--Cummings model, which can be used to realize
Greenberger--Horne--Zeilinger (GHZ) entangled state (Zheng S B 2001
{\it Phys. Rev. Lett.} {\bf 87} 230404). Our results show that the
W-type entangled states cannot be generated based on the model. The
dependences of entanglement on Rabi frequency $\lambda$ and
dipole--dipole coupling strength ${\it \Omega}$ are given. It is
found that there exists the quantum phase transition when
$\lambda={\it \Omega}$. For typical experimental data, the critical
temperature for pairwise entanglement is on the order of
$10^{-6}$\,K. Based on these results, two strategies that overcome

Apurinic/apyrimidinic endonuclease 1 (APE-1), a kind of multifunctional protein widely-distributed in the body, plays an essential role in the DNA base excision repair and serves as multiple possible roles in the response of human cancer to radiotherapy and chemotherapy. In this work, an ultrasensitive solid-state electrochemiluminescence (ECL) immunosensor is designed to determine APE-1 based on the new Ru(bpy)32+/bi-arginine system. The bi-arginine (bi-Arg) is decorated on the Au nanoparticles functionalized magnetic Fe3O4/reduced graphene oxide (bi-Arg/Au@Fe3O4–rGO) according to the self-assembling and covalent cross-linking interaction to obtain the functionalized nanocomposite of bi-Arg/Au@Fe3O4–rGO. Herein, the bi-Arg/Au@Fe3O4–rGO plays not only an amplification label to enhance the ECL signal of Ru(bpy)32+ due to the coreactant of bi-Arg but also an ideal nanocarrier to load numerous secondary antibody. Based on sandwich-type immunoassay format, this proposed method offers a linear range of 1.0 fg mL−1–5.0 pg mL−1 and an estimated detection limit of 0.3 fg mL−1 for the APE-1. Moreover, the reagentless ECL immunosensor also exhibits high sensitivity, excellent selectivity and good stability, which has greatly potential development and application in clinical diagnostics, immunology and biomedical research. 相似文献

Bell nonlocality, entanglement and nonclassical correlations are different aspects of quantum correlations for a given state. There are many methods to measure nonclassical correlations. In this paper, nonclassical correlations in two-qubit spin models are measured by the use of measurement-induced disturbance (MID) [S. Luo, Phys. Rev. A 77 (2008) 022301] and geometric measure of quantum discord (GQD) [B. Daki?, V. Vedral, C. Brukner, Phys. Rev. Lett. 105 (2010) 190502]. Their dependences on external magnetic field, spin–spin coupling, and the Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya (DM) interaction are presented in detail. Both photoswitchable fluorescent nanoparticles and photoactivatable fluorescent proteins have been used for super-resolution far-field imaging on the nanometer scale, but the photoactivating wavelength for such photochemical events generally falls in the near-UV (NUV) region (<420 nm), which is not preferred in cellular imaging. However, using two near-IR (NIR) photons that are lower in energy, we can circumvent such problems and replace NUV single-photon excitations (e.g., 390 nm) with NIR two-photon excitations (e.g., 780 nm). Thus, we have demonstrated that alternating 780 nm NIR two-photon and 488 nm single-photon excitations induces reversible on-off fluorescence switching of immunotargeted nanoparticles in the human breast cancer cell line SK-BR-3. Herein, two-photon absorption not only caused spiropyran-merocyanine photoisomerization within the particles but also imparted red fluorescence. In comparison with single-photon NUV excitations, two-photon NIR laser excitations can potentially reduce absorption-related photodamage to living systems because cellular systems absorb much more weakly in the NIR. 相似文献
