In this paper, a new approach, namely an ansatz method is applied to find exact solutions for nonlinear fractional differential equations in the sense of modified Riemann–Liouville derivative. Based on a nonlinear fractional complex transformation, a certain fractional partial differential equation can be turned into another ordinary differential equation of integer order. For illustrating the validity of this method, we apply it to solve the fractional-order biological population model and the space–time fractional modified equal width equation, and as a result, some dark soliton solutions for them are established.  相似文献

This study concentrates on the extraction of eugenol, menthol, and genistein, and the synthesis, antimicrobial activity, and structure-activity relationships of their ester derivatives. The esters were tested for antimicrobial activity against several bacteria and yeast, and the correlation between biological properties and various physicochemical properties was examined. The ester derivatives gave intense emissions upon irradiation by UV light and have photoluminescence quantum yields of 39, 35, and 36% and long excited-state lifetimes of 3.62, 3.23, and 3.40 ns, respectively. These esters may be used in herbal medicinal therapy, and additionally as a base for the development of new drugs for phytomedicine.  相似文献

Herein, we report the synthesis of novel 2′,2′,3′,3′-tetrafluorinated nucleoside analogs along with their phosphoramidate prodrugs. A tetrafluoro ribose moiety was coupled with different Boc/benzoyl-protected nucleobases under Mitsunobu conditions. After deprotection, tetrafluorinated nucleosides 13b, 14b, 20b-22b were reacted with phenyl-(isopropoxy-l-alaninyl)-phosphorochloridate to afford corresponding monophosphate prodrugs 24b28b. All synthesized compounds were evaluated against several DNA and RNA viruses including HIV, HBV, HCV, Ebola and Zika viruses.  相似文献

The thermal stability of polydiphenylamine synthesized through the oxidative polymerization of diphenylamine has been studied. It has been established that the main processes of thermal and thermooxidative degradation of polydiphenylamine begin at 600–650 and 450°C, respectively. It has been shown that, in the course of thermal oxidation of the doped polydiphenylamine, the elimination of a dopant takes place first. With a further increase in temperature, the behavior of this material becomes similar to that of the neutral polymer.  相似文献

The crystal structures of new quaternary compounds La3AgSnSe7 (space group P63, Pearson symbol hP24, a=1.0805(4) nm, c=0.6245(1) nm, R1=0.0315), La3Ag0.82SnS7 (space group P63, Pearson symbol hP23.64, a=1.0399(1) nm, c=0.6016(1) nm, R1=0.0149) and Ce3Ag0.81SnS7 (space group P63, Pearson symbol hP23.62, a=1.0300(1) nm, c=0.6002(1) nm, R1=0.0151) were determined by means of X-ray single crystal diffraction. Structural investigations of the R3Ag1−δSnS7 (R=La, Ce; δ=0.18-0.19(1)) compounds at 450 and 530 K were performed. Low temperature data (12 K) for Ce3Ag0.81SnS7 were also collected. The nearest neighbours of the La(Ce), Ag and Sn atoms are exclusively Se(S) atoms. The latter form distorted trigonal prisms around the La(Ce) atoms, and distorted tetrahedrons around the Sn atoms. The Ag (Ag1) atoms have triangular surroundings: they are located very close to the planes built of three Se(S) atoms. The Ag2 atoms in the structures of the La3Ag0.82SnS7, Ce3Ag0.81SnS7 compounds are located practically in the centres of trigonal antiprisms. The pseudo-potentials determined through the Ag atoms show relatively low barrier between two nearest positions which decreases when temperature rises.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of atorvastatin calcium at glassy carbon and boron-doped diamond electrodes has been studied using voltammetric techniques. The possible mechanism of oxidation was discussed with model compounds. The dependence of the peak current and potentials on pH, concentration, scan rate and nature of the buffer were investigated for both electrodes. The oxidation of atorvastatin was irreversible and exhibited a diffusion-controlled fashion on the diamond electrode. A linear response was obtained within the range of 9.65 x 10(-7) - 3.86 x 10(-5) M in 0.1 M H(2)SO(4) solution for both electrodes. The detection limits of a standard solution are estimated to be 2.11 x 10(-7) M with differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and 2.05 x 10(-7)M with square wave voltammetry (SWV) for glassy carbon electrode, and 2.27 x 10(-7) M with DPV and 1.31 x 10(-7)M with SWV for diamond electrodes in 0.1 M H(2)SO(4) solution. The repeatability of the methods was found good for both electrodes. The methods were fully validated and successfully applied to the high-throughput determination of the drug in tablets, human serum and human urine with good recoveries.  相似文献

