Significant beam loss caused by the charge exchange processes and ion impact-induced outgassing may restrict the maximum number of accelerated heavy ions during the high intensity operation of an accelerator. In order to control beam loss due to charge exchange processes and confine the generated desorption gas, tracking of the beam loss distribution and installation of absorber blocks with low-desorption rate material at appropriate locations in the main Cooler Storage Ring (CSRm) at the Institute of Modern Physics, Lanzhou, will be performed. The loss simulation of uranium ions with electron-loss is presented in this report and the conclusion is that most charge changed particles are lost in the second dipole of the super-period structure. The calculation of the collimation efficiency of the CSRm ring will be continued in the future.  相似文献

通过制备链霉亲和素修饰的CdTe量子点探针,建立了基于量子点探针的银增强显色可视化检测方法,并结合蛋白质芯片分析技术,将此方法应用于反相蛋白芯片的分析检测.以人IgG测定为模式,在醛基片上固定人IgG,加入10 ng Bio-羊抗人IgG及CdTe-SA探针,银增强显色15 min.结果显示,人IgG样品量在100 pg~1.6 ng范围内,其对数值与信号灰度值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.997),检出限为50 pg.本方法可实现微量蛋白的灵敏检测,具有操作简单,对仪器要求低,结果可视化等特点.  相似文献

The ion-exchange electrochromatography with an oscillatory electric field perpendicular to the mobile-phase flow driven by pressure (pIEEC) was used to separate hen egg-white (HEW) proteins. The results were compared with those of normal ion-exchange chromatography (IEC). The column was designed as three-compartment rectangular column of 2-mL with dimensions (length x width x depth) of 40 x 10 x 5 mm(3) and the electric field was applied across the direction of column width. Q Sepharose FF was packed into the central compartment as the chromatographic bed. It was confirmed that the dynamic binding capacity (DBC) of different proteins (ovotransferrin and ovalbumin) in the HEW solution increased 2.3 times when an oscillatory electric current of 30 mA at 1/20 Hz was applied in the transverse column direction. Then, the HEW proteins were separated by the pIEEC at loading amounts 2.3-fold higher than those by the IEC. When the feedstock of about one-third of the DBC was applied to the columns (i.e., 7 mL for the pIEEC and 3 mL for the IEC), similar separation efficiencies of the two chromatographic modes were achieved. Both the recovery yield and purity reached 73% to over 90%. The results indicate that the pIEEC is promising for high-capacity purification of proteins.  相似文献

For the iterative solution of large sparse generalized saddle point problems, a class of new constraint preconditioners is presented, and the spectral properties and parameter choices are discussed. Numerical experiments are used to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the new preconditioners, as well as their advantages over the modified product-type skew-Hermitian triangular splitting (MPSTS) preconditioners.  相似文献

In this paper, we establish the generalized symmetric SOR method (GSSOR) for solving the large sparse augmented systems of linear equations, which is the extension of the SSOR iteration method. Non-Markovian dynamics detection is one of the most popular subjects in quantum information science. In this paper, a linear -entropy-based non-Markovianity witness scheme is constructed. The positive definiteness of the Choi state will be broken in non-Markovian evolution, which can be witnessed by its linear entropy. Thus, the linear entropy of the Choi state can be used to witness non-Markovian dynamics. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified using the pure dephasing channel as an example. Finally, it is shown that this method can be extended to the one based on Rényi entropy.  相似文献
