一种新型吡嗪铱(Ⅲ)配合物的合成及其磷光性质   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用5-甲基-2,3-二苯基吡嗪(MDPP)和水合三氯化铱(IrCl3•H2O),合成了一种新型吡嗪铱配合物Ir (MDPP)2 (acac).通过1H NMR、元素分析和质谱方法对配合物结构进行了表征,并研究了配合物的吸收光谱和光致发光光谱.结果表明,配合物Ir (MDPP)2(acac)在393和528 nm处存在单重态1MLCT(金属到配体的电荷跃迁)和三重态3MLCT的吸收;在588 nm 处有较强的金属配合物三重态的磷光发射,是一种绿色磷光材料.  相似文献

Neomycin is the most effective aminoglycoside (groove binder) in stabilizing a DNA triple helix. It stabilizes TAT, as well as mixed base DNA triplexes, better than known DNA minor groove binders (which usually destabilize the triplex) and polyamines. Neomycin selectively stabilizes the triplex (in the presence of salt), without any effect on the DNA duplex. (1) Triplex stabilization by neomycin is salt dependent (increased KCl and MgCl(2) concentrations decrease neomycin's effectiveness, at a fixed drug concentration). (2) Triplex stabilization by neomycin is pH dependent (increased pH decreases neomycin's effectiveness, at a fixed drug concentration). (3) CD binding studies indicate approximately 5-7 base triplets/drug apparent binding site, depending upon the structure/sequence of the triplex. (4) Neomycin shows nonintercalative groove binding to the DNA triplex, as evident from viscometric studies. (5) Neomycin shows a preference for stabilization of TAT triplets but can also accommodate CGC(+) triplets. (6) Isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) studies reveal an association constant of approximately 2 x 10(5) M(-)(1) between neomycin and an intramolecular triplex and a higher K(a) for polydA.2polydT. (7) Binding/modeling studies show a marked preference for neomycin binding to the larger W-H groove. Ring I/II amino groups and ring IV amines are proposed to be involved in the recognition process. (8) The novel selectivity of neomycin is suggested to be a function of its charge and shape complementarity to the triplex W-H groove, making neomycin the first molecule that selectively recognizes a triplex groove over a duplex groove.  相似文献

A range of mixed ether-esters of cellulose was prepared from partially substituted ethylcellulose and methylcellulose. The 13C-NMR analysis of ethylcellulose with a DS of 2.5 indicated that the hydroxyl groups at carbon six of anhydroglucose units were completely substituted. Acetylation of the ethylcellulose under different conditions yielded (acetyl) (ethyl) cellulose (AEC) samples with acetyl degree of substitution ranging from 0 to 0.5. Fully substituted (propionyl) (ethyl) cellulose (PEC) and (acetyl) (methyl) cellulose (AMC) were also prepared. Chiral nematic liquid crystals were formed in these mixed ester/ethers of cellulose in concentrated solutions of acidic solvents. The critical concentration for the phase separation of the cellulosic solutions depended on the nature of the substituent, the degree of substitution, and the solvent at a given temperature. Methylcellulose solutions in trifluoroacetic acid and dichloroacetic acid form chiral nematic liquid crystals with a left-handed helicoidal structure. The acetylated methyl cellulose samples did not show the reversal of handedness with increasing acetyl content that was previously observed for the corresponding ethylcellulose samples. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The distribution of the chemical states of tellurium isotopes produced by252Cf spontaneous fission, collected separately in the matrixes of NaCl, Kl, NaF, CH3COONa·3H2O, Na2SO4 and NaNO3 crystals have been investigated. Two chemical states of tellurium isotopes maintained in these matrixes are Te(IV) and Te(VI). The relationships between the distribution of the chemical states of tellurium isotopes and the produced mode of tellurium, the chemical properties of collection matrixes, the time for collecting fission fragments are studied and the possible mechanism of the interactions of the fission products and the matrixes is discussed. The results show that the distribution of chemical states of tellurium isotopes depends on the chemical properties of the collection matrixes mainly.  相似文献

UB3LYP/6-31G(d) and ROMP2/6-311++G(d,2p) methods were used to calculate the Si-X bond dissociation energies (BDEs) of a number of para-substituted aromatic silanes (4-Y-C(6)H(4)-SiH(2)X, where X = H, F, Cl, or Li). It was found that the substituent effect on the Si-H BDE of 4-Y-C(6)H(4)-SiH(3) was small, as the slope (rho(+)()) of the BDE- regression was only 0.09 kJ/mol. In comparison, the substituent effect on the Si-F BDE of 4-Y-C(6)H(4)-SiH(2)F was much stronger, whose rho(+ )()value was -2.34 kJ/mol. The substituent effect on the Si-Cl BDE of 4-Y-C(6)H(4)-SiH(2)Cl was also found to be strong with a rho(+)() value of -1.70 kJ/mol. However, the substituent effect on the Si-Li BDE of 4-Y-C(6)H(4)-SiH(2)Li was found to have a large and positive slope (+9.12 kJ/mol) against. The origin of the above remarkably different substituent effects on the Si-X BDEs was found to be associated with the ability of the substituent to stabilize or destabilize the starting material (4-Y-C(6)H(4)-SiH(2)X) as well as the product (4-Y-C(6)H(4)-SiH(2)* radical) of the homolysis. Therefore, the direction and magnitude of the effects of Y-substituents on the Z-X BDEs in compounds such as 4-YC(6)H(4)Z-X should have some important dependence on the polarity of the Z-X bond undergoing homolysis. This conclusion was in agreement with that from earlier studies (for example, J. Am. Chem. Soc. 1991, 113, 9363). However, it indicated that the proposal from a recent work (J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2001, 123, 5518) was unfortunately not justified.  相似文献