Fosamprenavir is a pro-drug of the antiretroviral protease inhibitor amprenavir and is oxidizable at solid electrodes. The anodic oxidation behavior of fosamprenavir was investigated using cyclic and linear sweep voltammetry at boron-doped diamond and glassy carbon electrodes. In cyclic voltammetry, depending on pH values, fosamprenavir showed one sharp irreversible oxidation peak or wave depending on the working electrode. The mechanism of the oxidation process was discussed. The voltammetric study of some model compounds allowed elucidation of the possible oxidation mechanism of fosamprenavir. The aim of this study was to determine fosamprenavir levels in pharmaceutical formulations and biological samples by means of electrochemical methods. Using the sharp oxidation response, two voltammetric methods were described for the determination of fosamprenavir by differential pulse and square-wave voltammetry at the boron-doped diamond and glassy carbon electrodes. These two voltammetric techniques are 0.1 M H2SO4 and phosphate buffer at pH 2.0 which allow quantitation over a 4 × 10−6 to 8 × 10−5 M range using boron-doped diamond and a 1 × 10−5 to 1 × 10−4 M range using glassy carbon electrodes, respectively, in supporting electrolyte. All necessary validation parameters were investigated and calculated. These methods were successfully applied for the analysis of fosamprenavir pharmaceutical dosage forms, human serum and urine samples. The standard addition method was used in biological media using boron-doped diamond electrode. No electroactive interferences from the tablet excipients or endogenous substances from biological material were found. The results were statistically compared with those obtained through an established HPLC-UV technique; no significant differences were found between the voltammetric and HPLC methods.  相似文献

Adsorptive stripping differential pulse voltammetry (AdSDPV) was applied to the assay of sorafenib in human serum sample. Cyclic voltammetry at a carbon based screen printed electrode (SPE) permitted to detect the irreversible oxidation of SOR with formation of a new compound reversibly oxidized at a lower potential. Quantitative assays were realized using a chitosan/carboxylic acid functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode in 0.1 M phosphate buffer pH 7.0 in the presence of 50 % methanol. The AdSDPV method provided two linear responses within the concentration ranges 1×10?8–8×10?8 M and 1×10?7–8×10?7 M in serum with LOQ and LOD of 3.2×10?9 and 9.6×10?10 of lower linear range, respectively. The recovery of sorafenib in spiked serum was 97.5 %.  相似文献

DNA hypermethylation is an epigenetic alteration and a promising biomarker for early prostate cancer detection. Simple, sensitive, easy to handle and rapid detection methodologies are imperative for point of care diagnostics especially for cancer. Herein, we describe for the first time a regenerable and compatible electrochemical biosensor for detection of Glutathione S‐Transferase P‐1 (GSTP‐1) gene hypermethylation related to prostate cancer via DNA hybridization onto the disposable Carbon and Multi Walled Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNT) Screen Printed Electrodes (SPEs). In the study, capture probes were adsorbed onto the SPEs by simple passive adsorption and then hybridization was achieved by sending the complementary target onto the probe‐modified electrodes. The selectivity of the biosensor was proved by control studies. Differential Pulse Voltammetry (DPV) technique was used to detect hybridization via guanine oxidation signals changes. The total time of the optimized method was nearly 1h, measurements took for less than 1 min, and the biosensor response was stable up to 40 days of storage period at 4 °C. The main advantages of the biosensor are very low detection limit (picomolar range) and capability of reusing the biosensor for at least 3 times after very simple regeneration process that is a unique property to reduce the cost of the assay. In addition, this is the first study that demonstrates the detection of GSTP‐1 hypermethylation electrochemically by using SPEs in order to create point of care diagnostics. The optimum parameters for the biosensor, as well as its future prospects to enhance the performance of DNA biosensors were also presented.  相似文献

Teucrium chamaedrys L. is an aromatic and medicinal plant used as traditional medicine. Aerial parts of the plant material were dried and extracted with hexane–dichloromethane (extract 1), ethyl acetate–dichloromethane (extract 2) and methanol–dichloromethane (extract 3) in a ratio of 1:1 at rt successively. The solvents were evaporated to give crude extracts. Extract 1 was suspended in water at 60°C then partitioned successively with hexane and ethyl acetate to give hexane and ethyl acetate portions. After the column chromatography (silica gel) of ethyl acetate extract, one new and four known compounds were isolated. The new compound was named as 1(12S,18R)-15,16-epoxy-2β,6β-dihydroxy-neo-cleroda-13(16),14-dien-20,l2-olide-l8,l9-hemiacetal (teuchamaedryn D) (4). The known compounds were teucrin A (1), dihydroteugin (2), teucroxide (3), syspirensin A (5). The chromatographic methods were also applied for extract 3 to isolate verbascoside (6) and teucrioside (7). The structure of isolated compounds was elucidated by spectroscopic methods including LC-TOF/MS, 1D NMR and 2D NMR.  相似文献
