Synthesis of Spyrohydantoines Derivatives of 2,4-Diphenyl-3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane and 7,9-Diphenyl-8-azabicyclo[4.3.1]decane via Bucherer Reaction in N,N-Dimethylformamide: Influence of the Temperature and Stereochemical Path The unreactives ketones related to 2,4-diphenyl-3-azabicyclo [3.3.1]nonan-9-one to the Bucherer reaction in usuals conditions show excellent reactivity in DMF. as unique solvant. The objective of this study was to obtain and characterize flours and starches from the avocado seeds of Hass and landrace cultivars. The morphological, physical-chemical, structural, thermal and rheological characteristics were evaluated. The flour yield of the Hass and landrace cultivars was 41.56 to 46.86% (w/w), while for starch, it was 35.47 to 39.57% (w/w) (cv. Hass and landrace, respectively). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed the presence of oval starch granules and other particles in flour, in contrast to flours, starches showed lower ash, proteins and lipids content. However, the amylose content was higher in starches (42.25–48.2%). Flours showed a higher gelatinization temperature (Tp = 73.17–73.62 °C), and their starches presented greater gelatinization enthalpy (∆Hgel = 11.82–13.43 J/g). All samples showed a B-type diffraction pattern, and the crystallinity was higher in the flours. The rheological analysis (flow curves and viscoelastic tests) evidenced a pseudoplastic (n = 0.28–0.36) behavior in all samples analyzed, but the consistency index (k) was higher in starches. In general, the flours and starches from avocado seeds presented interesting proximal, thermal and functional properties for possible application in food systems, and these findings could contribute to the revaluation of this by-product.  相似文献

The dinuclear hydroxo complex [{Pd(μ-OH)(Phox)}2] (I) (Phox = 2-(2-oxazolinyl)phenyl) reacts in a 1:2 molar ratio with several imidate ligands to yield new cyclometallated palladium complexes [{Pd(μ-NCO)(Phox)}2] containing asymmetric imidate –NCO– bridging units. [–NCO– = succinimidate (succ) (1), phtalimidate (phtal) (2), maleimidate (mal) (3), 2,3-dibromomaleimidate (2,3-diBrmal) (4) and glutarimidate (glut) (5)]. The reaction of these complexes with tertiary phosphines provides novel mononuclear N-bonded imidate derivatives of the general formula [Pd(imidate)(Phox)(PR3)] [R = Ph (a), 4-F–C6H4 (b) or CH2CH2CN (c)]. The new complexes were characterized by partial elemental analyses and spectroscopic methods (IR, FAB, 1H, 13C and 31P). The single-crystal structures of compounds 4, 4a and 5a have been established.  相似文献

Products based on plants containing hydroxyanthracene derivatives (HADs)—such as Rheum, Cassia, and Aloe species—are widely used in food supplements or nutraceuticals due to their laxative effects. A more restricted control of HAD contents in food supplements has been implemented by EU Regulation 2021/468, in order to increase the safety of these preparations. Due to their toxicity, aloin A, aloin B, aloe emodin, emodin, and the synthetic derivative danthron have been listed as prohibited substances in food supplements, being tolerated in amounts < 1 mg kg−1 in marketed products. In this work, we report the development of a sensitive and fast LC–DAD–MS-based procedure for the determination of these five compounds in food supplements and plant materials or extracts. The entire procedure includes a simple sample preparation step, where target analytes are concentrated by means of solvent extraction and evaporative concentration (solid samples), or by lyophilisation (liquid samples). The average LOQ of 0.10 mg/L, LOD of 0.03 mg/L, accuracy, and precision with CVs below 12.72 were obtained for the studied analytes. This method is suitable for assessing the compliance of commercial products and raw materials with EU Regulation 2021/468. Furthermore, the proposed method can represent a starting point for the development of a unique and standardised analytical approach for the determination of other HADs under the attention of EU authorities.  相似文献

Multiangle dynamic light scattering (MDLS) and turbidimetry (T) were applied (both individually and combined) for determining the contamination by larger particles of two almost-uniform polystyrene (PS) latices. Latex 1 was synthesized in our laboratories, and it contained a main population diameter of 340 nm together with a small fraction of larger particles. This latex was used as the base material for producing an immunoassay kit. Latex 2 was obtained by a simple blend of two uniform PS standards. The proposed data treatment calculates the diameter and number fraction of the large particles contamination assuming that the PSDs are bimodal. The calculation involves minimizing the errors between the measurements and their theoretical predictions. When analyzed by combined MDLS-T, the contamination of Latex 1 involved number fraction 0.6% and particle diameter 865 nm. The T average diameter is a function of the measurement wavelength, and the highest deviations of this average to an increasing contamination by large particles were always observed at the higher wavelengths. The DLS average diameter is a function of the measurement angle, but in this case it is impossible to determine a priori the angle of observation that provides the largest deviation of this average diameter to an increasing contamination.  相似文献

Abstract— The total radiant flux from a solution containing a radioactive compound, hexadecme-l-14C, plus an appropriate scintillator, has been determined. The procedure used involves comparison of its luminescent emission with the light scattered by glycogen illuminated with a monochromatic homogeneous light beam of known photon flux. These standards are particularly convenient for use with chemiluminescent and bioluminescent reactions, since the geometry of the emission may be duplicated exactly.  相似文献

Summary: This article reviews some recent developments on the determination of the Band Broadening Function (BBF) in Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) of polymers. It was carried out in the frame of the IUPAC Project: “Data Treatment in Size Exclusion Chromatography of Polymers”. The correction for band broadening (BB) is important for quantitative determinations of the molar mass distribution (MMD) of narrow-distributed (or highly multimodal) polymers, and of derived variables such as kinetic parameters. In the narrow range of a molar mass standard, the BBF is uniform and of positive skewness. In a broad chromatographic range, the BBF is non-uniform and skewed; and it can be adequately represented by an exponentially-modified Gaussian function (EMG) of 2 parameters that vary slightly with elution volume: an increasing Gaussian variance and a decreasing exponential decay. Additionally, the total BBF variance remains almost constant if not close to the total exclusion limit. The following methods for determining BBF parameters are reviewed: a) a direct method based on assuming Poisson-distributed MMDs; b) a direct method based on measuring the mass- and molar mass chromatograms of narrow standards; c) a theoretical method based on a stochastic model that is equivalent to the Giddings-Eyring model; and d) a theoretical method based on a deterministic model obtained through an extension of the classical van Deemter expression. Ideally, the correction for BB requires a robust numerical inversion algorithm. However, alternative simplified solutions are also possible.  相似文献

Mats of highly oriented poly(vinylidene fluoride) nanofibers were electrospun by means of a conventional electrospinning equipment; the orientation, however, was obtained using a disk collector rotating at a speed of 4000 rpm and a device that reduced the influence of air displacement during nanofiber orientation. Thermal transitions of the mats were determined by differential scanning calorimetry, the predominant crystalline phase by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and wide‐angle X‐ray scattering and the nanofiber orientation and morphology by scanning electron microscopy. Relative permittivity, loss index, stable remnant polarization, and coercive field of the mats were also determined and compared with those obtained for a mat electrospun at 2000 rpm and an oriented commercial film. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