The weak fluorescence of N-[P-(2-benzoxazolyl)phenyl]maleimide (BOPM) can be greatly enhanced by thiol-containing compounds. A sensitive and simple spectrofluorimetric method based on the use of BOPM has been developed for the determination of thiols such as cysteine (Cys) and reduced glutathione (GSH). Calibration plots were linear in the concentration range from 0 to 1.6 x 10(-7) mol L(-1) for Cys and 0 to 1.7 x 10(-7) mol L(-1) for GSH. The detection limits (3a) were 2.36 x 10(-10) mol L(-1) for Cys and 1.49 x 10(-10) mol L(-1) for GSH. Many other amino acids (present at 100-fold greater concentrations) did not interfere with the determination. The proposed method has been used for the determination of Cys in protein hydrolysate and cystine electrolyte or GSH in serum, with recoveries of 95.4-103.7%.  相似文献

Novel dimeric capsules are generated from the noncovalent assembly of 5, 10, 15, 20-tetrakis(4-N-ethylpyridiniurmyl)prophyrin (TEPyP) and tetracarboxyl-phenyl calix[4]arene. The self-assembly system was investigated based on UV-Vis absorption and fluorescent spectra. The factors affecting the interaction process including pH and concentration were examined in detail. The association constants between TEPyP and calix[4]arene were determined by the nonlinear least squares fit. The results showed that the basic medium is favourable to the interaction and electrostatic interaction was determinate in the processes of self-assembly process. Large-sized, optical transparent mesostructured Brij 56/silica monolith has been fabricated using a lyotropic liquid crystal of Brij 56 (C16EO10) as a template and TMOS as a silica source, combined with a optimizing sol-gel process and a hydrothermal aging process. By programmed temperature drying and calcinations, translucent mesoporous silica monolith with two-dimensional hexagonal structure (P6mm) has bee obtained. The ordered mesoporous silica monoliths have been characterized by small-angle X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and nitrogen adsorption, which shows that the materials have a highly ordered two-dimensional hexagonal mesostructure with the high specific surface area of 837 m2 · g−1 and narrow pore distribution with a mean BJH pore diameter of 2.73 nm. Based on calculations and differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analyses, the action mechanism of the hydrothermal aging process has been proposed: the 100°C hydrothermal conditions and autogenous 2.3 atm pressure promote the condensation and dehydration of silanol groups, with the result that cross-linking degree, the flaws and moisture content in gels are reduced notably. Those processes guarantee the integrity of gels in the following drying process.  相似文献

The cleavage of a disulfide bond and the redox equilibrium of thiol/disulfide are strongly related to the levels of glutathione (GSH)/oxidized glutathione (GSSG) or mixed disulfides in vivo. In this work, the cleavage of a disulfide bond in GSSG induced by a platinum(II) complex [Pt(Met)Cl2] (where Met = methionine) was studied and the cleavage fragments or their platinated adducts were identified by means of electrospray mass spectrometry, high-performance liquid chromatography, and ultraviolet techniques. The second-order rate constant for the reaction between [Pt(Met)Cl2] and GSSG was determined to be 0.4 M(-1) s(-1) at 310 K and pH 7.4, which is 100- and 12-fold faster than those of cisplatin and its monoaqua species, respectively. Different complexes were formed in the reaction of [Pt(Met)Cl2] with GSSG, mainly mono- and dinuclear platinum complexes with the cleavage fragments of GSSG. This study demonstrated that [Pt(Met)Cl2] can promote the cleavage of disulfide bonds. The mechanistic insight obtained from this study may provide a deeper understanding on the potential involvement of platinum complexes in the intracellular GSH/GSSG systems.  相似文献

A method incorporating high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with electrospray ionization and tandem mass spectrometry, with parallel analysis by HPLC with UV detection using a diode-array detector, was developed for the qualitative characterization of flavonoids in D. odorifera. Twenty-three flavonoids, including six isoflavones, six neoflavones, four isoflavanones, three flavanones, two chalcones, one isoflavanonol and one pterocarpan, were unambiguously identified by comparing their retention times, UV and MS spectra with those of authentic compounds. Furthermore, the collision-induced dissociations of the [M-H]- ions were studied to clarify the MS behavior of the different types of flavonoids. In negative ion ESI-MS all the flavonoids yielded prominent [M-H]- ions in the first order mass spectra. Fragments involving losses of CH3*, H2O, CO, C2H2O, and CO2 were observed in the MS/MS spectra. Each of the seven types of flavonoid showed characteristic MS/MS fragmentation patterns. The isoflavanones, flavanones and chalcones were observed to undergo retro-Diels-Alder fragmentations. The spectra of almost all the neoflavonoids unexpectedly exhibited only [M-H-CH3]-* radical anions as base peaks without any further fragmentation. Substitution positions also remarkably influenced the fragmentation behavior, which could assist in distinction among the flavonoid isomers. The fragmentation rules deduced here could aid in the characterization of other flavonoids of these types.  相似文献
